Front Squats=6x10=60
Bench SUMO Squats: 4x10=40
Low Bar Back Squats: 3x10=30

No one answered my last post so I think Unilateral work is out lol. Oh wellz only makes the target more of a challenge

275x 2 x 6 = 12
Hack squat
Sled + 50 4 x15 = 60
Sled + 100 3 x15 =45
Sled + 150 3 x10 = 30
Sled + 200 3 x 10 = 30
BB Squat to finish 135 2 x 15 = 30

Total squats = 327 reps then some accessories and leg press.

We are at "17,447 reps" !

I love legs. I have been climbing ladders half my life. haha. I also did the stairs before Bb squats 5 min on 7. I like to get the blood pumping.
