Test, tren and winny

I don't doubt that ****! I was hoping to hit 405 aoon but it seems my legs are having some difficulty. But **** that noise, I'm gonna try it wen I have a proper squat. ****en sucks having a gym partner then not having one. I'm scared to push it on squats. And I don't trust the ***s in my gym to spot me, they are all morons.

Man I never have a gym partner, well apart from wifey but I wouldn't trust her to spot me lol. All 110lbs of her lol. I just set the safeties and go from there. I just want those 4 plates a side, IMHO that's straight beast.
 
Day 58

50mg winny

Don't know wtf hit me today. Woke up feeling fantastic, within an hour I felt like I'd been hit by a ****ing bus. Headaches, lethargy, muscle soreness, headaches, zero energy and did I mention headaches?? Had zero appetite so all I've had is a few shakes and some bananas. Going to try have a big dinner to get my cals up.
Feeling a lot better now so hopefully I'm gtg tomorrow.
 
I had a panic attack last night cus my lat crampedup and I couldn't un cramp it lol.

This sounds like the most painful thing ever... Never had that before. Willing to bet it makes you scared to move at all especially to bend over or teist
 
Brother, you have no idea I was like wtf is this so i just raised my hands straight (did shoulders 30 min before) and it was just torture jumped in the hot shower tries rubbing it. Ate taurine/potassium . Then foam rolled tool a good 30 min. Bad to decent to bad. Lol

Sounds nasty thyrod! Muscle cramps are never much fun. I remember when I was running albuterol I was out at this really nice restaurant and my hamstring cramped up ad wouldn't uncramp. It was ****ing embarrassing lol. One of the most painful things I've ever experienced lol. Hope your gtg now man!
 
I get cramps I never knew were possible l, and it'snot even the muscles worked.

Try supplementing magnesium bro. Wifey gets some pretty random muscle cramps and she takes a magnesium supp called endura and it seems to alleviate hers pretty quick. And of course potassium and taurine :)
 
I almost started a thread about worst cramps ever. Clen + not enough taurine, I have lots of stories! Neck cramp, abs, lats, feet, I've had them all and more...
What works best for me is to try to stop it immediately when it starts. Otherwise, well clearly you know how it turns out

That's a huge pr in chest press. That's big not weights right there. I've done 110s before a few times but the 125s just seemed so far out of my reach. Not today tho :)
So a bit of bad news my last vial of tren turned up today, except it wasn't tren. My guy ****ed up and sent mast in its place. So unless I can get my hands on another vial over the next few days ill be all out by the end of the week :(
Apart from night sweats and some trensomnia sides seem to be in check.
 
Ugh, well masteron is cool but it ain't no tren. So what can you do...? That's a bum deal for you. But I guess lesson learned is have all your gear up front because you just never know. Or maybe it's a sign....lol

Well I didn't plan on getting a third vial until a while ago the initial plan was only the two. I just wanted to get a third so I could blast the fuçk out of it the last few weeks.

Na probably not. Will have to save it for next time, whenever that may be. Spoke to another guy last night he's got some coming in, hopefully it gets here in time. If not I'm cool with sticking to the original plan.

Anyway, lifts are looking solid bud very nice numbers. I'm hoping to get that 4 plate squat by fall.

Day 60

No pin
50mg winstrol

Sorry no update yesterday. One of those days. I did hit back, went in peak hour so I had to improvise a bit. I did hit a couple prs on seated rows at 100 per side for 7 and in deadsstop rows at 125 for 6. Diet was good finished up around 3500 kcals, a lot came from powders an my homemade bulking shakes as I was on the road and in meetings all day.
I think the winny is drying out my joints. Mainly my knees. Not as bad as they were from lack of e2 tho.

Planned off day today. Ate a ton. Had trensomnia last night but woke feeling extremely refreshed. Even throughout my long work day I had a surplus of energy. Big game on tonight here in oz will be kicking back and watching the state of origin.
 
Why so high on Test?

For a couple reasons actually but the main reason is I'm using the two weeks it takes for the ester to clear to go away on my honeymoon. For me high test = pornstar libido :P I also wanted to see how I react to it running it this way as next time I will run it the other way around.

Planned off day today. Had a late night last night watching the footy and trensomnia on top of that made me a tired irritable person today. I am going to hit 405 on squats tomorrow. It's happening whether I feel it or not lol. If wifey comes down with me I might try and get a video of it. Diet was good. Haven't been tracking cals these last few days but it has been clean and plentiful.

I had this problem and had to go settings and re size. When I had my iphone I ciuld load pics if I was on a wifi connect.

i failed :( miserably lol actually this winny has dried out my knees that bad i couldnt even attempt it. i strapped the **** out of my knees and everything but it was quite painful. begrudgingly i switched over to chest and back supersets. managed to hit 315 on bench for 4 tho plus 2 forced reps which i dont count. so all in all actually a good day in the gym

So as mentioned above I went in to smash legs and get that 4 plates a side on squats. Warming up was brutal on the knees and I wasn't going to risk Injury for my egos sake. I was super pissed tho as I was feeling strong and had the right mindset to smash that ****. Hit some back and chest supersets instead

Smoked. Once I got warmed up the dryness in my shoulders started easing up which was good. Really stoked about hitting the prs today especially on bench that's a huge benchmark for me.
So I thought I'd touch on sides a bit here. Night sweats seem to come and go. There bad one night then not the next. Trensomnia is very prevalent. If I don't take my natural sleeping aids I toss, turn can't get comfortable and just don't get much sleep whatsoever. Tren rage was quite bad at the start but seems to have faded substantially the longer I've been on. I am having something similar to back pumps, only on back day, these are stopping me from deadlifting. The winny has dried me up really bad the last few days. I also have some rather sensitive nipples at the moment as well but not lumps so I'm ok with that. Testes have atrophied a fair bit but that was always going to happen since I don't have access to hcg.

Yeah man it was a really good intense session! So far things haven't been that bad regarding sides, I mean they're there definitely but not as bad as people make them out to be. The strength and muscle hardness is unbelievable! At this point only one pin left. There is an outside chance I can get some more by Tuesday And if I do ill bump the dose way up for the last two weeks I'm on, if not Sunday will be the last pin.
 
Yo try this warm up.
Leg extensions. 1 leg 50x20 each leg. 2 sets then strech and foam roll. Then 4 sets of 20 bw squats.

I might start pulsing it on workout days only to see if that helps with the joint issues. Something like 50mg on workout days and only 25mg on non workout days. Joint issues aren't good at all man! Debated using winny and was a bit worried about the joint problems.
