Yeah good stuff..our training and stuff is fun..but thats what life is. Youll be remembered more for being a great husband and father than you will for bench numbers. That should be all of our goals..balance in all areas. I need to take my own advice here...lol

That sucks bro, even a bar dropped on the foot (or a 45 plate) hurts like hell. Nothing broken I assume?
 
Look at it this way. You dropped a 70lbs DB on your foot! Its GOOD news! I know a lot of people who can't un-rack 70lbs.

I understand the time with family. And I doubt they will be open. I know they where closed Christmas
 
I workout at a local 24/7 total fitness. They are always open. I usually get the best workouts in on holidays, gym is always empty
