Decided to start this cycle a bit early so I can run it 8 weeks instead of 6. Currentl 6’2, 200lbs, waist measurement just below 35”. Roughly 15-16% bf. I’ve lost 30lbs since November. Goal now is to whittle the waist down some more and fill everything out a bit on this stack. Will post starting picture on first day or day before.

Stack will be:
Test P @ 100mg eod
NPP @140mg eod
Anavar @70mg/day
Msten 20mg/day weeks 5-8

On cycle support:
Prami .25-.5 twice a week
Tudca/UDCA, cycle assist
IL Virtus .3-.5 daily
Torem and hcg

Extras:
Mk677, T3, transdermal clen

PCT:
Nolva and clomid
Sustain alpha and estro strike, Invictus, mtest
IGF1-LR3- will be adding carbs to diet but keeping calories flat

Nutrition:

Haven’t been able to get back into ketosis with the palumbo cut diet, which I’ve had success with before. Once I’m back in, I hope to resume it. In the meantime, I tweaked my mealplan to try to lower carbs further. Starting meal plan is:

Bfast: 6 eggs 1T butter
Lunch: 3-4 chicken thighs with skin
Snack: 2 scoops protein w/ 2T peanut butter
Dinner: 12oz New York strip or ribeye

If I remember right that’s 2500cals(maintenance for me), 170g fat, 225g protein and 20g carbs.

I’ll eat that 6 days a week. Monday I’ll sleep in, train fasted and eat only two meals, but anything goes as my carb up day. Not a gorge fest, but satisfy whatever cravings I have. Won’t start carb up days until I know I’m back in ketosis for sure.

Training:

Monday: full body HIT and 30-40 minutes cardio
Tuesday: cardio and conditioning- 3-5 sets of the Bear, 20 minutes on the elliptical(hr 148+) and some core work
Wednesday: not to failure workout of bench press, rack pulls and whatever else I have time for just to get a good pump. 6-8 minutes HIIT on the bike. Also 30-40 minutes LISS cardio at night.
Thursday: rest or cardio if I missed a session
Friday: full body HIT, 30-40 minutes LISS
Saturday: not to failure workout focusing on arms and shoulders, additional cardio if time allows
Sunday: cardio and conditioning similar to Tuesday

Cycle will start in a few days. Hope to be in ketosis by then. Ready to shift into overdrive and make the last big push before the wedding.

Something that just came to mind.. you will probably get shut down hard from this stack. Lots of compounds and a nandrolone. And if I remember correctly your wedding is right after PCT. could be wrong.

But if that is the case, i’d Probably get some test E and cruise through the honeymoon. You don’t want to be feeling like shyt on your honeymoon...

Yeah thats been suggested. Probably not a bad idea. Cycle ends 5 weeks before the wedding/honeymoon.

What if i get a vial of sus, transition from test P to that, pin right before i leave. Trip is two weeks, start pct when i get back. That sound reasonable enough? Id rather not have to travel with needles and all that.

So 16 weeks total on time? That’s a long cycle but not unheard of. That said that’s the route I would take so I wouldn’t be stressed out about being back to 100%. Have you used NPP before?

I haven not used NPP before.

Its funny... i chose this set up because it seemed like an easy, approachable first pinning cycle. With what its turning into, I shouldve just run EQ, which is what ive always wanted to run.

It’s a tough call man. 5 week PCT will probably suffice. It’s just not being 100% sure and being such an important time I would just stay on. But I’m kinda reckless so, I dunno. Hopefully you can get some other opinions to help you decide.

I’ve felt like I’ve bounced back 2-3 weeks into pct the last two cycles, so I feel pretty good about having 5 weeks.

Ok, good news- I woke up in ketosis this morning. Took two weeks, which is insane. Blood meter reading out of bed was .6, post workout reading was 1.3. Let the games begin!

Got in today for cardio. I did:

15 minute elliptical warmup
4 sets of the bear barbell complex
back extension, machine crunches, curl ups
PT back exercises
12 minutes in the sauna
30 minutes on the elliptical, HR 140 avg

Also, woke up at 195 today, so I've lost 5lbs in the past 10 days. Not intentional, but waist measurement is down to about 34.25", which I won't complain about. That measurement tends to fluctuate slightly, though. I guess the T3 and clen are doing their things because I've been eating at maintenance.

