Flexatril Day 12, 3 per day before dinner.
Since I'm on my off week not much to report except my shoulder feels great.
can't wait to see how it feels in the gym. just got to remember not to over do it since it hasn't felt this good in year!

My order from NP showed up today (freaky fast), so I'm going to stop what I've been taking and start the Flexatril tomorrow. Hope it helps my tendon issues

I got a feeling you are going to like the Flexatril. I just call it flexy now.
Post a pic of your goddies. Search "in the mail tread"

Since this log is what convinced me to try Flexatril, I'll post my thoughts here. I'm only on day 4, so I'm currently in the loading phase. I've been dealing with Achilles tendonitis and tendinosis for awhile now. This past summer, I had a 75% tear in my right foot, and the left was the worst tendinitis my Orthopedic Dr had ever seen. Wore a boot for 4 months while the tear healed, really had to watch what I did. I had to be careful with squats, and of course no calf exercises at all. Hack squat machine, leg press, leg curls and the like is about it. Anyway, today I did legs at the gym and pushed a little harder than I normally would have. I did front squats on the hack machine 90 x 15, 180 x 15, 270 x 10 and 360 x 8 (which I haven't hit in a long time!) as well as lying leg curls and leg extensions. Normally after my workout, if I sit down for any length of time my Achilles tend to tighten up, and I spend a couple minutes hobbling around until they loosen up. Today, while they are still tender, it's nothing like what it should have been, considering I pushed a little harder than I normally would have. I guess long story short, I had been taking a fairly popular combination for the past month, with no real signs of improvement. It might be a little early to say for sure, but so far I'm really impressed with Flexatril! Can't imagine not having this in my cabinet.
Sorry for the long winded post, but I'm really happy with Flexatril so far. I almost hate to admit this, but trail running is something I've always loved doing and haven't been able to for almost a year. Looks like Flexatril might allow that to happen again.

Brother glad it seems to be helping. I was a little concerned with it being your Achilles. Don't want to jack with that.
How about the other smaller joint issues? I noticed these cleared up in days.
You know you can post whatever you want in my logs brother!

Had it not been for your experience so far Studhorse I probably wouldn't have tried it. I figured if it can help an old fcker like you, maybe there's a chance!
And I honestly don't have a lot of joint issues. Picked up a few while on this last cycle, but nothing horrible. Tendons and ligaments, on the other hand.....

Day: 5 Weight:? Forgot to weigh
Supplements:
Pre work out: Scivations Xtend Preform Mango
Intra: Scivations Xtend Preform Mango
Scivations Flexatril 3 tabs before breakfast, 3 tabs before dinner.
3x a day Whole food multi, Creatine 5g. AM & Post with 100% whey shake,
Co-Q-10, Reversitol, NAC, Krill Oil, Psyllium Husk 6ea. 2x a day, I drink 2-3 Protein shakes a day.
Tea spoon of organic coconut oil in my coffee (usually 6 cups a day)yes I’m old and need caffeine.

Training: Stated my HST today: (Using a Cut version for the next 8 weeks) I will run HST until 2nd week or so of November. (I respond well to HST and the next 9 months for me are very busy with a lot of weekend travel for my daughter’s softball. The 3 days a week for HST are much easier for me and her to accomplish on a consistent basis. If I have extra time to hit the gym on off days I will hit some mild cardio for about 30min.

HST Program Pic: (I’m old school and use paper logs) my cell phone stays in the bag while I’m at the gym. This is week one. Not going to bore everyone with the science of HST.

Nutrition:
Carbs Grams 290
Fat Grams 95
Protein grams 310
Tot. Cals 2742

Xtend Preform: Coming off my 10 day de-condition, Workout was great yesterday (First day of HST). Had great mind to muscle connection again, knocked out my workout in 90min. (Missed my rotator rehab (Had to pick up the daughter), Gym was semi busy this helped. Endurance was great for taking 10 days off, but I was also ready to get back at it) its only day 5 but so far so good. Looking like the Xtend Perform is going to shine. Don’t know where my weight was, I weigh at the end of my workout and forgot. Woke up this morning felling pretty good, got to bed about an hour late (Late night wife cardio) No DOMS!!! I can’t believe it, must have taken it too easy or is it the Xtend Perform?

