Tegs LIFE Challange to OVERCOME Crohns Colitis and Ectomorphizem!

what is lupus?

There are a couple form of Lupus. Most common is Systemic which pretty much inflammation of the bodys organs, brain, arteries, etc....

Cutaneous is skin based(what i have) and is also called Discoid lupus. Its small rashs that become red and thickend and sometimes "scaly". Cutaneous can turn into Systemic Lupus if not treated properly. If you look in on or 2 of mine pics in on the first page youll see it small spot on my chest.

And then thers Neonatal Lupus which i dont know much about cept infents and mothers get it?????

I don't necessarily buy this whole "gotta wait till you fill your frame naturally" talk... I do buy the "don't be an 18 year old moron" talk however.

The biggest issues are two things IMO. First, when you are 18-25 your test levels should be so freaking sky high that you should gain without help from any testosterone booster/hormonal product. But if you want to run a steroid after 21 I have no real qualm with it... it's your life, I started with non-methyls when I was 24. The thing you really want to make sure about is whether or not your growth plates have closed.

Teg- If you wan to run a really mellow cycle with (from what I can recall from my experience) no real side effects to note, try out M1D/MMV2 stack. Now it will probably be M1Dblack and MMV3, but regardless, I grew 12 lbs on my M1D/MMV2 stack. I don't know how much I really kept, since I had NO clue what I was doing at the time as far as cycling goes... but that is a great stack for a beginner, with low to no side effects, and an OTC PCT is COMPLETELY appropriate. During that cycle I gained crazy strength too. I went from moving the 85's on the flat bench for about 4-5 to moving the 110's for 2-3. As TG would say, it was like the light of Odin had shined on me. That was the best workout day of my life. I still remember the rush.

yeah gotta protect the growth plates... in my case

Humira can actually decrease the body's immune system's ability to fight infections. It basically works by blocking the protein found in the body's immune system that causes joint swelling and damage.

I think you should listen to people who have actually done cycles and not listen to people that havent done them. If there is someone that hasnt done them, but has witnessed change first hand (workout partner) you could take that info too. You can get more factual information this way.

I can give you alot of medical aspects and ive witnessed many of my old partners dabble in PH/DS/AAS. Hell, they all came to me to get their PCT's and more straightened out. And ive NEVER done a cycle. TL, G Money, Sunny and some others have a bunch of experience. They could steer you in the right direction.

As of now, its a waiting game. Those drugs could actually put your body in a more fragile state and irritate your GI symptoms. Humira works in nearly the same capacity as Imuran in the weakening of the immune system.

Well said Big...I as well expressed this point. You already have alot happening with your body medicinally. The added stress of a cycle really could complicate things.

Ya , Remi works basically the same way cept it use's mouse proteins while Humira and Cimziause humen proteins, correct? *Edit* Arnt they all TNF Blockers? As far as i know they all are which is why it can lower the immune system, yes?

Exactly, Gmoney, TL, SC, Celc all have good first hand experience, and you have wonderful medical knowledge! Thats why i would rather talk to you guys then others!

GMG brought out a good idea. Thats is something i had never thought about till yesterday when i was goin through his and TLs logs. It had never popped into my head that MMV2 was nice and easy. Now Stacked with M1D and i can see how it would be a nice simple and easy combo that could be as good as hdrol for a beginner.

Nice off day Teg! It's all about pushing it and taking yourself past the limit and then feeding the machine to heal it. Enjoy the mountains bubba!

Be careful about humira. I have taken this. I broke out in a rash and had very bad side effects from this boss. I wouldnt recommend it or just try it and see how it bothers you.

I can tell my muscle endurance is slowly getting better which im happy about, and that my recov. time today was VERY good!

Thanks for the comments guys! There VERY much appreciated! It gave me some kick in teh pants when i thought about it! So Thank You All!

very nice man. this routine looks impossible on paper, but you're showing that you can recover for the next workout and continue progressing. great job so far :)

Thanks! Ill be the first to say, its NOT EASY! Its mentally tough no doubt, and its VERY draining! I wouldnt rec. this for just anyone thats for sure! But i do enjoy it and will deff. come back to it again in the future!

