I'd like to continue omega 3 and cissus in my protocol. Am I good with the 4 hour spacing, as the original post recommends?
I'm definitely feelin the ara taking a gram of fish oil about 5-6 hours away from ara and workout

this is interesting debating trying this out however i usually have a meal before lifitng bananas and protein powder and then take a preworkout right before i leave for the gym
how does this work added with preworkouts
currently reading thread.... are there any negative side effects?
I always have a meal before I lift bananas and protein powder jugs. They get heavy, depending on how much protein I have left in the and how many bananas are in the bunch. Anyway, just wait until after your warm up sets. Take the Ara with you and take it after you finish warming up. I see no reason not to take it with a pre-workout, but of course you'd still wait and take it later after your warm up sets in the gym. As far as negatives it does cause increased DOMS and sometimes joint pain in a lot of people. Then again some people don't get that and they still love it!.
How long suggested off after 50 workout days? My run of 50 is gonna take about 12 weeks... So I'm assuming 4-8 weeks off?
Can I drink juices/soda to take all ArA, GMS, and LCLT? Or is that not considered fasted?
Oh Oops. Was doing that for a few days too...couldn't stand GMS without something flavoured
Do I not receive the benefitd of ArA if I do this?
GMS isn't a necessity with ArA. If you can't handle it you can forego it.
Alright, bUT just wondering, are my previous workout with ArA are wasted?
Not necessarily but the reason For taking it fasted is so that it goes straight into the muscle. the sugar from sports drinks/sodas/juices will make it get absorbed into fat tissue

What happens if it does get absorbed into fat tissue?
It gets wasted
But exercise is a great stimulus for shuttling nutrients to working muscles so you are likely fine. Don't sweat it![]()
I mix up some protein sludge before working out and spread it on my muscles. By the time I'm done working out it's "shuttled" directly to my muscles bro. Super anabolic.

ArA has an extremely high affinity for muscle tissue. For years people took XF with meals and still saw the incredible gains.
When people took it with meals (baylor study), there were no gains. In the recent study with preworkout dosing, there were impressive gains. You do the math. Science > placebo
This is an odd effect, but today my lungs feel sooo open and breathing was very easy during workout also during my vocal exercises ...
Personally, I don't really ever stop taking ArABut, it's not going to make all that much of a difference in terms of precision with how long you take it, and how long of a break you take.
If you take it a couple weeks long or take a bit shorter or longer of a break, it's fine.
Lodhra Bark Extract
Aka
Symplocos Racemosa Extract
Complementary Effects with Arachidonic Acid (ArA)
ArA has three primary metabolites: prostaglandins (associated with muscle accretion and vasodilation), thromboxanes (associated with blood clotting; inhibited by carnitines or aspirin), and leukotrienes (associated with constriction of smooth muscle, such as bronchoconstriction). The latter two effects are typically considered unfavorable.
Lodhra Bark is a lipoxygenase inhibitor, preventing the conversion of ArA to leukotrienes. This leaves more ArA available to be converted to prostaglandins or thromboxanes, the latter of which can be inhibited by methods stated above.

Is lohdra necessary for an effective ara run?
Is lohdra necessary for an effective ara run?
Nothing is necessary to run with ArA to make it effective. It is beneficial, yes. Same with GMS and a Carnitine salt.
I'm going to play around with PA + ArA + AnaBeta Elite.
Necessary? Certainly not.
Possibly helpful? I guess...
Bit of a stretch though I think, at least based on that data.
-LOX inhibition does not necessarily lead to higher prostaglandin synthesis. Many LOX inhibitors exhibit dual action and also inhibit COX, some others have no affect on COX at all. So having 'more arachidonic acid' for metabolism via COX doesn't necessarily actually lead to anything happening.
-How prominent of a constituent is it? Is it there in a high enough quantity to do anything?
-It's an ethanolic glycoside, is the extract PES is using the same as the one from that study? It may or may not even be present depending on extraction method
Without more data, I feel like there's way too many questions on the table
Just curious, I know people seem to experience more intense DOMS and general sorness with ArA but I was wondering if anyone has had joint pain as well. I got hit by a car 3 years ago which resulted in a dislocated elbow, fractured forearm, and broken collarbone and as I am on week 6 of my ArA run, the joint pain in that elbow and shoulder has gotten quite severe. I am trying to figure out if it could be due to the ArA or if it is coincidental.
Thanks for the quick reply, I'm guessing it's a combination of the ArA as well as the powerlifting program I started a few weeks back.
I'm on week 3 and have had zero joint issues. In fact, dare I say my "condition" has improved. I've had chronic low back and hip/psoas muscle strains and inflammation and it's honestly improved. Is it possible that NOT ENOUGH ara in my system could have been causing said issues?
I still say the best thing to stack with ArA that is natural is Anabeta.
I'm gonna stack it with anabeta and formabolic during the summer when I'm fresh off a cut to keep water retention low but stay full.
If it is x-factor, it's likely changed to mimic the protocol used in their recently published study.
If you had a lack of inflammation to allow cellular repair prior , possibly
Also while running ARA people end up using less antioxidants, which is better IMO. People have been fine with just dietary intake, the supplementation with antioxidants is excessive these days. There is a such thing as too much, especially with things like vitamin E, which everything from eggs to milk is fortified with now on top of our standard diet and supplements.
Sorry, rant
Answer = i think it is possible
Quick question before I have to go to bed in 20 minutes. I'm stacking ArA with original Anabeta. What's best bang for the buck - new version X-gels or X-factor Advanced? PM if you know best prices. My internet will be out tomorrow for cable upgrade and I need to order tonight (can't use 4G on my phone either my data plan went over and I shut off mobile data, I'm a mess I know)
Is arimistane too tough on the joints during an ArA cycle?
Well, when I said staying off of it, I meant she wasn't running. She's still doing squats and deadlifts. But she has to run to stay in shape for the army physical fitness test, but also weight trains, heavy weight. Still recommend only 1 to 2 pills a day though, correct?
