SUNCLOUD'S workout log with assorted goodies

Sounds like the T-911 has you right where you left off. I am still on the fence about pre-exhausting muscles before others. If your form is in check there should not be an issue. Now with that said, I do switch the order of chest/shoulders up with each w/o just to keep it fresh. I find that if you keep the elbows out parallel from your body when benching and don't let them creep down to your sides isolates the chest better. Pct is rocking Sunny!!

Wow SC what a killer work out! You look good in BOLD lol Im happy that this has treated you great to say the least! This thread has some Gold bars of info! What a great ride!

Keep killin it bradda!

i'm gaining strength in PCT - what more needs to be said? :D

That says it all!!

One thing I'd like to add after catching up on the last page, I only hit every bodypart once per week. I train with uber-high intensity, and I find I need to let each bodypart rest at least a week in order to completely and fully recover so I can kill it once again!!

Other than calves, forearms, and abs. Which all can obviously be worked more often!!

You know what I'm talkin bout!!! :tongue1:

nice #s bro

thanks :)

thanks :) the weirdest thing, is i always suspected my tri's were the dominant muscle on most of my lifts, but come to find out its the front delts that have more endurance in them.

I still swear by separating Chest and Shoulder workouts into two workouts at least a day apart.

i couldn't get that 2 day gap, because i was tearing my rear delts apart on back day. Hman actually suggested i train the part of the delt that was used with either chest or back respectively. i think its working rather well now, because my front delts overpower my chest in most movements. beating the delts down first make sure my chest is straining with every rep.

thanks man :) without everyones advice, this cycle would be mediocre, so i owe all of you a lot for your support.

everything except legs seems to recover very fast, which has always been an issue. since last year, i haven't had DOMS on my upper body which lasted more than 48 hours. add an extra day for full recovery, and i'm GTG. legs just can't keep up - they need a good 5 days :(

lol legs suck due to the fact of slo recovery at least for me

minez seem to hurt days after lol!

Be careful with that man... Its more likely a form issue on chest day if you're delts are lifting the weight. Might want to try swapping up exercises. My chest gets the sh*t beat out of it once every 5 days, and I feel it every time.

first chest day (monday) my chest exercises are
bench
incline
cable crossovers (low)

second chest day, the chest exercises are
pec deck
db bench
butterfly machine

i try not to repeat the exact exercise for both days, as that would be a complete waste IMO. what would you recommend to switch? should i try executioner's bench?

It looks good... I think the best way to isolate chest is to really flex the crap out of them and squeeze on the top of your rep, and slow negatives. Just really focus on engaging them. If you can blow through that whole workout without your chest hurting with sufficient volume the next day, your chest may have been replaced with a machine.

I mean it... squeeze the sh*t out at the top of EVERY rep.

sounds good. i'll definitely give it a shot. thanks for the advice brotha.

Sunny any reason you're not doing weighted dips? Doesn't isolate chest, but I find it really helps development. Or you trying not to hit the ant delts/tri's too much?

hrm. i was doing tri dips (keeping my body upright) to isolate the tri's better, though i'm finding the seated dip machine more effective for that. chest dips sound like something i should get back into. thanks for the suggestion - i'll definitely sub it out on monday :)

suncloud, you are an inspiration to me due to your knowledge, commitment, physique, and the fact that you continue to gain in PCT. STRAIT UP HERO

thanks guys. you guys are the ones that motivate me to push through that bad day, and are responsible for half my gains :)

Alright Sunny!, new week brotha! whats in store for us :)
give us an update on weight# ect ect

weight is still at 202. i'm feeling very solid : when flexed, my pecs are as hard as a rock. acne on both arms - maybe 5 pimples so far (total), none anywhere else. i can see a loss in body fat around my abs, but i've got some way to go before they start showing. the most noticeable loss in fat is between my delt/bicep area, and again, pics don't do it justice. i'll get pics up tomorrow (god willing) and hopefully someone else can see the progress, so i know its not all in my head :)

*mumbles something about being jealous of suncloud* LOL

Nice SC! Pics WILL be up tomarrow or ban! :-P

DAY 8 PCT. this is monday's workout. felt very good. as mentioned, about 5 pimples total on both arms - none on face or back. workout was a little rushed, but i got it done.

