Test P, NPP, Var, Msten stack

Mine dont bother me too much but i am a little phlemy at the moment. I had to drop ECA, as that turned me into a real mess.
 
30 minutes on the bike after work tonight, hr about 115.

Fiancé says this stuff must be kicking in because I already “look huge.” Checked the scale and I’m up about 10lbs as of tonight, but I’m sure pretty much all that is just from eating carbs again the past couple days.

And I tell you what, these oats are really clearing me out. Bigtime. Not unpleasant like quinoa, though. Eating that stuff everyday would have me shopping the market for a butthole transplant he way it wrecks the ole starfish.
 
NTF chest and back today.

3 sets each(actually did 7 on bench):

Bench press
Lat pullover
Overhand rows
Cable crossover
Seated shrug
DB bench
Lat pull
Machine chest press

Also 25 minutes on the elliptical, hr 147 average.
 
Cardio day today.

12 minute elliptical warmup
2x myo crunch
2x cat vomit
2x planks
Pt back exercises
30 minutes elliptical, hr mid 120’s

Stuff is kicking in for sure. Shirts are fitting tighter in the shoulders and I’m feeling a nice all day fullness, particularly in the forearms.
 
Oh ya, by now everything should be kicking and jumps should be seen every workout. I love the feeling, you pick up a weight that you struggled with last week, and you have to double check it since it feels way too light.

Been doing well on the new mealplan but gotta give the oats a break for a couple days. Absolutely wrecking my o ring.

Received the IGF1 and cjc no dac today. Will start dosing pre workout tomorrow.

When did you dose the igf? And how did you reconstitute it?
 
Skipped my workout this morning and opted for sleep. Long day yesterday, another long one today. Just got home, gotta be back in at 6 tomorrow with 1000 people to cook for. Weather is supposed to be nice so hopefully I’ll be up for taking my girls walking after work.

It’s something I learned early in life during my days in distance running. I’ve always felt like I have horrible recovery ability so I’m careful not to push things too much.

It’s weird but I gauge it by the stairs in my house, if I naturally am running up them or skipping steps, I’m good. If I’m sluggishly putzing up them groaning like an old man, I know my nervous system needs a day or two and some extra sleep. I can be sore up to 5 days for lower body so I typically just let them recover if they need some extra time.
I’ll train sore but go by energy and apathy levels. BC I usually can’t wait to get to the gym.

Even as a teenager I couldn’t sustain running more than about 32 miles a week. Most of the guys I ran with ran like 50 miles a week and didn’t do races longer than 3 miles. I couldn’t even sniff at 40 miles a week without my joints getting creaky and having dead legs, yet raced half marathons on my own time. It’s just weird. I’m an endurance athlete by nature but can’t handle a high training volume.

Pump was ridiculous today. Borderline painful. Struggled completing the additional exercises as it got very difficult to move my arms.

Otherwise, woke up feeling like I’d been run over by a truck from the weekend despite getting to bed early and sleeping almost 11 hours. Felt good once I actually got under the bar today- the siege mentality kicked in. Strength is climbing, added 40lbs on the hack squat and either did more weight or reps on the other stuff.

Back extension, hanging knee raise, cable wood choppers, machine crunches

Threw in some NTF leg work: hip abductor and adductor, leg curls, leg extension

Bb bench, pullovers, chest fly, lat pull, smith incline, shrug, machine row, leg press, calf raise, cable crossover

Also hanging knee raises and myo crunches

25 minutes elliptical, hr 145avg

Weight is holding steady at 210 after that initial bump from adding carbs back in.

So far, love it. Right now, or during the last couple days is when the lethargy set in during my last couple oral only runs(no test). No sign of that whatsoever. I feel good, no real issues. Strength is up, pumps are nuts, looking bigger. Slight bit of bloat but I think the msten will take care of that.

