I have a Mexican feed on Sunday so I will save my big day for that day which is also a high carb day.
Yes Sir, Anabolic Pump shuts down the Glut-4 reaction in the fat cells to stop fat storage. The insulin release although minor from protien added to the glut-4 reaction to uptake nutrients into the muscle still creates an anabolic effect. It wont produce a "pump" like when used with carbs but it still does increase nutrient absorbsion and decrease fat storage.
On that note, I think this may be one of the reasons the fasted training protocal works so well for recomp. The use of BCAA's is known to cause an insulin release and from what I am learning the Anabolic Pump although using different methods of uptake stimulation than insulin does alone has a synergystic effect with insulin present. With the absence of blood sugar floating around to be used as fuel the presence of insulin is completely unlikely without the BCAA's but with them present you still get your insulin release, however not a spike and you have your anabolic pump which feeds the muscle like you took in some carbs now too. Now that is a revalation that just came to me but may be common knowledge / philosophy for others.

I would have to go to the planet and look at the label for Xtend but I basically mixed it all up in one drink and started drinking it 15 min before the gym, and then as an intra throughout. You mean pre workout not pre cardio. I think that a smaller amount would be sufficient for fasted cardio.
Depends on your type of cardio. HIIT would be the same amount in my opinion, turn it into an anabolic event. I am sure you have seen sprinters legs, that type of training builds muscle even if on a stair mill or eliptical or bike. YOu just have to treat it like a fasted workout. Now for low intensity steady state, glutamine 5-10 grams and thats it. Don't make it easy for the body to replace ATP or use an already broken down BCAA, when you want it to predominantly burn fat at that time. It is going to use the source of energy that is easiest to use in those conditions. Making ketones from fat to burn as energy is harder than using the BCAA's in that scenario so for SS cardio I wouldn't give it the BCAA's.

2 more days left on this cycle and I'm taking a much needed break. I slept very well last night so I should be much better tonight for shoulders and arms. I don't need to be too adventurous as remember all other body parts besides chest are on cruise. This will continue till the end of September.
Hey I got an unsolicitedaranoid: idea for before and during your bridge. I remeber seeing a nice stash back in here somewhere if you have enough SuperCissusRx why dont you megadose it the entire week your off an continue that throughout your bridge take advantage of both the healing and anabolic power of it. Get that cissus pump on maybe even add in a decent amount of VAT Attack that way you are controlling cortisol in two ways. Set yourself up for some healing. YOu may also want to check out the HST Training after your week or so off. However if you did you would want to get your max for your exercises before taking the week off. Then take 10 days off which is perfect for the megadosing for healing of SuperCissus. I am loving the HST right now and I am growing now doubt about that.
Have got 4 orders of Bulk SuperCissus in my cart but it's currently out of stock. I just have reg cissus right now, but I could bump that up. I will contine with VAT attack while I am off too but will run out soon, that is tied up in that order as well.

I would say 6-8 grams a day of the bulk SCRx, and maybe 8-10 on the 5% / regular Cissus.

Shoulders and arms
Seated Military 4X8 4-1-1 tempo ss Pec deck reverse flies 4X8 4-2-1 tempo done quite well. Didn't feel all that energetic at first but I was fine when I started lifting.
Decline Tri extensions 4X8 4-1-1 Tempo crushed these, I always have trouble with the last rep of the 4th set ... must just be in my head. The real trick is to remain in constant motion and keep your tempo, pausing means rest and that is not going to get it done on this particular exercise, I have a tendancy to want to take a break at the top of the motion.
Preacher curls 4X8 3-1-1 tempo wow this felt very light today.. it was because the tendon in my left arm was in much less pain. I added 10 lbs to my last set and did it no problem.
Boy I am ready for a break, I think my CNS has not recovered the way I hoped it would. I got through the 4 weeks ... just one workout left. The plan helped me to do that without falling apart. I am getting a lot of sharp pains all over and feeling quite run down. Nothing that a little rest won't cure. Funny that I feel beat up but when I get into the gym Prime allows me to continue to press myself.

yah I want my fire back and plan on lots of stretching .. have already doubled my cissus intake. I am hoping super cissus bulk is in soon.

Well there's Banaba but your Prime response certainly makes up for lack in other products.
Volcom, do you just not get a pump from AP or do you not see any recomp effects from it? The recomp should still be there due to the fat storage being shut down even if you aren't getting the super pump. Just a thought. Another question, the P-Slin you took was it boxed PSlin in a pill or bulk P-Slin, because the pill form has Gymnema Sylvestre in it as well and that is another strong insulin mimicker, but it is not in the bulk PSlin.
I've used AP on multiple, multiple occasions, simply because I have a slight comprehension of what it should do and the effects seemed too good to pass up. However, I did not experience any notable effects, apart from perhaps some psychological relief from eating a handful of carbs. It's hard to measure just how effective AP's recomp effect was, because I've only used it on SEVERE cuts, where weight loss is inevitable. I recall Mullet saying that AP may take a long time for the effects to really seal itself in the system, so I would run about 3-4 bottles straight at a time on good faith. I can't say for certain what AP did or didn't do. I trusted that it did aid me in my efforts, but again, not to any palpable extent.
I took Pslin in a box and it was the same issue. No pump, no real recomp effect. I've taken the AP/Pslin combo on a heavy bulk and a mean arse cut and the weight loss from my cut was the only time I had notable effects.
Again, I don't doubt either of these products, but neither provided an palpable experiences or results.
However, as unreal as my lack of response is to AP & Pslin, my response to PRIME is just as unreal, but in a very positive sense.
