Love me some yogurt, haven't tried the greek yogurt other than when out at a greek spot. Any names or recomendations for best brand to try? Nice to see someone else eating some good stuff. I myself am about to devour 1 cup low carb raspberry yogurt mixed with 12 oz low fat cottage cheese. YUM! Probably doesn't sound all that good but give it a shot. I am tempted to throw in some peanuts for texture but not sure yet. May eat them on the side and enjoy a small grapefruit.

Yep tons of Krogers down here, along w/ HEB and a few Randalls. But I stick to Kroger since there are two within 5 minutes of my house
Last night during my bball game, during the first few minutes I was going up for a layup and this guy pulled on my arms and fouled me. But on the way down I landed awkward and I tweaked my ankle. It is really sore this morning though. I'm still going to go lift for sure

I forgot to mention this yesterday, but I noticed a few more pimples come up. One was on the back of my left shoulder and the other was almost done abit on the back of my arm, near the top of my left tricep.
Libido is still sky high, and I seem to be hardening up too. Agression is higher than normal (I think this helped during my bball game) and my confidence is way up aswell. I'm really enjoying TestoPRO!!:naughty:

Yesterday...
I was fricken busy all day long yesterday, I tried to squeeze in time to update, but I everytime I tried I had to get up and do something esle. I did have enough time to drain all of my energy during a workout though
Lifting
Squats - 225 x 3, 235 x 3, 245 x 3, 255 x 3, 265 x 3, 275 x 3,3
Power Clean to Push Press - 65 x 5, 85 x 5, 105 x 5, 135 x 3, 145 x 2, 165 x 1, 185 got the clean and failed on the press
Food:
Post workout I had 40 grams of whey and 30 grams of dextrose. After this I had to rush a shower and head to work. At work I then ate two plates of brisked, black eyed peas, collard greens, corn, and a rye roll. It was BBQ day, but the only thing other than brisket was sausage. I had this basic meal three times before I left for the day. Once I got home I made a burrito with chicken, black beans, and some salsa. For dinner I ate some home made chili.
Other Stuff:
I did end up playing in that other bball league. They were already 3 games into the league and I didn't play much. Even though the other team had two guys 6'5"+ in for most of the game and we had none. I was called for some picky fouls once in, and I scored a few buckets but my free throws were still off - I think I was 2 for 5. We still won the game easily by 10, were up by 20 w/ 5 minutes left.
Today I have to work the early shift, so hopefully I will be home early. If I can get in a workout I will. My agression is still high, ex: There was a ton of s*** talking going on last night and I was even part of it, which I can never recall that I have done in the past. There was one more pimple on my right shoulder this morning, I guess I am prone to getting them. :boggled:

Update:
So today did not go as planned at all. I wonder how that happened:think:
First off, got to work early. Sat around for two hours doing nothing, just waiting for the food room to open up for lunch. Then all of the sudden I had to work outside non-stop for 5 and a half hours. By the time I got back in the kitchen was in the break time between lunch and dinner service.
I ended up not eating anything at all for 8 hours. Needless to say I was starving when I got home. Once I did get home I treated it like a post workout situation, 40 grams of whey and 30 grams of dextrose with pineapple slices. After that my friend invited my girl and I to go out with him to eat. We just went to Chipolte and I ate a burrito and about half of my gal's burrito bowl. I was full after this one. An hour ago I ate a chicken breast and a bunch of almonds.
It really sucked not eating for so long, I laughed when I thought to myself that I tested out "intermediate fasting" or what ever it is called :wink1:
Tomorrow I am going to hit chest/tri's/hams. Pretty siked about it for sure!!!

I had to make up for yesterdays lack of food with some feasting today. For breakfast I ate 6 eggs, tortilla, 1/2 can of black beans, and salsa with a shake of 1/4 cup of oatmeal, strawberry yogurt, coconut milk, and peanut butter. Then I sat around for an hour and went to lift.
Lifting:
Bench Press - 175 x 3, 185 x 3, 195 x 3, 205 x 3, 210 x 3, 215 x 2,2
Dips - BW x 10, +20 x 8, +35 x 5, +45 x 8,5
Stiff Leg Deads - 135 x 5, 185 x 5, 205 x 5, 215 x 5,5
BB Pull Overs - 65 x 10,10,10 superset w/
Skullcrushers - 65 x 10,8,7
Single Leg Curls - 30 x 8,8,6
Foods:
Post workout was my usual 40/30. Then I ate a chicken breast, the rest of the black beans, 2 slices of ezekiel bread w/ honey, and some peanut butter. After this I headed to work. There I ate some bbq chicken, veggies, potatoes, and fish. An hour and a half later I went back up and had 2 chicken fried steaks, potatoes, and veggies. Another 2 hours later I went up again and had another chicken fried steak, veggies, some cut up chicken breast, and a piece of corn bread.
I had a solid workout today. 215 is the most that I have ever benched. My triceps are pretty sore now, along with my hams. I got the 215 on bench a lot easier than I thought that I would have. Now that 225 goal that I have will hopefully be smashed in the next 20 days.
Tonight is going to be a straight rest night. I do not know what I will be eating yet, but it will be good. Tomorrow will be a back and biceps day, I might have time for some core work too.