Now that I'm in ketosis, the key is to maintain it through the adaptation phase. I'll try to slowly increase protein over the next two weeks. Had to get down and dirty with replacing a couple meals with bulletproof coffee the last couple of days. I swear, I have NEVER had this kind of trouble getting into ketosis before. I don't plan to have a carb up day for at least two weeks.

Also took starting pics today.

Looking forward to putting this work in and seeing the difference in a few weeks.

Got in for a workout today:

Hack squat x32 1:39
Leg curl x7 1:03
Smith bench x5 :33, dropped weight then 6 more
Lat pull x5 :37
Lat pullover x8 :57
Shoulder press x7 :54
Machine curl x4 :32 then untimed dropset
Tricep pressdown x9 :48
Hanging knee raise x30

Total time 39 minutes

Also did 30 minutes on the elliptical, hr 146 avg.

Felt really off today. Usually work out first thing but woke up really dehydrated, so I took my time drinking some water, getting something to eat and easing into the day. Got to the gym around 1:30.

Back has been iffy the last few days(have 2 blown discs) so I opted against squatting and did hack squats instead. First time in probably 10 years doing those. Didn’t feel great today. Got gassed quickly, broke a strong sweat almost instantly just warming up on the elliptical before lifting, and my hr was higher during cardio than it should have been for how hard I was going. Not sure what that was about.

I'd do a BIG depot of sust to get me thorugh the 2 weeks, or even better would be some straight test-d or test-ud.

I would'nt worry about traveling domestically within the us and bringing gear, just put needles in checked bag is all. Unless the fiance doesnt know.

Wouldnt want EQ anxiety leading up to my wedding, should have run deca and test e, for easier pinning on first cycle.
Funny how your gonna have to run a long ester at the end now anyways, are you sure you want to get married with the way it impacts your cycles?

Does the fiance know about the cycle? Careful she doesn't kill you in your sleep for not telling her you were on cycle before and when your got married.

She knows about it. She thinks I’m a bit nuts, doesn’t fully understand but is ultimately pretty care free about it as long as I’m not being stupid.

And we’re not flying domestic, we’re going to Spain.

Thanks, me too. The more I think about it, I’m pretty likely to extend the cycle and pin sus right before leaving for the honeymoon and worry about pct when we get back.

Yeah I was relieved she was so easy going about it. I ran DMZ in September and told her I was looking to start pinning later on, she said she’s fine with it as long as I’m not being reckless with my long term health. I explained to her about support Supps, proper pct, time off and getting bloodwork done and she’s good with it. It’s hilarious though, cause she’s Haitian and all about natural remedies for everything and I’m like **** natural ****.

Cardio day today.

15 minute elliptical warmup
6 minutes HIIT on the bike- hr close to or over 160 6 times
20 minutes elliptical hr 150 avg
30 minutes incline walking on treadmill
Cable wood choppers, back extension, hanging knee raises, plank, cat vomit

Usually do this type of workout to deplete glycogen after a carb up day. No carb up, but got after it anyway. Apple Watch says I burned almost 1200 calories and I was absolutely soaked in sweat by the end of it.

Ketone readings are still a bit fickle. Or I gotta blood reading was below target minimum, as was pwo reading though urine strip readings are ok. Not sure what to make of that. Trying to eat basic bitch keto until I’m firmly in, so won’t be sweating macros too much for a week or two. Pwo meal is six scrambled eggs with cheddar cheese and 2 sausage patties.

Real fickle stuff these ketones... Reading was a .3 after my workout this morning which is nuts. Got a .4 and .5 in the afternoon. Just got a 1.9 after having a bulletproof coffee and eating a plate full of ribeye steak.

Just remember your body slow. For DAYS, burning through what’s in your liver, what’s in your muscle, what’s in your bloodstream, and what’s in your food undigested from God knows when. On a strict AF keto diet, I wouldn’t see a damn thing until evening #4, in which I would finally go into ketosis and drop 7-11 lbs of water that night.

I’m two weeks into this. First week was palumbo cut diet, second was halfway between palumbo and what I’m doing now, until last Thursday doing some fat fasting and dropping protein shakes with peanut butter for bulletproof coffee. Took me until Sunday to get in ketosis. Fucking weird. Had to get down and dirty and really lower protein to get in. Following the palumbo cut diet, which I’d been on before, just wasn’t doing it. Really having to force the adaptation more deliberately then I remember having to previously.

gluconeogenesis = the devil.
It’s the hardest thing in the world for me to be able to do on Keto because for decades I constantly obsess over massive amounts of protein.

