great day at the gym! thankfully, it was not a leg day, since some douche was curling in it. some new guy, hopefully he'll go back to his dungeon soon.
anyways, dosed my NOS-FX rather late, so i hit the gym up a little later to compensate for it. here's the damage :

chins (wide, weighted) BW+25 lbs 7/4/3 up one rep - back off BW x 13
deads 235x6/3/2 lost 3 reps, up 10 lbs,
another natty PR!! - back off 135x11
face pulls 120x6/4/3 lost 2 reps, went up 20 lbs (double pulley, so 60 lbs real world weight) back off 70x10
barbell rows - 95x11 overhand, 95x12 underhand (no break)
machine curls 90x12 up 10 lbs,
shrugs (seated dumbells) 90x8, 90x7
rear lateral raises - 20x8 - lost a rep on this
followed up by dropset of hammer curls - 35xfailure, 30xfailure, 25xfailure, walked
arms are fu
cking pumped right now! they were OK before the hammer curls, so i figured they needed it
