Supplements for Cut

I am currently tryin to cut about 10-15 pounds over the next 6 weeks, looking for some good supplements to assist me in this endeavor.

Currently taking 200mg caffeine and 25 mgs Ephedrine sulfate 3 times a day, glutamine, multi, ON gold standard after workouts...i know most of weight loss/cutting is diet..but what other supplements (if any) could i add to this to help me with fat burning/weight loss...

You are pretty much maxed out. If you aren't dropping weight quick on that you need to re-evaluate your diet and training.

If you insist on adding something else please make it a non-stimulant, like CLA or something

yep, my thoughts exactly. There really isn't too much you should or should NEED to add to the EC stack. Maybe raspberry ketones, but def should be something non stim.
 
Iv been stickin to omegas, caffeine, protein, low carb diet. It's been working great. I do want to try some sort of fat burner down the line, I have yet to try a fat burner besides caffeine.
 
if u really are doing all you can, look into your diet and training. otherwise, the AH/AL stack if u are interested in PH
 
great thanks for the info guys. its not that its not working, i just started it so i guess we will see, i just wanted to see if there was anything else out there that i could add

my diet consists of eggwhites in the am, piece of fruit mid morning, salad with chicken for lunch, chicken/veggies for dinner..trying to stay as low carb as possible

Looks good! Give it time to work...

RK is a good add as is Omega's. TTA and/or Green Tea extract would be about the only other things I'd throw in.
 
Obviously not needed but worth mentioning is CLA, Green Tea Extract and some form of L-carnitine.

These probably won't do anything for fat loss, realistically.

OP, drop the glutamine and add leucine. Then consider Lean Xtreme, Reduce XT, Abliderate, DCP, or TTA.

Not directly but would probably have an indirect effect of fat loss coupled with his efforts.
 
Take a look at my current log. Maybe you can take some ideas from there.

From the study that I saw on CLA, the only people that it really benefited were those that were obese and untrained. I gave it a shot a couple times myself years ago and never saw anything from but, I also didn't meet the criteria.

BCAA's are very important while cutting!
