Man I've never ha joint pain this bad. It's really quite rough. Hopefully pulsing it relieves some of this joint pain. If not ill have to discontinue :(
I'm very sad. I've enjoyed tren a lot and I dont want to stop lol. On a positive note I am going to koh Samui and they sell steroids over the counter.... Might have to stock up while I'm over there for my next run after wifey gets preggers. :)
 
One other thing worth mentioning re sides of tren is my endurance is way way down. Doing chest and back supersets the other day I was that breathless I felt like I'd just sprinted a mile. Even walking up stairs I've been getting out of breath. Tren cough is something I also forgot to mention. Only happens after pinning an it feels like I'm trying to cough up a lung. If I hold it it passes if I start coughing I can't stop for at least 15 minutes.

Have you tried doing cardio? Lol it's horrible! I feel like I can't breath.

Had a really effing busy day today and by the time I was done I was struggling to make time for gym but I managed to squeeze in a chest and back superset workout. Was supposed to be legs but it was teeny bopper Tuesday and the decided they were going to use the squat rack as their point of conversation.... Gives me the right ****s that does. Anyways rant over

Had to lighten the weight a fair bit as this winny is still drying me up pretty bad. Will drop the dose to 25mg for the rest of the week and see how it goes.
Diets been good and clean. I haven't been counting cals as diets remained pretty consistent I know without counting I'm at least 3300 3500 calories.
Sides: holy mother of sensitive nips. If it doesn't start to subside ill add in erase on my off days from exem and see how that goes.
Side note: went to a work function tonight and everyone was saying how big I've gotten. One of the girls I work with reckon my pecs are bigger than her tits lol :P
 
Thy sucks about the sensitivity... And with already dry joints that erase could be brutal... Have you tried any joint aids or maybe some extra fish oils and the like as far as natty supps for joint pain?

Yeah the joint pain is from the winny so hopefully spreading the erase and exemstane in different days doesn't kill my e2 and dry me out even more. I'm currently on Achilles at 4 caps a day and 6 krill oil. Does not seem to be helping much at this point :( only another two weeks to go hopefully it doesn't get any worse.

Drop the erase bro!! Don't need that extra druness. Nice db work bro.

Ill drop it once the tenderness goes down. I haven't got a lump under there and need to get the tenderness under control before I do. Hopefully dosing exem and erase on different days won't be overkill but just enough.

Had a pretty sweet leg session today. ****ing killed it. Been playing around with my winny dose timing and it seemed to help with my leg session today. Knees were still a bit dry but not too bad. Had to go in peak hour today so I had to improvise a bit.

Nip sensitivity has gone down after my exem dosing so ill hold off on erase for now.
I had to skip a meal but I made up for it post workout 2 cups mashed sweet potato and a lb of steak got my cals back up to where they needed to be.
 
Did I read this wrongs 10 sets of 8 on 315. That's a massive jump from135-390. You don't work your way up?

I always train reverse pyramid style so after my warmup I put on max weight and then drop weight every set while still aiming for a target rep range. Lol I wish I could pull 10 sets of 8 at 315, that would be insane. Might try that next week :P

My smith shoulder press hasn't shown much improvement lately. I did push 200 a few weeks ago but since my joints have dried up I'm struggling with 175.
Joints have been dry but manageable since lowering my dose of winny. Nips are still sensitive but they are also manageable the way they are. Wish wifey would stop hitting them on purpose. She can be cruel lol.
Ate an absolute **** load today. Was just hungry all day. I'd eat be satisfied for 30 mins then I'd be starving again.
 
Day 70

Had a tiring day at the office, a site wide evacuation enforced by my department kept me busy all effing day. Anyways I went down and hit some arms. Didn't keep track but tri bi supersets had my arms totally pumped.
Joints felt good today, zero dryness. Had some epic DOMS in my traps, quads and glutes today. Haven't had that in awhile.
Taking the next three days off unfortunately as the gyms closed by the time I get home over the weekend and Monday I'm driving 13 hours.

Another off day today. Same as yesterday, kept diet in check for lack of activity. 13 hour drive tomorrow. It's never fun. Hoping to get up early and hit a quick session before I start, I left my pre workout at my other place so getting up at 0530 to go train could prove to be an issue lol.

Thanks for that swanky. That's actually the reason I jumped into this cycle, wifey told me after the wedding that's it with hormone use until we have kids so I assessed my stash and was like ok then I've got plenty to run a cycle before the wedding lol.