That said, im thinking i may stop it next week or week after cause it is so draining, physically AND mentally! What do you think??? Ive been on it for a lil more then a month, but i FEEL like its been much longer! lol

already? boo.... seriously, that workout worked very well for me. you may need to find your own variation, because recovery must be harder for you with chrohns and lupus - just from a recovery aspect and adequately absorbing nutrients. maybe the workout though will give you ideas on how to make your own program? or tweak it to 4x6, 4x7, 4x8, 4x9, 4x10 and then add weight? do what your body feels is right.

it is a beast of a workout though, i must agree.

yeah that does seem a little intense, play around with different routines, i tend to enjoy the one body part a day for 12-15 sets routine

Well its a thought. It is quite draining tho. And yes, that is possible! Im deff. happy with the strength gains for sure! The Weights just keeps goin on up! Tho im wondering if its to much for gaining weight for me like you said. Its something i was wondering about over the weekend or im just not pushing myself enough???

you also have to give mass time - 2 lean pounds per month is the most to expect under optimal circumstances. if the weights are going up, and your calories are high enough, mass has to come. again though, you might find something that works better for you.

2 lean pounds per month is hard gaining huh?

with a massive calorie surplus yes :) sorry, i should have mentioned that's what i pulled off with a 7.5k daily diet. i'm recomping at 3.6k right now, and bulking at 4.5k was too damned slow for me.

Are you pushing yourself? I started my log to keep myself going. With my back injury and scoliosis I'm fighting to get my training done.

If your still going up in weights I would say keep it up. Do you use any vit B's say 12 or a multi B?

what is "scoliosis"?

Yes, he is right, I have 2 spinal curves my lower back curves in and my upper curves to the side a little.

It does not affect my training most of the time. My form may differ a little but I have great back development.

Your curves look pretty good from where I'm sitting Crader!

a trainer told me once that back extensions for the lower back will help keep your spine straight and sturdy or something like that. so if thats true, and you got a developed back, you should be sittin pretty solid then!

True. Im deff. not complaining, cause HGers are lucky for that even. Ya the prob is it just takes way to frackin long! hahaha Owell

Yes, em! Very Hard as Always! It seems like im never doing enough, but then i look back and im like, ya im doing quite a bit, and thats just it. I push harder then anyone i know only to gain an inch while others gain a mile. But i understand the differences.

Im very sorry to her about your scoliosis :( My Ex GF has it and had surg with 2 rods down her spine. No Deadlifts for her for sure!

Your curves look pretty good from where I'm sitting Crader!
I concur!

whats going on with ya teg? hows everything going?
Hey sorry im back..... Didnt lift yesterday. Had to stay at my friends house since we had relatives staying with us. Long story short, i didnt get much sleep over there and felt like ish all day, and i decided to help him with some stuff. Im hittin it today unless something comes up....

Suitcase- 70x10x4 (Nailed the coffin in these and finished strong!)

BB Bench- 120x10x4 (Set 1&92 were tough, but 3&4 were easy? WTH???)
Asst Chins- 55x10x4 (All sets were very hard, and forarms were pumped and hurtin??)

Mil Press- 50x10x3, 55x10x1 (These were FUN! BURN BABY! Next week will be a challenge no doubt!)

Bravo homie... that's what it is all about.
Many Thanks Borther! Ya Sure! Did you just say ya sure? No i said, ya sure sir! hahaha

Yup! Lets hope it stays this way! I wanna hit my squats for 135x10x4 soooo bad by 160pds! hahaha Why? I :dunno: just a new goal hehehe

Thanks Again verGuys! Im working very hard, and even throwing in exxtra at the end now just to push myself that much harder!

leaning out and gaining weight. see, being an ecto is fun :)

Hahahaha We have good genes! Wait What? <--- Classic SC ;)

O guys and on a quick note, i upped my protein intake last week, i think that helped a bit :dunno: So i will stick with what im doing at the moment cause it seems to be working. I just want it to work better hahaha

3more weeks to crack 160pds! I got this ;)

Try varying up that 135 squat number a little bit. Try throwing it up 15 times - then go at 155 for 5 or 6... Keep those quads guessing, and your strength (and size) will explode.
