I'm hoping to hit 405 by the end of this cycle. I've only got enough for 50mg daily for 4 weeks. It comes 50mg/ml so I'm just taking 1ml pre workout.
 
Also I forgot to mention, it must've been high schools free day at the gym, probably around 30 of these little 16 year olds running around doing bicep curls. Was annoying yet humorous at the same time.

BB is def where it's at for burnouts. Helps keep me balanced... DB's I start to get dominant on one side and ruins those last few reps

Yeah man they're awesome, them last few reps make you look weak as fuk tho lol struggling with 135! Pump was def incredible. Almost painful.

BB is def where it's at for burnouts. Helps keep me balanced... DB's I start to get dominant on one side and ruins those last few reps

This is why I do them with a bb, my body's very right side dominant. Don't know why, I only ever do the same amount of reps on either side!

Pretty decent workout. Was sweating profusely by the end and had an incredible pump. It was actually painful. I was going to finish off with 6 ways but the pump was really sore and I was having issues lifting my arms lol.
Not going to get into diet. Didn't eat nearly enough and there was a couple poor dietary choices. Had friends up from out of town so it was always going to be tough.
Trensomnia hit bad again last night. Up at 4am :| nips flared up again as well so I'm going to give it a couple days then bump exem to 25mg. No bloat, libido is still high, hitting prs on a weekly basis.
Hopefully my other vial of tren turns up on the next few days so I can bump my dose up.

One side that has been more prevalent these last few days is really stiff joints. Feels like the tendons in my elbows knees and shoulders are being stretched.... Estrogen too low? It's not all the time mainly when I've been stationary and try to move, I have to go slow then it feels gtg after a couple seconds. Apart from that all seems good.

Ahhhh, your alright! From what I read the Trend uses whatever you eat for muscle. But your dont need to over do it! Lol looks like your workout was spot on!
 
You are hitting the AI pretty hard so that may account for your dry joints

Second this... Try dropping the erase for a day or two and see how you feel. The aromasin by itself should be plenty

Yeah I was thinking about dropping it down and if my nips start to flare up again add it back in until it subsides.

I'm usually pretty goo re diet, I live 1000km away from all my bad influence friends lol. Makes it hard when they come up and see me. If I hadn't ****ed around so much getting down there I could have done a lot more lol.

This was my thinking. The erase definitely helped with my itchy nips but I think since the sensitivity has subsided it may be overkill. Will drop it for now and see how it goes. Don't like feeling like an 85 year old man :D
 
Well at least now you know what it takes to clear you nip sensitivity so backing it off to relieve your joints will be no biggy

I didn't actually dose aromasin last night. Thought I'd give myself a good day off and see how I feel this morning, zero joint pain so far today. Walking up some steep steeps yesterday I had to use the arm rails to pull myself up, today I pretty much ran up them :)

Arms were smoked. Had an incredible pump. Arms are still lacking along with my calves so between now and the end of cycle they will be getting a lot of attention.
Bumped the dose of tren ace up to 120mg. Hopefully my other vial turns up before this vial comes out. If it turns up early next week like its supposed to ill bump the tren up again.
Didn't track cals today but it was clean and actually bland as **** lol. Chicken and sweet potato gets boring real quick lol
Sides - my knees were sore toward the end of the day, I'm hoping by tomorrow ill have enough e2 to lube me up.

Thanks bro. I never really push myself on bench / chest as in my earlier days I did far too much chest dominant training and it overpowers my back resulting in a forward shoulder position. Slowly getting it sorted tho.

I aspirated and blood filled the barrel so I had to pin a second time and forgot to change the needle. Maybe this is a cause? Either way it sucks lol

When my wife and I started dating 4 years ago it was ON (every day my man, MULTIPLE times) and then it started dying off and I was like, you don't seem to understand, I expect it to stay like this forEVER. Of course she was a little shocked by this because she was only 21 and I was 32. But anytime she wasn't in the mood I'd tell her to just let me do my thing and she WOULD be. Now she doesn't even fight it. :-D

My advice, massage her feet and work your way up. She definitely won't say no to the massage and by the time you've hit her erogenous zone she'll be asking YOU for it. ;-)

So I did a 24 hour period yesterday of being up and awake only had 4 maybe 5 hours sleep. Still went down in my super lethargic state and hit some shoulders. Should have stayed home. Not going to layout my workout but everything was down. A lot. Depressing. Anyways moving on tomorrow's another day.

Just woke up feeling semi refreshed. Actually feeling like a human being today which is a pleasant change from the last couple. Legs today with a second session of biceps planned for later.

Got my first bout of tren cough earlier. It's exactly like you said, feels like trying to hold back a bong cough lol. Lucky I had plenty of practice at that in my high school days. I've had minor bouts of it so far but nothing like tonight.

For how much I want feeling it when I walked in there the relative ease of putting 360 up for plenty of reps surprised me. I should have put in more and I'm quite annoyed now that I didn't. Am going to try 405 next time of this I am certain.
Sides all seem to be in check trensomnia hasn't been much of an issue, tren cough is a bit rough but passes pretty quick. Libido is super high. Wifeys been giving it up a bit the last few days so that's probably why :P

So even though your diets been a bit inconsistent are you still seeing results as far as body comp? Obviously your killing it for strength since you've been hitting pr's almost every session but I'm interested to see if the tren can "outwork" the diet flaws

Well I wouldn't say it's been inconsistent but I have had to improvise with some meals. I always eat clean whether improvised or not but in saying that I've noticed some really nice changes in my shoulders, back and quads. Unfortunately eating in such a caloric surplus I have managed to put on some bf :( my calories have been in excess of 3500 for awhile.
