I found that cutting volume by cutting reps allows me to come back the next week w/ out missing a beat while deloading buy cutting weight in half leaves me at least feeling weaker.

Alright, I see now that you have flowed my 5x5 for awhile you are starting to adjust some of its parameters to fit you. That's awesome. After having ran it for awhile how have you been liking it? You have had some really good numbers and not all of them while on cycle.
