Yea, I don't understand his reaction. 7 caps is .2mg/kg for me
Because that is much beyond the normal recommendation and y-hcl isn't the same so we don't recommend the same conversion to determine dosage.

The bottom line is I prefer my assumption over your assumption
I haven't had cheerios in a decade. Likely the source of my not-so-cheery disposition
Rauwolscine is a less potent a2 inhibitor than yohimbine, so wouldn't the effective dose actually be higher?
Someone mentioned earlier that he was stacking Target A2 with some stuff, Tyrosine included.
But I read somewhere that Y and Tyrosine don't go well together.
Is it true?
I have some Conqu3r DGE Caffeine Free and would like to stack it with Target A2, but it has 2g of Tyrosine...
Yes we generally advise people to avoid combining Y and tyrosine to prevent "cheesing".
Can you elaborate on that? Not sure what that means. Cheesing.
Rauwolscine and alpha-yohim are alot more tolerated with co-ingestion of tyrosine, its Yohimbine and tyrosine you need to really avoid like the plague.
Ah okay. Makes sense.
What about the Y alkaloids like what's in Alphamine?
Yeah, anxious and shaky...
But definely was my fault... Should have taken it solo at first.
Guys how would you go about stacking Target A2 with Black Lion Incinderine Kind Regards Paul.

I would be hesitant at adding it to a product that already contains yohimbine, but its up to you and your tolerance.
Is it necessary to take it on a empty stomach or is it still beneficial to take it after eating?
Needs to be on empty stomach. Even a slight increase in insulin will render the A2 antagonism useless.