Monday - week 6
Chest/Tri's

bench 265 x 8/5/2 - up 2 reps. 275x8 will be a PR.
*new* chest dips BW + 90 x 6/4/2 - thanks steveoph. still working on getting the movement down.
upright rows (smith) 185x 7/4/2 - up one rep.
incline bench 225x 8/4/2 - up one rep. 245 is the PR, so i've got some ways to go.
CG bench 225 x 8/4/2 - up 3 reps
military press 185x 8/5/2 - up one rep.
cable crossovers 85 x 10/6/4 - up one rep
tricep dip machine
reverse grip - 210 x 12/6/3 - same reps, up 10 lbs
overhand grip - 220 x 10/5/3
parallel - 240 x 9/5/2

thoughts so far : today was much harder to hit those numbers than last week. i felt like i really had to push myself very hard to get that one extra rep. doesn't matter how hard it is though, so long as i do it :)

today's workout will be up later in the day, along with promised pics :)

nice numbers sunny. Glad to see your still getting PR's still. Good work on the dips as well. Can't wait to see the pics as i'm interested to see your results.

Whoever said PCT was supposed to be a slow down?? Damn Sunny, the bolds just keep coming.
"doesn't matter how hard it is though, so long as i do it ", that statement right there sums up why this cycle has been what it is Sunny!! You have nailed it...

One thing I will say, is Sunny in person is a lot bigger than the pictures let off. I was pretty impressed when I met him a few weeks ago... I can only imagine how beastly he must be now.

With the numbers he posts I have to believe he has some good size.

How do you like the t-911 so far? i just got 2 bottles in the mail today and im excited. but intimidated....

Being 21 Buster, I would like to see you wait a few more years but, nothing to be intimidated about with T-911.

thanks. its much harder to hit those PR's now, but nothing in life is free :)

thanks brotha. today is deads...

AZ nailed it! Keep it goin bradda! Up Up We Go, Were SC Stops Nobody Knows!
lol. i'm debating if i need to take a week off when PCT ends, for fear of overtraining.

damn GMG, that means a lot. thanks for that my friend.

the T-911 is pretty solid. the logs spoke very highly of the product, and i can say i'm very happy with the results so far. this PCT has been very easy, and maintaining strength while coming off a prohormone speaks volumes about its effectiveness. i'm not sure how distinct the effects will be at your age, but i really do hope it treats you well. keep us updated on how its treating you - if it helps you overcome a plateau at your age, that should speak very highly of the product.

thanks a lot buddy

day 9 of PCT.

okay, the T-911 has definitely kicked in today. i'm feeling awesome. my right wrist started acing up (feeling very weak) right before i hit the gym (its from them being tiny 6"). then at the gym, my left one started acting up. i was prepared to hit my numbers from last week, but that didn't happen.

here we go, PR's in bold :)

tuesday
back/bi's/rear delts
rest/pause

rack chins + 50 lbs, 9/5/3 - up 2 reps.
deads 345 x 7 - up 3 reps baby!
face pulls 130 x 7/4/3 - up 10 lbs, same reps. these were very hard.
barbell rows - 205 x 7/4/2 - down 3 reps. i assume the deads sapped my strength :(
machine curls -150x 9/5/3 - up 3 reps
standing shrugs - 300x 9/6/3 - up one rep and 10 lbs.
reverse pec dec machine - 120x 9/4/3 - up one rep

thoughts. 345x7, that's all i'm saying. my back is tore up. no new pimples today either. pics will be up later :)

Congrats on the deadlift man. I would imagine your back is getting thicker from steady increases on your deads. I took the weak off from deads this weak but i will be doing power cleans to compensate for skipping them today. Keep up the good work sunny, your attitude kicks ass and that's why the PR's keep falling.

Holy ish bro! Your deads are frakin nice bro! Up 3reps at that weight is amazing! Your playin with some big bois my man! Glad to see PCT is treating your very well! :)

Keep Killin You Bro!
