when I go on a Ben & Jerry's bender I can swell up 10 lbs in a day and lose it in 3. I can accurately judge my water retention by how deep the ring around my ankle left by my socks is

you know, I've seriously thought many times about starting a conversation on this. I've got pretty big legs + calves, and for the life of me, I can't find any socks in any size that don't leave rings. Any ideas?

Snip the elastic and then sew the bottom of where u snipped it so it doesn't tear

good weight on those rack pulls bro! I'm going to have to start doing those, I'm quick off the floor with my DLs but slow at lockout with maximal weights.

The plan called for 4" block pulls, but the boss was training somebody on the DL platform. Luckily the rack has holes that allow the pins to be set at the same spot a 4" block pull would be from.

Sorry about the last video; when I put the vids together in iMovie there was about 1/3 more vertical capture. For some reason now it's cut down & looks like shyt.
 
Little AM fasted LISS, 30'.

My 6 y/o got a new bike yesterday so I'll probably spend the afternoon doing slow cruising bike path cardio.

Weight down only marginally to 293 today. I did eat A LOT yesterday...the DL session had me starving.

For sure. I used the emergency Skip-phone to get approval to stuff my face. Still kept the carbs reasonable (<225), but pro/fat were pretty freakin big. Think I was in the neighborhood of 400/200.

thats beautiful. lol. I did similarly after my heavy bench day yesterday, I had a 24oz strip steak for dinner. no veggies, no potatoes, just the steak

I have to get my dress shirts in size extrahuge and have them tailored. :/ I can't get many dress clothes off the rack.

There are guys that need a 56 long jacket but don't wear 50" waist pants, damn it!!!!