NTF chest and back today.

Did some bench press, lat pullovers, flyes, calf raises and rack pulls in the smith. Back didn’t like the rack pulls even at very little weight so I only tried two sets.

Goal was just to get some reps in, get some blood flowing and hopefully pump some of the sweet juice into these muscles.

Also did 30 minutes on the elliptical, HR 125 avg.

Lower back issues?
How do you do pullovers? - I’m a huge fan of throwing them in after all my pulls, standing facing a latpulldown and straight-arming it.

Yeahi have two blown discs and a spondy. Diagnosed 4 years ago, took me a long time to be able to get anywhere near a weight and theres still stuff i cant or wont do. Wanted to try some rack pulls but i dont think im ready.

Yeah i usually do pullovers like you do, but just recently discovered my gym has a nautilus style pullover machine so ive done that the past couple times.

Ok, I’m getting beyond frustrated with my diet. I’m out of ketosis. Eating the same as I was a few days ago with absolutely no changes. Was in ketosis then, but not now. I’m giving it two more days and if it’s still giving me trouble, I’m shifting over to what I’d had in mind for June. I see no sense in eating this way if I’m not getting the benefit of ketosis. Gonna go ahead and order the IGF1 now.

Got in for arms and shoulders today. Light weight, not to failure, just aimed for getting some reps in and generating some blood volume. Had a nice pump.

3 sets cable upright rows
3 sets machine curls
3 sets Arnold press
3 sets drag curls
3 sets Db overhead extension
3 sets reverse curls
2 sets plate raises
3 sets tricep press
3 sets lateral raise

Ok, so as of today, I’m dropping keto and switching to what I was going to do in June diet wise. A month in and still struggling to maintain ketosis, I’m over it. Meal plan is:

Am shake w/ .5c carrot, .5c blueberry, spinach, half banana and 1 scoop protein
PWO: 1c oats, 1c Greek yogurt, 1 scoop protein
Lunch: 12oz chicken breast, 1c sweet potato
Afternoon: 2 scoops protein, 1c oats
Dinner: 8oz flank steak or 10oz ny strip
Late snack: 12oz egg white

Obviously big difference between the flank and ny strip but it averages 2500 cals, about 300g protein, 185g carbs and 60g fat. Should be able to grow and stay lean on that.

I’ll eat freely tomorrow, as I’ll need to get to the grocery store Monday. I have nothing but meat and eggs at the moment...

Keto is super frustrating. Honestly, with all the good gear you are on, your nutrient partitioning will be so enhanced, You could just barely lower carbs and add a ton of cardio and volume. You should shred up on that regardless.
I know everyone endorses that diet but it’s a pain in the ass and often times, you have to reduce protein to a level that’s not going to help your goals and will be hard to stick to.

Agreed. It’s just weird because I’ve been doing keto on and off(mostly on) for 4 years and I’ve never had this kinda problem. I’m stubborn and hate to quit on anything and really tried to figure it out but I can only put so much time and energy into a losing battle and feeling frustrated. I believe in keto, but it’s probably not optimal for bodybuilding most of the time.

I know a lot of people love it and would disagree with me. The science is there too for Keto.
But if you are using good PED’s, carb cycling with refeeds or carbups, will seriously keep you leaner every week and you’ll run into less issues with such a complex and disciplined diet.

I imagine you get a handful of rainy days.
Yeah, been a lot the first few months. First summer I lived down here was rain like I’ve never seen before. It rained like 22 out of 24 consecutive days. And not just rained for 20 minutes then it’s sunny like in Florida, but rained nonstop from when I woke up in the morning until I went to bed. I couldn’t even believe it.

And we get pollen like you wouldn’t even believe too. It’s difficult to even describe in a way that people not from here would actually believe.

Cardio day today.

12 minute elliptical warmup

3 sets each:
Calf raises, hip adductor and abductor, back extension, machine crunches

25 minutes elliptical hr 143 avg

Got out the door just a couple minutes too late and got stuck behind a bunch of school traffic. Took me 15 minutes to make it the half a mile to the gym, so had to keep it quick today. I do plan on doing some biking after work tonight.

I typically get allergies under 5 days a year and I seriously can’t understand how anyone could deal with that day in and day out.
I’d probably resort to moving or getting shots weekly and eating local honey daily. ****’s miserable, my sympathies
