Dose? I will more than likely dose 1 cap in the AM before/with breakfast everyday to maintain a fullness/pump.

Stack? The only things I may running in the near future would either be more Compound 20 or M1D Black other than that nothing.

Frequency? Twice a day. On work out days 2 caps before training & 1 in the am. On non work out days 1 cap AM & 1 cap PM.

The only agmatine product I have used thus far is from AI, curious as to how this compares with other agamatine supplements on the market. I can tell you even if I dont win at this price point of $19.99 and 500mg caps its a true winner value wise & I may still nab a bottle up.

Judging from the CNS half-life of agmatine, I'd dose it on an empty stomach first thing in the morning and eat 45 minutes later at the earliest.

He said eat 45 min later at the earliest. I do IF and eat before my workout (at least during the week) so I not sure what the issue is. The goal is maximizing the absorption so extended fasting is not a problem if I understand Coop correctly.

I will use the agmatine to pump as much possible blood into my muscles that I possibly can. Will keep beasting in the gym even during pct. I will use it to make everyone else look like a pansy. I will Pump my self up!!

I will use 500mg with my high carb breakfast and 750mg with my high carb pre workout meal. Only 500mg with breakfast on off days.

Would dose 1 cap preworkout (fasted)

current stack: Fat burner and creatine preworkout, post vitamins and protein shake before luch fat burner

I thik twice daily would be a good choice, however I will be consulting other in the proper way of dosing since I havent had much experience with this product. One preworkout and another whenI get home from work before dinner.