Flexatril: 12th day. My shoulder feels the best it has in a year. All the normal minor aches and pains in too many joints to list are gone!!!!! When I did my lifts my shoulder felt good. (Not ready to try bench yet)

Gen Notes: I’m going to have to say Flexatril is for real!!!!

thanks again The Solution

2 week update:
Flexatril:
All I can say after taking Flexatril for only 12 days my left shoulder has note felt this good in a year. The main thing I fell is that the all-day pain is gone and the pain during workouts has dropped 50%.
All my minor joint pain is gone and doesn’t affect me at all when I work out.
This stuff is for REAL! I’m 53 years old and have 35years of weight training and the joint issues that come with it!

Xtend Perform:
I have only taken this for 5 workouts. I have noticed my DOMs are none existent, and my endurance is up slightly. Still too early to tell.

I would have to say if it doesn't even do anything else this Flexatril is the only joint supplement I have taken that actually works!
and is not expensive. WIN/WIN!

With a break in the action - just for a minute.....

Tried xtend mango today. Did 2 scoops in 40 oz of water. Started about 10 minutes pre and finished about 10 minutes post. First impression: mango is delicious - who woulda thunk it?!

It does taste good doesn't it! do you get the peach after taste? or is it just me?

I gotta tell you guys something. For the first time in months, my Achilles tendons don't hurt. I even did calf raises today, using the base on one of the machines for a 3" incline to stretch out the tendons, and the result is that they are a little tender. Had I attempted that 2 weeks ago, I would be unable to walk. After sitting for 20 minutes, my Achilles tendons would have tightened up to the point that I would have been unable to walk normally. Pushing them like I did today probably wasn't the best idea, but I needed to see if they had actually improved. It's amazing the difference, and I wish I had tried Flexatril 6 months ago.

This sounds corny, but Thanks Studhorse. You have no idea how much this has helped me. I'm pretty confident that within a month or two I'll be back to trail running, which is freaking phenomenal!

Glad to hear it's working for you my bother! Didn't know what it would do for a tendon. I know my anckles don't ache any longer after I train them. They even crack and pop less and both hardly have any cartilage left.
I'm starting to think This Flexatril is GOLD!

SFreed try training your calves with 3-1-4
Hold at the top for 3 seconds, down in 1 sec. And strength for 4 seconds, start over. Guy showed me this about 8 months ago. I started to get growth in my calves again. I got crappy calves, and I have trained them all the time and a lot of different was.

*Broke Down last night and had 3 large pancakes with Homemade peanut butter and Pure Maple Syrup!
And 4 slice of all natural bacon. (No I didn’t feel bad about eating it)

Xtend Preform: Workout Felt really good last night. Had great mind to muscle connection again. Endurance was great, the Xtend Perform seems to help with my mind to muscle connection.
Woke up this morning and my lower back was jacked (Must have slept on my stomach and the Platz squats does this to me some times, don’t know why because it doesn’t bother me when I do them, maybe because my legs are on fire and I can’t feel anything else. Once I get a hot shower and moving around I’m fine (Just getting a little older) got to bed about an hour late (had some FireTitan late night wife cardio again).
Little bit of DOMS in my back, the Xtend Perform seems to be helping with my endurance, after my workout I felt pretty fresh, Plus I love the taste.

Flexatril: 14th day. Finally finished my first bottle. Have 3 more ready to go. TheSolution hooked me up with 1 more bottle and I bought 2 more. That should say everything! My shoulder feels the best it has in a year. All the normal minor aches and pains in too many joints are still nonexistent! When I did my lifts my shoulder felt good. I tried hairygrandpa HEX presses. The shoulder felt great and actually felt like I was hitting my chest. Thanks Flexatril!
Gen Notes: I’m going to have to say Flexatril is for the Bomb.