Gonna go ahead and add the msten this weekend. Since I’m gonna be extending the cycle, I’ll do the msten 4 weeks, then drop the var and take a week off orals. Then add in some havoc and Dermatrest I have laying around. That should really harden me up that last month before the trip.

Awesome man. I’ve always wanted to run NPP. In response to what you just wrote, you may want to consider leaving out the havoc... in a perfect world that would be fuckin awesome but truth is you may cause quite a bit of liver stress from the var/ msten combo and then only taking a week off before adding in the havoc, which can be quite rough, may set you up to be feeling less than optimal come wedding time.

Just an observation, you know your body.

Alternatively, I have a couple bottles of fusion trenadrol laying around, enough for 6 weeks at 120mg. Would that be a better way to go?

Well im almost 3 weeks in, last pin is gonna be prob july 8th with sus since we leave on the 10th. Wedding is july 13th.

I guess im like 70% to my goal if i had to put a number on it. Hard to say. Trying to look like an underwear model on steroids, both literally and figuratively.

I wouldn’t follow up most orals with Msten. Unless it’s been 8 weeks.
However, you could probably stack 30-40 of Epi with a higher dose of trenadrol. Epi should negate any water that trenadrol May bring. Shouldn’t be too tough on the liver. Epi won’t even put my liver enzymes out of range, and specially 30-40mg/day.

You DO know your body better than any of us, but just a friendly recommend since I’ve been apprehensive from the start with your “pre-honeymoon” run: Epi followed by Clomid, for me, caused a very embarrassing situation in the “hangtime” department.
I strongly recommend, as a friend, an aggressively dosed mucuna pruriens (easily found on amazon or Swanson as L-dopa)protocol starting day 1 of pct. you will also find it and a slew of other kickass herbs in Irwin Naturals - Steel Libido. Don’t take any chances in this department. And bring your Prami or Caber with you on honeymoon after using NPP.

Though i have decided to extend the cycle and pin sus right before leaving for the honeymoon so i’ll still be “on.”

My recommendation would be to steer clear of orals if you can get where you need to be without them. I don’t know how much drinking you plan on doing on your honeymoon but if your liver is stressed you might end up feeling like ****. Hard to say though.

Or at least plan on cutting out the orals 2-3 weeks before your honeymoon.

I think epistane and msten would both be good for shedding fat, you’ll look more ripped on epi but 2-3 weeks after the fact the results from both would be relatively similar...

Well were going to Ibiza so there will definitely be drinking involved. Might be better off just pushing the msten run a bit longer than 4 weeks and calling it done with orals after that. Thatd give the liver about a month break.

Still, that mucuna though. You wouldn’t believe what some bean can do. It’s like herbal Prami with no side effects. Dopamine rush, increased sexual stamina. It’s the most impressive herb I’ve ever used for noticeable mental and sexual health.

I love it for pressing movements. Really helpful in HIT to comfortably and safely be able to focus on TUT and really drag that last negative out as long as you can. Though i do cringe when i see people squatting in the smith. I feel like thats just asking to get hurt.
 
She knows about it. She thinks I’m a bit nuts, doesn’t fully understand but is ultimately pretty care free about it as long as I’m not being stupid.

And we’re not flying domestic, we’re going to Spain.
EQ "anxiety" is user dependant. Never felt any kind of anxiety.

That can make me feel a little constricted....so i can see that carrying over to slight anxiety.
 
Just a general feeling of uneasiness? Or more like ooooh sh1t IM DYING!!

I’m generally anxious, I’m even on low dose escitalopram and trazadone (no narcotics)
Just since I blasted Trest/Test/Dbol and my nighttime anxiety and insomnia was getting super uncomfortable.
DHTs are another story, I have a hard time not drinking, and I don’t drink ever, so I usually have some Valium lined up or something.
Just like a feeling like you’ve had too much caffeine, like 5x too much, and then with the blood pressure elevation, you start being irrational and thinking your going to throw a clot or an aneurysm or stroke. Super unreasonable thinking for me.
