So my cousin wanted to try to do another workout. So I took him. Once again he tried really hard but was a tad frustrated that Cathie is able to lift more than him. LOL. While I had another descent workout.
Sounds like he may be more dedicated than you first thought, never know, he might just need the right guidance and motivation! Give poor Paul a chance, he's got my middle name, so he can't be all that Bad, LoL!

I know he is motivated. He says he wants to start working out with us. So we shall see.

Ok so last week I did not get to measure my body nor take any pics. I just did some measurement that I had to do my self since my other half is not here. Below is a recap of the start up til now.

Now remember I had to do my own measurements so the numbers might be off a small margin. But not much if at all.

From the looks of the measurements, you have added a decent amount of LBM. Add in the fact that you are a few lbs lighter, and it shows that you are continuing to recomp very well. Keep up the great work man!!
