Strong day in the gym. The mdrol has def. kicked in. My roomates didnt pull another one over on me, lol. I will take my weight tomorrow. I havent checked my weight all week, but im guessing ill be right around 200, maybe 199. I also havent gotten ahold of any epistane yet, hope ill get some within the next week. If not I might have to just stop after the mdrol, or possibly add another week of mdrol and stop then. I really hope I get the epistane though. Another reason I try to stay lean while bulking is that I dont want to have to take anything to cut me up. Ive never had to take any sort of fat burners, and I dont want to either. One of the roomates gave me a small dose of clen one day a lil while back to see how it would effect me and I got all shaky and ****. Hell if I take too much caffeine before the gym I get shaky and weak feeling, which can really **** a workout. I like to keep my goals small and attainable as far as weight gain goes, I dont like ever looking bloated or not cut up. A lot of guys go for the all out bulking cycles to gain as much mass as possible, but thats not for me.

Ive also been only lifting seriously for about 4 years now. Basically since I came to college. In that time Ive gained probably about 30-35lbs of lean muscle and gone from wearing smalls to stretching out larges. Ive never done an injectible steroid, but ive done about 8 prohormone cycles. I think they were m1t for two weeks, with no post cycle. Didn't know much back then. 2 Superdrol for 2 weeks, with a crappy post cycle. One superdrol for 3 weeks with a crappy post cycle. One Phera Plex for 3 weeks, with a crappy post cycle. Masterdrol for 3 weeks with a good post cycle. Masterdrol for 2 weeks with a good post cycle. Then superdrol for 3 weeks with a great post cycle. I like the short prohormone cycles because I use them to basically get over plateaus. In the last 4 years ive also put on approximately 200lbs to my bench and probably about 250lbs to my squat. So for all the people that think PHs are garbage, Id have to disagree. Even if I took an injectible steroid in the future, I would probably run a PH at the beginning of it to jump start it (much like how Tom 185 does). I think they are great for seeing fast results. And over time I have learned a lot more about them and how to use them as safely as possible.

I'm all about the cut too bro,it's quallity muscle,over quantity muscle.Anyone can eat way too much look like sh*t,and call themselves a bodybuilder....I do'nt personally respect some bloated fuc*er.....cuts baby...cuts...like a deli up in here..lol

yeah man, im into bodybuilding not straight up mass building. And by going slower and using short PH cycles I have been able to stay very proportionate, instead of having any one muscle group develop too quickly.

good stuff...i do 3-4 shakes and 3-4 meals too....a good weightgainer is prolab lean mass complex and then add-in oatmeal and peanut butter...blend and it tastes great...loaded with healthy calories and not sugar like ur weightgainers usually are...i ran dbol the first time on the cycle that i'm on now and it was ok but i still feel superdrol is better for strength, size, weight overall...i'm going back to superdrol on the next cycle...keep up the good work

i think 38.99 is the best price i've ever paid...its not a daily staple of mine but a great meal replacement on the go...i also work in a supplement type of place where i get some free ones

Thats my take in a nutshell bro,I have never run anything longer than 3 weeks,test,igf,cjc-1295,hex,ghrp-6 and all,you don't need to run something 6 months to get results....i have really great genetics,my old man is like 51,and f'in shredded,and huge....so is my brother....,if you have it you have it,if not....you have to shoot massive doses of sh*t..I really don't believe in the 12 week cycles...Bro i only did a handfull of short cycles..maybee 3 ...and at that 195 9%,when i graduated npti i was 4.3% 184..and strong as fu*k.......you remind me of me in that sence....short and sweet bro........I 'm not tryin to get shutdown so i can't fu*k......why would any normal guy live for that???? Dude it was just spring break over here and...oh hell yea Tripdog got his....hahahah

test e only 3 weeks,with finisteride,tamox,rebound xt,no sides what so ever....only dosed at 250 to.......people that tell you to go big with doses are 1 retatded...2 retarded,and stupid,or 3 don't know wtf they're talking about.....lowest effective dose always wins...be safe bro....listen to this.....

biggest sides being acne,hairloss that I look to avoid at all costs..but some can do huge doses,and have no problem...genetics def play a role there...regardless i'm not taking any chances.....my bad hurdlemaker for jackin your thread..:D

hurdlemaker if youve ran around 8 cycles, how far apart were you spacing them out? ive done 2 superdrol cycles this past year and gained/kept around 25 lbs of lean mass, and i am also getting ready to do something close to what youre doing right now so i'm just a little curious.

Correct me if i'm wrong here,but you were complaining about hairloss on one of your posts......seems to be a side to me.??:think: ???..test at that dose will for sure hit mr. head pretty hard over time......:hammer:

Im still trying to get a hold of some epistane, if I dont get any soon ill have to take something else. I took a pic with my phone tonight, and the picture is crappy quality, but you get the idea. Also my clothes are fitting a little tighter. My abs are also looking better, since I started working them for the first time in about 3 months, hell u can even see them through my shirt some, lol. Sorry I havent posted in a few days, I worked fri sat and sun.

ive been thinking about stacking methoxy tst with the epistane(if I ever get any) what do u guys think? I think that might be overkill, I just really want to reach about 210, so i can maintain about 205. Also I have been feeling a little sick to my stomach, which is making eating a lot difficult, but im trying to push through it...

I went to the chiropractor today and found out my right hip had rotated forward, and thats the reason Ive had pain shooting down my right leg and up my back. I was really messed up, my right leg was actually 3/4inch shorted than my left. But its realligned now. Also the last few days since my back has been hurting it has been really hard to eat, I have been getting very nausiated. Hopefully Ill be back on track now after my adjustment.
 
are u getting any back pumps from the m-drol?
cuz mine were unbearable on 30mg of methyl-masterdrol

yeah i get back pumps, im not sure if this pain was related to the mdrol or not though...Ive had previous back trouble, but in previous cycles I have gotten bad back pumps. I think the taurine is helping a little with that this time though.

well guys, im sorry that i havent posted in a while, ive been having a rough time. My hip/lower back is all messed up and for about a week now i havent been able to eat without feeling nausiated. I dont think ive gained any weight, I havent even wanted to go to the store to weigh myself. I stopped taking the mdrol 3 days ago, as well as all of the supporting supplements, and since then my stomach is feeling a lot better. I havent even been taking any of my post cycle since I didnt want to upset my stomach anymore. Idk if I should take the epistane or just start a post cycle in a few days, this just really sucks. :sick:
 
it does suck bro, sorry to hear that. if i were you id run a short PCT (1 1/2-2weeks) see how im feelin then start over with epi only. good luck whatever your choice may be

Sorry to hear that hurdlemaker. I would start PCT for a few weeks and let your body recover. Once you feel your back to 100%, and after at least 3 weeks, start EPI.

Id run my pct now and resume once you feel better.

yeah guys my toremifene is on the way, im also gonna take some bulk powerfull and bulk cissus, i dont wanna be taking too many pills right now, im taking prilosec for my stomach now and today i started methylprednisolone for my hip pain. Ill go weigh myself later and see whats up, my right nipple is a little puffy and my libido feels a little low, i went and worked out yesterday for the first time since thursday. I did chest and biceps, i didnt feel very strong, but i still had a decent workout, i started with flat dumbells and got 90x12, 100x10, 110x8, then i did incline dumbells and got 90x10, 95x7, 100x6, then i did the rest of my workout, so strength is a little down. But im sure that has a little to do with my not being able to eat near enough for that last few days. Ill post again later and keep u guys updated, thanks for the support
