Strong day in the gym. The mdrol has def. kicked in. My roomates didnt pull another one over on me, lol. I will take my weight tomorrow. I havent checked my weight all week, but im guessing ill be right around 200, maybe 199. I also havent gotten ahold of any epistane yet, hope ill get some within the next week. If not I might have to just stop after the mdrol, or possibly add another week of mdrol and stop then. I really hope I get the epistane though. Another reason I try to stay lean while bulking is that I dont want to have to take anything to cut me up. Ive never had to take any sort of fat burners, and I dont want to either. One of the roomates gave me a small dose of clen one day a lil while back to see how it would effect me and I got all shaky and ****. Hell if I take too much caffeine before the gym I get shaky and weak feeling, which can really **** a workout. I like to keep my goals small and attainable as far as weight gain goes, I dont like ever looking bloated or not cut up. A lot of guys go for the all out bulking cycles to gain as much mass as possible, but thats not for me.
Ive also been only lifting seriously for about 4 years now. Basically since I came to college. In that time Ive gained probably about 30-35lbs of lean muscle and gone from wearing smalls to stretching out larges. Ive never done an injectible steroid, but ive done about 8 prohormone cycles. I think they were m1t for two weeks, with no post cycle. Didn't know much back then. 2 Superdrol for 2 weeks, with a crappy post cycle. One superdrol for 3 weeks with a crappy post cycle. One Phera Plex for 3 weeks, with a crappy post cycle. Masterdrol for 3 weeks with a good post cycle. Masterdrol for 2 weeks with a good post cycle. Then superdrol for 3 weeks with a great post cycle. I like the short prohormone cycles because I use them to basically get over plateaus. In the last 4 years ive also put on approximately 200lbs to my bench and probably about 250lbs to my squat. So for all the people that think PHs are garbage, Id have to disagree. Even if I took an injectible steroid in the future, I would probably run a PH at the beginning of it to jump start it (much like how Tom 185 does). I think they are great for seeing fast results. And over time I have learned a lot more about them and how to use them as safely as possible.
