I'd use NAC over milk thistle.

NAC + SAMe + celery seed would be ideal.
That is what I used in addition to last cycle. I really wonder if TUDCA is actually necessary, unless you're running Methyl Tren or something like that. So you're saying that those 3 would be sufficient instead of running an all in one support product?

I've never really ran NAC always the milk thistle and o get bloods 4x a year my liver values always in range even after a 30mg halotestin run. I figure if it works but I might try NAC depending on price what dosage u recommend?

I think CoQ10 and omega-3 are pretty important with some liver stuff. I like TUDCA. CoQ10 I think is really important!

depends on the orals. For piece of mind I ALWAYS do 500mg 3x a day if I take an oral

Today's and off day but still did 25 min of abs. My body frame has blocky abs so at lower bf they get a good pop i have been using evomuse abliderate advanced since monday feel a little tighter but will probably take at least a week till anything noticeable. I used 100mg of trest ace this morning

Kind of rambling usually I don't work corporate at a desk I took a job way below my experience and pay grade because it's only 90 days and extra money for the holidays was nice but now they extended the contract and I'm feeling like boxed in I thought I'd be free from corporate in 2 weeks back working my regular job

Lat pulldows 3x8 110lbs 2 sets of partially

Hs undergrip row. 4x8 100lbs.

Than ab work

25mg trest/50mg dienolone this am

Chest day nice and strong weight went up on HS chest press sets went up on HS incline press got up to 160lbs on tricep pushdown for 6 then did two burnout dropsets with the v bar 110 80 40

25mg trest/50 dienolone again

Weight has settled down up to 180mcg clen

Adblietetate is starting to show effects

Really starting to look gnarly finally starting to feel like I'll peak on time

Also this may be a little weird but I find I'm liking the little sting that comes with the dienolone

its cause the end result in the back of your mind and knowing what its doing on a cellular level I think is what gets you off on it ya know? I get like that just with eating let alone If I pinned I just visualize the results of such action and it gets me all primed and pumped where I could withstand whatever it took to get to that level just like that burning and feeling of complete muscle failure when you feel like your gonna drop the weight on your face and you crank 2 or 3 more out and its the most amazing feeling you either wanna laugh or punch somebody or yell haha ****s the best man

dI'd shoulders and bices this morning actually only got 3 dropsets of db curls in before pump was so intense my grip was losing. not my usual shoulder I did
4x8 upright rows
4x8 db shoulder presses
then burnout low weight side laterals

Ab work

Weighted decline situs
Side bends holding 25lb plate
ball crunches


I'm up 2.5lbs since last Saturday and it all looks solid

I'm back to prepping food because I want to be sure exactly on what I take in

So just finished cooking

3lbs garlic tilapia
4lbs chicken Alfredo. Just chicken no pasta
and 2 lbs of BBQ chicken thighs.

Taking a break then going to start prepping breakfast.

I have been hitting weights early morning
so breakfast this week will also have waffles along with bacon and eggs. Sugar free syrup and I can't believe it's butter spray thougj

Did Back this morning very nice up weight strength keeps climbing

WG lat pulldowns
1x12 full 1x5 partial 75lbs warm up
3x8 120lbs
2x5 135lbs

HS underhand row.
2x8 115lbs
2x8 135lbs

HS high row the plated one was in use so I used the other one
I got 2x5 7olbs

2sets of hanging knee ups
1set each side of side bends with 35lb plate

Then ran out of time had to get to work. But weight up a good amount over last week.

I added t3 back in at 50mg ed and taking 50mg of benadryl at night to clear receptors for clen

Over all very happy might up trest and dien this week

woke up late very quick workout will go back to gym after work.

But man my bi's were so pumped when i was buttoning my work shirt I could feel pain

2x10 70lbs

standing db curls
4x10 25lbs

I don't know man i'm putting on the size and it's getting a little addicting...... have to remember I still need to cut

why does everyone choose test e over test c? you think test c would be easier because of the longer half life it could be dosed once a week. I understand test c has a little less testosterone mg per mg due to its longer heavier esterthats attac, but it cant be tat much of a potency difference.

Crazy thing at the gym this guy stops me and says did you go to this highs Choo I was like yea he says you wrestled for me that was like 25 years ago. I also had nothing to do stayed at gym doing abs and biceps for like 2hrs lol

Thanks man been working real hard to get the lats to widen out it was actually an exercise I saw rich Piana doing on YouTube that made the difference

2x8 45 lb plates
2x6 2x45lb.1x25lb

HS INCLINE. 2X8..2X45LB plates each side
1x5 1x3 2x45lb plate 1x25lb plate each.side

Straight bar.tricep.press down

1x15 110 lbs

1x12 150lbs

1x8 10lbs

And THEN 1x6 whole.damn stack 200lbs

All numbers are heaviest I've gone.since surgery in June last year

ALSO today I hit 1 year.sobriety. ... Big day for me I had almost.8.years sober then got hit with real bad news and went on a year long binge
