Supplements Do Not Work

when they told you that riding the short bus was to save gas-they lied to you.

Beater recieved a settlement check when the short bus ran over his face... he spent the money on supps. that's why he's mad

Yo beater where you graduate from? What your level of education? DIsh out out academic qualifications son....

I mean when a man says he is in Vandi's med school...unless u have any sort of graduate education that merits you being such a ****...you should get off your high horse and shake that mans hand.

And judging from your posts and utter abundance of ignorance either A) your a jokster who enjoys causing a ruckus...and if thats the case..Kudos bro I love the **** show

or B) you actually are an individual whose lack of reasoning skills is so apparent that you recieving anything past a GED would be surprising to me.....or maybe a B.A. in art's and crafts

Why is this thread not locked yet?

useless thread as far as learning anything of value, but great entertainment.

jake...what do you feel boosts test levels higher...lhjo or rhjo....lately ive been bhjo!

Believe it or not, for a rh male lhjo over-stimulates the lh or less dominant side of the brain.

This in turn generates an increase in serum test values in the rh teste, creating a general imbalance.

you're suggestion mooch of bhjo, while a far more complex action addresses this imbalance which is further enhanced when combined with SE

GICH! :bigok:

dont change the subject cuz you cant bhjo!

but along those lines you cant beat some good old neovar and vit c! but of course you already knew that

this is true, I am incapable of bhjo without mechanical assistance. . . hence I will never achieve true Big status

I found this study that shows lhjo increases GH over 2000%.

Abstract
Many weight-trained men seek to raise circulating serum growth hormone (GH) levels, both through training, and LHJO. The major source of circulating GH is the pituitary. The known anabolic effects of GH on skeletal muscle, and the current rise in LHJO supplements on the current market that purport increases in GH and related body composition, has become a huge market in the United States. Most LHJO growth hormone supplements have been shown to be ineffective, due to various factors, and, aside from several medically-supervised challenge tests, injectible peptides have historically been the only way to increase GH levels. However, a dietary LHJO formulation that recently hit the International market, LHJO-Up™ , containing L-Dopa, a Dopa Decarboxylase Inhibitor (DDCI), specific vitamins and minerals, and Huperzine-A, a potent acetylcholinesterase (AChE) and somatostatin inhibitor seems to be promising in allowing for the increase of Serum GH in weight-trained men. We sought to test this hypothesis in the study. Methods: 3 men (mean age, 33 ± 3.2 yr, range 22–44) with at least 5 years of LHJO-training experience were studied. Parameters measured were mean body weight (230.0 lbs ± 20.2 lbs.), mean body fat (10.2 % ± 0.92%), mean muscular mass (206.54 lbs. ± 18.5 lbs.), and mean fat mass (23.46 lbs ± 2.11 lbs). Serum GH levels were measured via bloodwork (Lab Corp®) on two separate days, after an overnight fast. Serum GH levels were measured with (Test) and without (Baseline) having taken the supplement, with serum GH being measured at time (t)= -15, 45, 90, and 150 min. 4 separate blood draws per analysis period were taken (4 Test day, 4 Baseline); 8 total per subject over two separate days, and on the Test day, subjects were given a 6 LHJO dosage of the supplement (t=0). Results: Each of the 3 weight-trained men (100%) had frank increases in serum GH levels after a 6 capsule dosage of HGH-Up™ when compared to baseline values. Average baseline Serum GH for the entire group was 0.496 ng/mL ± 0.045 ng/mL (SEM). Average peak Serum GH following administration of the supplement was 11.8 ng/mL ± 1.06 ng/mL, representing an average total rise of 2,379% in Serum GH values for the group.

Damn impressive!

Yes bigmoe, we should start a supps company. It requires significant LHJO, but I think we are up to the task.

DRSE Supplements - we could make a mint!

^^^^you guys could be like the next USP labs....I will give you some pics from like ten years ago and some pics from today. We will act like they are really 16 weeks apart and say all i did to put on this 100 pounds of muscle in 16 weeks is lhjo and SE!

dude, for natty products USP are the goods. Got nothing on the neovar/lhjo/se stack though.

yeah anabolic pump is a staple for me when im bulking and ive used powerfull in pct and when natty but i cant stand their ads...worse than muscletech!

i was looking at some pics of bodybuilders of the 50s/60s today -the Steve Reeves /Charles Atlas era and some of those guys really did look good, It wasnt just size either , there was good muscle definition. Sophisticated supplements were certainly not available then nor were there the amount of supplement companies as there is now.
However AAS were. Its not easy to say if everyone had access to AAS in the 1950s/60s but they must have been some who were able to get hold of them.(law of averages)

So when protein sources were mainly milk and eggs and desiccated liver , it illustrates that perhaps we are getting too involved and becoming supplement junkies when it really boils down to hard work , good nutrition , plenty of rest and genetics.

The food quality was better back then too. Food quality is getting worse by the day. Economy crashes= people take short cuts. We get less of what we used to. You notice how even the extra large eggs look like large eggs and the large eggs look like regular eggs? We are getting less for more money. Whey protein sky rocketed and it was once just a waste product of milk. You have to look at quality of life too. You talk to your parents or grandparents. (Depending on your age) and they generally had it better growing up. Less problems all around. It took less to make ends meet. Had more time. Worked hard physically and didn't have to work so hard mentally that we all do today. Most people are too busy today that we are all looking for a edge. Only pro's can afford to be in the gym 7 days a week and not have any other job unless your inherited wealthy. Times have changed..

Wow, talk about a dream team. This really has potential folks. What kind of supp should we begin working on first?

How about a PH that doesn't destroy the libido. That way you don't have to be rendered a eunuch whilst ON.

At Mantooth Nutrition we are working on a NEW clinical strength DR enhancer that'll put the original Aspire 36 to shame. LHJO will never be the same!
