Target A2 (rauwolscine) dosage tips

It is crucial that people start at one capsule.

It is surprisingly potent, even for me and I use a lot of yohimbe.

If someone doesn't assess tolerance they are in for a bad time.
 
I used 1 cap of Target A2 seperately for awhile, and now I stack it with BPS Combustion. It is definitely potent, so I'm glad I waited. I sweat a lot more and have way more energy when I stack them together.

This is similar to y hcl (dosing and application wise) right? Meaning, best taken before fasted cardio for most fat burning?
 
3 caps is the max dose.
I don't dare flirt with more than the maximum recommended dose with this product. 3 caps a day spread out is more than enough in my opinion.

I have used a lot of yohimbe; Alpha-T2, Norcodrene, Alphamine, yohimbine hcl, other custom extracts for alpha testing.

I had been using 2 capsules for a week or so and I tried 3.

Holy f**k. It was the worst yohimbe ever made me feel.

Do NOT use without assessing your tolerance. I had assessed my tolerance and increased the dosage slowly and 3 caps felt way, way too strong for me.

2 capsules is perfect. :)

I still haven't gone above 1 cap, are you doing 3 spread out or just the 1 before workout?

1 cap pre-workout with a cup of coffee. (I hit gym about an hour after waking) Then 1 about 4 hours following and 4 hours after that. Seems to be perfect for me. Most days I skip the last dose as I really don't feel it's necessary.

At the moment I use Norcodrene or Alphamine depending on purpose and time of day I.e. Alphamine pre workout, Norcodrene if I am with clients.

Target-A2 later in the day or on top of thermogenic.

So far one cap combined with another stim is strong stuff, wont dare flirt with much more atm.

This will be best for most people. I had been running Alphamine and AT2 for a few weeks before moving onto Target-A2.

If I hadn't been used to yohimbe and gone in at two capsules I would have really suffered.
 
So whats the advantage of this over regular yohimbine hcl? It seems to elicit the same unwanted effects relating to anxiety etc.

I personally feel this product has a bit stronger stim effect but I have yet to have any anxiety related issues like I have with yohimbine hcl.

This product is better for fatloss than regular Y. It has more antagonist activity for the adrenergic alpha 2 receptors.
 
i usually do 2 or 3 caps plus caffeine before going to the gym
today i did 2 caps plus 60mg of methlysynephrine with caffeine before i went to work
and i was getting **** done, feeling pretty good. no side effects whatsoever

the reason i ask about the 6 caps is bcuz alphaburn = 18mg per serving
thats 30% rauwolscine and i know targetA2 tested at above 90% but its still rauwolscine no?
altho the first time that i took 3 targetA2 **** got me stimulated or something. i was on a different level at the gym that time and i never had that from alphaburn

Wasn´t it suppose to be "weaker" (still being effective for fat loss) than "stronger/potent/" ?
I don´t have any problems with jitters from yohimbine hcl (taking 17mg daily right now and 12mg ephedrine), and I´m ordering Target too ! \m/

I think you pretty much covered the answer in this post. It seems to be user dependent. Yes I get a stronger stim boost but no I don't get any jitters or anxiety. I've heard many users claim the same but like any stim you must tread lightly when figuring out a tolerance level. That may be why I didn't have the negative experience some may have had.
 
Damn I wish I could handle stims like you! I only do 1 and 1...and that alone makes me feel like I am flying in the space shuttle

I wish I could handle the stims like you all. I have a fine line I have to traverse. Take just a little too much and my wife says I am an ******* all day long.

It is a fine balance!

At the rate that caffeine doses area increasing in PWO's 400mg will soon be considered a moderate dosage. Blows my mind profiles like hyde etc.

I'm part of the under 300mg crew.....I just find non stim PWOs and add caffeine tabs to them.

I like around 200-250mg and add in other stims depending on my workout, for instance on power days ill through 4mg of albuterol into the mix.

I suspect most people who have had target-a2 have also had y-hcl. It is potent compared to y-hcl (which I feel is also already potent), so don't take it lightly.
 
I took target for a month with awesome results. Once I stopped, it all kinda went away tho... Not so much adding body fat but adding water weight. I was expecting water weight while using it.... Which I didn't get. But I did after I stopped.... Is that odd?

Not really, stimulants are usually diuretics

Really? I haven't had such results with it at all
 
I experimented. I am currently at 18mg Y-HCL and 6mg a-Yohimbine. It's a little over the .2mg/KG for me, but works fine. I can't remember exactly the ratio, but I *did* do 9mg of a-Yohimbine.... not good, LOL. I actually went upstairs to get my phone, to have next to me during cardio. BP check was fine, but man I had a weird feeling in the chest area. a-Yohimbine is so dang expensive though (compared to Y-HCL) that 6mg is a good sweet spot.
