Yeah, bumped everything except for Standing OH presses and Cleans, both of which were slightly lowered.
 
Okay, another rough night sleeping. I usually take 100mg trazadone but ran out, need to get that filled. On a positive note, I have been famished in the middle of the night which is a sign of anabolism. Bad news for IF however:(, Lets just say I did not make good choices last night.
 
Have you really been enjoying the 5x5? I'm still in the air of whether or not I want to do it or not. I have a week to decide what training I want to go with.

Inc DB Press @ 75's 12/12/12 (Really got a good stretch at the bottom here.)

Tate Press 40's 10/10/10

BO DB Row 110x10/10, 10/10, 8/8 (Even with straps this is a challenge to keep a grip on)

Seated Concentration Curl 35x12/12, 40x6/6 (bit of a surprise here), 35x8/8 Form on these were very tight.

Aggression was still there once I got going despite the poor nights sleep. No negative sides noted as of yet, but we are not quite a week in.

Fed from 12-7:30 2590 cals (219 carbs, 228 protein [plus 48g bcaa], 93 fats. A bit high on the carbs but I think we were active enough today to burn them easily. Estimated burn of 4270.

Are you going for a calorical deficit bro? Like even on workout days are you trying to keep it low? Because if not I feel like I'm overeating for my bulk haha I'm the same height but not nearly as strong or built xD and I'm having 2800 kCals on LG too for my "lean" bulk Oo and like 400g of carbs!

Yeah, I got a lot of stripping to go yet. Most IF calculators I have toyed with recommended around 3400 on lift days iirc. I just have a tendency to moderate my carbs out of habit.

Yeah I put up a lot of fat in just 1 week of higher kCals...I think I'm gonna be cutting them down a bit to 2500 on lift days and around 1800 on rest days :/!
 
Given last nights indiscretions, figured I'd better keep it tight today (that indiscretion is not included in the following). Busy day but no work out, little dude had a ball game and a buddy got married. 1804 cals. (64 carbs, 198 protein [+ 12g bcaa]. 84 fats). Taking momma out for mother's day and making breakfast tomorrow.
 
Made momma breakfast and took her out for lunch today. Been a while since I took a full blown cheat, today was it. For just a bit of recompense, hit a 45+minute bike ride this evening. Back up on it tomorrow!
 
5/14/12 Day 1, wk 2 (75%) Cycle Day 9
5:30-6:25. The early onset of aggression I had noted has waned, so it most likely was psychosomatic. Still expecting that to kick in soon however, as epi tends to make me all alpha. Libido is up, but that is not surprise, have always been a "high drive" kind of guy. As is my lower body day routine, started with a brief cardio warm up and some deep calf stretches.

Squat 5x5@270 (no belt)

Power Cleans 5x5 @140 (these were supposed to be 135, forgot I had the 50lb bar- doh!

Split Squat 3x6@20's Hit all reps, these still feel awkward to me, probably would be less so if it were not for he neuropathy in my left foot.

Leg Raises 25/20/20.

Little man has a BB game tomorrow, so I am taking it as a burn day. Already packed and ready to roll out for an AM fasted cardio session.

Diet was tight today: 2629 cals (204 carbs, 223 pro [+36g bcaa], 106 fats) with an estimated burn of 4100. If the midnight ravishing hunger episodes do not stop, I think I will bump lifting day intake to 3000. Forgot, fed fro 12-8.

Did have a bit of stomach discomfort a while ago, but it quickly passed. No real noticed changes from bumping the Stano to 800mg/day. I remembered reading somewhere that Epi has a half life of around 6 hours, so today I dosed at 6:30, 2:00, 5:00 (pre work out) and a arouind 7:30.
 
Ok, bad news good news thing. Bad news, said "F it" and hit the snooze this morning. More bad news: Little man is sick, no baseball game. Good News: Means Daddy gets to hit the gym tonight.

BO BB Row @210 (Focused on keeping angle at 45 Degree's) 10/8/8

Assisted Pull ups (220lb resistance)

Close Grip Bench (Worked on keeping my elbows in, so I dropped some weight)
165x10/10/10.

Side Bends 3x12/12

Wrapped things up with 25 minutes of cardio, random hills, 210 cals.

Checked the BP about 3-5 minutes after cardio, 135/68 with the pulse still hitting 87 BPM. Looking good.

Dietary for today 2810 cals (220 carbs, 236 protein, [plus 42 bcaa], 114 fats) with an estimated burn of 4170.
 
Kept it fairly tight today: 1965 cals in (62 carbs, 210 protein [plus 36g bcaa], 95 fats) with an estimated burn of 3700.
 
Another ball game, another burn day. 1930 cals (76 carbs. 198 pro [+30 g bcaa]93 fats) estimated burn of 3500. Elbow is getting a but tender, lips felt tingly on & off today, which only happens to me on cycle. Appetite is up and so am I upon waking. Hope this means **** is about to hit it's stride!

Front Squat (butt hitting the low end of a decline bench each rep) 185x12 (PR), 205X8 (PR), 215x4 (Screwed myself here, felt like bar was pressing against my windpipe, changed grip (stupidly removed thumbs) and dropped the bar on the rack. Will hit this **** for 6-8 next week!

Back Extension 95lb DB (held to chest) 10/10/9

Behind Back Shrugs 225x12, 275x12, 295x10 (feel I get a much better ROM with these)

Planks 5x 45 hold/20 rest.

Fed from 11:30-8:30 (got home late). Due to some things at work, was a bit behind on calls, so I got to feed hard post W/O :) Fresh Strawberries and Chilled cake batter protein is damn yummy. 2773 cals (220 carbs, 246 pro [plus 42 g bcaa], 104 fats) with an estimated burn of 4500.

Am chomping at the bit to hit the "heavy (85%) week.!

Ok, fed from 1-8, diet was notthe cleanest today but macros were pretty on point. Am increasing calls a bit on lifting days. 2860 cals (179 carbs, 245 pro [+42g bcaa],126 fats) est burn of 4390.

For some extra activity spent 2 hrs pitching to my youngest working in basics. My shoulder and elbow were not pleased, getting old.

Squat 5x5@305 (Getting deeper, almost getting my ass to that box, it's progress)

Power Cleans 5x5 @155 (I must admit I set the bar a little extra high here, anticipating that **** would be kicking in and I could nail this, am very pleased. Had to shut out the doubts and just do it, telling myself to "EXPLODE" with each rep! Very happy with this.) PR*

Split Squat with 2 20's 3x6/6 (These still feel a bit awkward)

Hanging Leg raise 30/20/15

Am hoping that the aggression is finally kicking in for real, certainly had it on those cleans. Libido is fine, no issues with back pumps or lethargy. Will do another BP check some time this week.

Another ball game, another burn day. Just work and driving. 1848 cals (163 carbs, 184 protein [plus 18bcaa], 50 fats). Planning on working chest and cardio pre work tomorrow but found out the little guy does not have a game Thursday. Think I had better get it in while I can.

I have broken mine down and decided I need to work mine from the ground up. Gonna take time but meh... I wanna be cleaning in the mid 300s someday :)

That's cool Matt. How many times have you seem me drop iron to rework my squat? 2, maybe 3. Seems like every time I start repping over 400, I decide it isn't deep enough.

Hehe. Same here. I switched to full depth oly squats on both front and back. 3RM is only like 265 for back and 205 for front.
