real quiicck Am workout but man I feel destroyed.

HS shoulder press
1x15 50lbs each side
1x12 70lbs each side
1x8 90lbs each side
3x6 105lbs each side (pr)

then I did two sets of back extensions coach wants me to really work on lower back and rear delts.

I did this new exercise coach gave me for rear delts.

you sit at the seated cable rows then elevate your feet and with a rope extension pull back kind of like seated rear delt raises.

those killed my forearms and rear delts only got 3x12 40lbs but could really really feel it.

gonna go do bent over rear laterals and upright rows tonight

Pump is so fawwwwking amazing on this stack it's crazy im rock hard more vascular then ever

back on clen after 5 days off started out at 120mcg
 
Hey guys I'm 10.5 out weeks out how do guys think everything is coming in. I can see the progress just wondering if some other people think I'm on point for 10.5 weeks

Agreed you are on track with a good coach as well as progressing. Is your coach giving you workouts as well? Why I asked I'm just not seeing a lot of volume with the lifting, especially with shoulders.

Shoulder workout got split in two today because of work. Volume has gone down though in favor of heavy weight taking advantage of the strength and density booth the dienolone is giving wI'll switch back to high volume at 6 weeks out
 
OMFG!!!!!#! I didn't believe it was possible but I **** my usual trest/dienolone usual spot on quad and I got the COUGHS. just like tren if you never had tren cough it's enough to put you off tren for life. It's worse than an asthma attack cough.so hard your like puking

Standing smith machine presses 4x12-10 (bar should lower to chin or lower)
Triple set-1/4 side laterals w/regular side laterals w/full range laterals 3x10 each no rest in between sets
Standing one arm db press 4x8 each arm (full 1-2 sec ******* hold at top)
Rear delts bent over or incline bench 3x20
One arm db front raise underhand grip 4x10 each
Shrugs-db heavy 4x8-10
Smith machine hands behind back 4x15

looking rock hard. the caliper gun at the store was a little off so not counting this check in really going by how my pants are fitting and how I look. Coach says don't get caught up in numbers they will fluctuate as long as the "look" keeps improving your fine.

1x5 1x3 105lbs my grip gave out on both sets my lats had more in them but not my forearms.

GREAT Pump today 150mg dien/75mg trest

cardio abs and lower back tonight. Will also do some more partial lat pull down they really help on my v taper.

seated machine curls new machine for me it has a pad at the back of your tricep so it keeps tension the the whole time I did both arms together like a seated bb curl almost really great for pump

two sets of db writst curls reverse curls till failure then palm up.

By then I was shot the pump was painful

so good volume 16 working sets plus misc
 
With the way my strength is coming on I'm really feeling like bulking

I can't freaking wait!!! haha. I just updated my log, I am actually doing two shows, so it will be 24 weeks total prepping. 15 on this one and 9 for the next. UGH!!

My stack is supposed to be a cutter but I'm getting so damn thick and strong I'm almost like dammit immature just start prepping for bb and forget physique
 
how much weight loss can be expected when a person comes off of dbol onto his normal test base of 500mg per week? like how much water weight do you drop when getting off the dbol?

I lost 8 lbs after stopping dbol but I also got sick and didn't eat much for a few days. im wondering if some of that 8lbs is muscle.... my strength is still damn near the same as my last week of dbol though.

Dbol can cause a lot of bloat, so I would so most of the 8lbs was water.

Switched out dien today was getting to wet going to be running desoxy-t 600mg cyp 250mg test for next 10 weeks combined with var and winny starting 6 weeks out

I'm jumping week 1 with desoxy ace 100mg eod trest goes down to 50mg eod
 
I was curious whether you were going to bump up the trest to 100 like you said,, only because trest can be wet also.

600mg desoxy cyp ew
250mg test cyp ew
40mg msten daily

Last week I front loaded 900mg of desoxy combo of cyp and ace over 3 days will unfortunately ran out of ace will probablly do 800mg of desoxy this week then cut down too 600 for remainder

the msten will hold me down till the cyp

dien ace personally I find good and dry not to much pip at 75mg to 100mg ed any higher gets wet. Awesome pumps and strength. I like trest at 75mg ed but 100mg is great for bulk.
If I wanted a nice look good stack for say summer or a vacation I'd run 50mg trest 50mg dien ed nice pumps strength and vascularity
