BB is def where it's at for burnouts. Helps keep me balanced... DB's I start to get dominant on one side and ruins those last few reps

In and out in 40 minutes with a new bent over row PR. To be honest I ALMOST skipped today's session. Two days of sleep deprivation. And poor diet has me feeling flat and worn out. Glad I didn't tho.
One side that has been more prevalent these last few days is really stiff joints. Feels like the tendons in my elbows knees and shoulders are being stretched.... Estrogen too low? It's not all the time mainly when I've been stationary and try to move, I have to go slow then it feels gtg after a couple seconds. Apart from that all seems good.

Second this... Try dropping the erase for a day or two and see how you feel. The aromasin by itself should be plenty

My joints ate feeling a lot better, I didn't do legs this morning as my knees were feeling quite stiff but have been getting better every minute. Libido is still high ( even though wifey hasn't been giving it up much) I have some bad pip from last nights pin. Worst so far this cycle. I aspirated and blood filled the barrel so I had to pin a second time and forgot to change the needle. Maybe this is a cause? Either way it sucks lol

When my wife and I started dating 4 years ago it was ON (every day my man, MULTIPLE times) and then it started dying off and I was like, you don't seem to understand, I expect it to stay like this forEVER. Of course she was a little shocked by this because she was only 21 and I was 32. But anytime she wasn't in the mood I'd tell her to just let me do my thing and she WOULD be. Now she doesn't even fight it. :-D

Oh normally her libido is very high. Higher than mine by far but I think the long hours at work coupled with the stresses of organizing an extravagant wedding is taking its toll. Well she's 25 now and I'm almost 36 but I'm definitely a lucky guy no doubt about it. A stressed out mama can definitely be difficult to get in the mood. My advice, massage her feet and work your way up. She definitely won't say no to the massage and by the time you've hit her erogenous zone she'll be asking YOU for it. ;-)

So even though your diets been a bit inconsistent are you still seeing results as far as body comp? Obviously your killing it for strength since you've been hitting pr's almost every session but I'm interested to see if the tren can "outwork" the diet flaws
