Supplementation
Liquidrone will be taken as recommended on the bottle. 1ml taken twice a day, 8 hours apart. First administration will be taken appox. 1pm and second dose will be approx. 8pm.

Well, when i first got to the gym I was feeling pretty sluggish. I drank a few beers last night, so this was probably the case. I dosed LD around 1310 and went to the gym around 1415. About 20 mins in, my energy picked up....... Right around half way through BB rows. Felt a good euphoric rush. Thinking maybe 2 hours is a good saturation time for the LD. I well keep an eye on this throughout the cycle. If it is the case of 2 hours being the sweet spot, I will dose 2 hours before workout.

Overall badass day at the gym. I honestly felt great recovery between sets and good strength. I had to stop cause my hands were killing me. I thought the skin on palms was gonna tear off. This could be a placebo effect, as I doubt the LD would set in that fast. I will administer the second dose around 2000 tonight.

hey man, have you been having any particularly aggressive dreams lately. I have. Besides what good and positive agression I feel during the day, they seem have been taking over my dreams as well. Very interesting.....
 
i have to admit to having some fuked up dreams on the regular, but last nights were pretty jacked. I did notice that. Took the day off today to spend some time with the family. Dosed at 1330 and 2130.
 
Can you remember any of those dreams? I get crazy ones too, and the fiance will yell at me and say that i better not be dreaming about scre:boobies:wing other chicks. I dont know what i was dreaming about but she said i had a grin on my face when i was sleeping:sleeping:.

Leg Press- 470x7, 560x5, 610x2 (failure....dropped it trying to push out 3rd rep)
Leg curls- 3(110x12)
Seated Calf raises- 45x10, 2(115x10)
Standing calf raises- Drop sets starting from 160, executing 10 reps and dropping 3 plates. (60 reps..........it sucks but blast ur calves.) 2 sets of this

Cardio- ~10 mins walking ~10 mins bike.........i was tired.

Comments:

So today was a good work out. I did start to get some back spasms during my 275 squat. My form goes to sh!t once i get past 225....I have relatively weak squat. This is one thing i am focused on improving throughout this cycle. Feelin pretty good in the gym again. I felt like i had some more in me (not necessarily my legs) but i felt like i could have worked another body part. Got a good pump, yet nothing mind blowing. I normally get good pumps without gear. Dont think that the LD has quite kicked in full gear yet, so Im patiently waiting. Once again I think ~2 hours after dosing is the sweet spot. I dosed today at 1245 and 1915 (wanted to get it in prior to the gym (2000)).

Another thing I find, and Bigiron feels the same, is quick recovery time between sets.

I dont know what the exercise is called but i hang up on pullup bar, pull up half way, straighten my body parallel (as i can get it) and cruch my legs up to my chest. Its a brutal workout, and its the only thing that still gets my abs sore.......did about 12 of those

Was really tired today....daughters fault. Had only an hour to workout today. Felt pretty good towards the end of the workout, but was exhausted by the time i went to work. Took LD about 2.5 hours before the gym. Didnt notice a difference that taking an hour b4 the gym. Im thinking about 30min into workout and my blood starts flowing real well is when the LD gives me the best effect. I dont exactly warm up very well........i usually get right to business. Gonna try doing like 5-10 on the bike to get heart rate up, then hit weights to see if that works.....

I normally dont do 2 "push" days in a row, but since i didnt have much time i had to do shoulders yesterday. I got a good warmup and started off on the bench. I usally do 5x5 with 215, but through the first set, i felt so good that i up'ed it. So i added 5 lbs every set. I beasted the bench today........well except for the last set, where i failed at 4 and had my spot rack it. I usually do pin lockouts after bench, but i sucked today. I guess i put out so much on flat bench, i burned myself out a bit. I only got through one set of 3 lockouts. Pretty mediocre. Besides that i felt a good pump and intensity, and i think it is only getting better.
 
oh god the taste is wretched. cinnamon/spearmint waging a vicious war, and the only looser was my taste buds!

great workouts thaOrleanyte, looks like liquidrone is serving you pretty well so far. I see your already up a pound. I found that after 1 full week(7days) of liquidrone the effects really kick in and youll be on hands and knees thanking AMS. ill be following ya.. good luck

Ive just recently started using the push/pull idea and its been working great makes worekout alot diff.
 
yeah push/pull is another way to help keep you from overtraining

i am still following the challenge. did 16 today.....
 
taking a day off.......... busted rust at work all night and got more to do today. Damn Navy inspectors.......... crying baby has got me tired as fuk too. I'm gonna take a few days off, i can tell my body is gassed. Dosing today at 1330/2130/.

full night of sleep used to be a very rare occasion around my house, i got 2 little boys 2 1/2 and 3 1/2, basically for the last 3 years we seldom slept through the night only now they can hold it for the whole night, and weekends are made for sleeping!

Well im staying at my mom's so im not able to go to my gym. I had to search around and found a gold's downtown. Fukin place charged me 15 bucks! What a rip off. They also didnt have any weight belts or wrist straps for me to borrow, so my workout had to go as heavy as i could grip.
 
Hey, I don't think I subbed this so I'm subbing now. Workouts are looking good, and congrats to all of those who have little ones and little ones on the way. I have a 10mo, so I am no stranger to a crying baby. However, she has always slept the night through, so I consider myself lucky. Anyways, my log is over in the cycle info section. I did mine over there just to spread it out a bit. Sub that sh!t. Hope the drone treats us all well, I am enjoying mine thus far.

So over the last week, I've had solid strength gains. Workouts have been the same routine with a conservative 7-10 lbs gain. Aggressiveness is off the charts.... Like nasty.
Everything else is falling in line.......except for the shitty week i had

Looks like this is working great for you..Whats your current diet look like..prot/cal/fats/carbs?
 
my diet is ~2500 cals 280p/60f/180c..........something around that

But admittedly I had a shift change from night crew to days and now have a shift change again so my diet has been all over the place, like my schedule. Also the stress level has been at its highest, so i have to admit, i smashed some liquor/sweets/pizza.

Current weight-198 (+4)

Yesterday worked back/bi/trap utilizing same lifts. Threw in some Hise shrugs for fun. Weighted pullups, Strict BB rows, Cable close grip pulldown/row, EZ bar curls, Single armed preachers, Hise shrugs, overhead shrugs, Shrug "contraption" (Heavy).

Aggressiveness is good, keeping me focused through lifts. The sides are starting to creep up. BP is up and joints are killin me. Gonna remedy this with some 81mg aspirin and a handfull of fishies. Sides are nothing I cant handle.

STAY HYDRATED!........with beer!

my knees were really bothering me so I called off deads. Achy knees is not normal for me, so this is how i know the dry joint issue is comin on. some capsiacin around the joints might help.........hmmm
 
So i have taken the last couple days off due to school work. I noticed the other night that I got a bad headache and flush skin. Pretty sure it was a BP issue. I popped a aspirin and got a lil better.

Also, when i was swinging my golf clubs, my knees and elbows got achy with the quickness.

I'll be back in the gym tonight (hopefully), and i'll let u know how it goes!
