Thanks Southland Performance and there board reps for allowing me to log their newest product.

SouthLand's GlycoMyx: Glychemically Advanced Carbohydrate!

Invalid Link Removed Get the info!

I plan on dosing as follows :
Week 1 - Half scoop with pre workout half scoop with post workout whey
Week 2 - one scoop pre workout
Week 3 - one scoop post workout
week 4 - whatever I feel produced the best results from the first 3 weeks

on to the first dose this morning

I opened up the tub this morning ( cool looking tub and logo) and I was greeted to a nice purple color.

Smell - very pleasant

Taste - well it tastes just like sweet potato and to me that's fine I like sweet potato

Color - I love the fact there is nothing artificial

Mixing - I mixed 1/2 scoop with 8 oz of water in a shaker cup. It mixed very well very little residue.

I hope to gain some good pumps / endurance while using this product. Plus the 7 grams of fiber and antioxidant aspects will no doubt be
beneficial.

First dose results were very positive.

I had a awesome pump and I felt a serious increase in endurance. I was able to push through all my sets with energy to spare. I trained pretty heavy today and intend on doing the same Saturday.

SCOOBY SCOOBY DOOOOOO

Ahhh the second day.......

Mixed half a scoop with Craze and 1 scoop of Hemavol and let me tell you it was sick in terms of energy and endurance.

Pumps were off the charts and could not finish my biceps work because I could no longer contract the muscle. I again mixed the other half scoop with my whey/dextrose post workout and I still feel muscle fullness 2 hours later.

All good so far

Too pumped to finish the workout damn :)

I can't imagine the pumps from Hemavol+GlycoMyx, that should be an insane combo.

Def in

4AM workout this morning ...... Updating from my phone

I again dosed half scoop pre workout with a scoop and a half of craze. Then a half scoop with my post workout shake.

I again experienced increased endurance and some awesome pumps. I literally increased my reps by 2 per exercise. Went total beast mode on dumbbell shoulder presses 70x8 for 3 sets.
I don't know if you can tell from the picture but I was pumped to the gills. I'm going to take another pick around lunch time and see how I'm retaining the pump.

Subbed... and probably sold. Ive been waiting on this stuff.

Can definitely tell the pump from the picture.

Plus I'm pushing 43 years old so it's been a major plus so far.

Forearms still feeling it 6 hours later.

FREAK!

Damn look at that picture! Is what Arnold said about the pump true?!

Bombed a whole scoop with my morning XF protein shake . I got pump when I picked up a pen at work! I'm thinking it's time to get back on some creatine .

Another awesome workout this AM.
Hit a PR on dead lifts and I had plenty left in the tank when I walked out of the gym.
Tomorrow I switch to one scoop pre workout.

Beastin it!

I'm still experiencing excellent results. I good hour of cardio in with plenty of endurance . Pumps are still fantastic . I'm going try some in milk for the first time today.

This should be interesting.

Not the best in milk! I'm sticking to cold water- ice water is best

Ummmm not really ! Too thick in milk for my liking . I felt kinda bloated also. Probably too many carbs with milk.

Kind of what I figured, but I didn't want to be the one to try it first.

I'll pretty much try anything once. ( I left myself open there ). In all seriousness it's not great in milk.

Grape juice
Cold water
Mixed with pre workout
Milk
I prefer the first two . I'm playing with adding GlycoMyx to some protein pancakes.

The vascularity and pump looks legit.

MMMmmmm pancakes.

I wouldn't think milk to be a great mixer.

Didn't hit the gym today but I did hit up a scoop in cold water than had a protein shake mixed with skim.

Thanks! not bad for 42 years old

Took me a quarter of a century to see the veins in my biceps. Vascularity comes with maturity

Sorry so late on the final review but here we go................

Benefits of GlycoMyx:

  • Ideal for Pre-Workout, Post-Workout and Meal Replacement Shakes!
  • Stimulant Free Energy, Endurance and Recovery!
  • Contributes to Healthy Cholesterol Levels!
  • Gluten Free!
  • Quickly Delivers Nutrients to the Muscles Without a Large Insulin Response!
  • Contains Powerful Antioxidants!

I used this product pre workout , post workout and a mixture of both.

Pre workout (8) Excellent endurance , sick pumps and vascularity.

Post workout (8) Seemed to reduce soreness and help keep muscles pumped all day

Value (8) 18 servings per tub. I personally feel if your under 200 pounds half a scoop is enough to feel the benefits.

Taste (6) It takes time to get use to. It tastes like sweet potato. That might throw you off at first.

Mixability (7) It mixes well in most liquids. I personally think ice cold water is best. I did mix it in grape juice with whey post workout and that worked well. Mixed with pre workout(craze) cannonball that was rough. Grape craze is kinda rough solo anyway. Mixed in skim milk (bleck) not so good. I used a shaker for all mixing . I never used a blender but other loggers say that it mixes well that way. I personally had no issues mixing in a shaker cup.

Pre and Post half scoop each (8) same as above increased endurance , pump , vascularity and kept a good pump through out the day.

My take : I rate the product a (8 out of 10) This is a excellent carb product. It has a ton of of fiber , its all natural ! perfect if you are trying to avoid artificial colors and sweeteners. High anti oxidant can only help. Purple sweet potato pretty damn cool if I may say.

I recommend this product highly. I feel it's one of the best carb options out there.

Thanks - I know some people hate reading logs and want to jump right to the review. Hopefully I convinced some people to buy some and ditch the waxy maize (I feel it's crap).
