No, he gained 9.8lb of lbm; 187.8lb was his eventual total lbm (cheers for picking that up, Chris) :)

I know im too young to get to using hormonal stuff yet, but does The One require PCT?

Not only are you too young, but too light as well. I wouldn't recommend considering hormonals until you have maximized your NATURAL potential or are at least 180-190lb.

Yes, The ONE requires PCT (since it is a PH).

Ok guys, enough d*cking around! Final videos are to be posted no later than by 11:59pm tomorrow night. I understand everyone has their own life outside of the forums and this and that, but the rules were clearly stated. I have been monitoring the logs and so far only entrant complied. If none of the rest of you post up your ending stats and videos...the one entrant will be awarded prizes by default. I don't want to hear excuses...I want results...period.
