My friend on the other hand hasnt Leg Pressed since he was in Japan(7yrs ago). He threw down 16plates for 1rep at knees to ears! I was floored!

As you can tell, today was a freaking amazing day! 50x4 reps on Shoulder Press is freakin awesome, then to top it off i nailed the 215RGL! That was my max DL last yr! Sooo ya you can say im stoked! My strength is jumping up quicker then i expected! Tho the mass isnt coming quick as i had hoped, buuut eh, thats ok...... Im happy regardless ;)

Hey Teg, for those Deads - I'd suggest throwing out a bunch of those sets...

Go 8 @ 135, 6 @185, then attack that 215... If you still want more, strip and re-attack.

After looking back at it, i think your both right for sure. I got a lil to worried i think about not getting up the heavy weight and still stayed focused on the reps to much. Gah i gotta stop that....

Thanks you all very much for the encoragment and tips! Mon ill start just focusing on all main parts, kinda like TLs Split, which i really like on paper.
 
Are you pulling your elbows back as far as they'll go there? Try leaving them forward a bit to show off your lats.

Nice work homie. I think I'm seeing a bit of difference in the bicep.

Yep, see how that pulled your lats out? Gives that nice V shape. I'm just learning how to pose myself - but for us tall dudes, it looks much better to keep those arms forward and down a bit for the back dbl bi to accentuate the lats.

Also - you have some nice vascularity in your arms for when those suckers come out soon.

Funny you story about my Vascularity. Last year when i was lifting i was doing BB Curls IN THE SQUAT RACK,, JK hahaha, anyways, a new girl had started working there and came up to me and goes "Wow, your pretty strong for your size and you have some crazy vascularity, are you juicing?"

I chuckled and go, nope, i just train hard!

This is an inspirational thread if you ask me, I just read through the first 10 pages before my eyes bugged out, I read your intro and I was hooked. You have a huge engine inside you brother, its great to see everyone in this thread giving you 100% motivation and support. Wow, i was surprised to get 195 on squats! Very Very Happy with that! Felt like ish all morn! Woke up way early, hot, sweating inside(dont have swamp cooler up yet) and just wasnt "in it" but once i got a couple sets going, i felt good, tho now home, i feel weak, tired, and just flat beat! ERRRR!

Ive tryed it a couple times, and no good.... It bothers me for some reason? I take Probiotics anyways since thats pretty much all activia is.... I just eat granola straight outta the box as my "snack"....

I just didnt "feel" in it today for some reason? I mean i hit 165 for 2reps and am very happy with that no doubt, but nothing felt right today, atleast compared to last week? Deff. didnt have the energy feeling to keep going! But i threw up nice numbers regardless, so im happy! But what do you guys think? Should i switch something? Add something? Take away????
 
looks pretty solid man. Dont you take pre w.o. supp? id switch that up then. Sometimes i get used to the pre supp and have to switch it up. Right now though im trying not to take any of that. What about coffee? gunpowder greentea? I know its hard to figure out on how the diet would be effecting it...... Stumach been messin with yah? that could be another reason boss.... For me, which i know my diet is completely different, That you not getting alot vegies.... What about veggie supplement? Just a few thought hoss.
 
Nope No Pre Workout Supp... I was taking SizeOn w/PW for during is all. Been lookin at what to go with next????? I think ill just finish out this last lil bit of GlycerGrow for now since ill prob be starting a cycle soon.

Well im SUPER STOKED with the RDLs as you can tell! It was such an AWESOME feeling to get that up for 3reps, and then feel like you could do more! The rest of the work out was just a "breeze" after that! I know to yall thats nothing, but dang, for me, ive NEVER got passed 1rep 215 RDLs!

with face pulls, i sit down on the floor, and brace my feet against the machine. from there, its a bicep curl that turns into a reverse fly - moving the elbows till they're in line with your head.

when doing them standing, i have to lean back. a lot.

good workout by the way!

I wouldn't worry about the weight lost, I fluctuate 5 pounds very easily. Eat some carbs if you're worried!
 
Nice w/o Teg. The grip strength will come with time. Do you use an overhand or underhand grip for the BB rows. I go underhand just because it seems to force me into using more lats than upper back. Just drop your rear and arch the back...pull to your upper belly. Sunny has the right idea on the face pulls too. Do them sitting and pull with your elbows. Keep the momentum going here Teg!!

Teg - invest in some wraps if you want to increase your deadlift numbers. It isn't going to help your grip, but it's not really a grip exercise. I do them w/out wraps because I am nuts like that, but in reality my last sets should have wraps. I suggest you do just that, and use wraps, but just for the stuff that you need them for.
