Alright I'll bite just for fun.

This is my post workout meal.

1 cup low fat cottage cheese
1 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
2 tbls raw honey
Dash of cinnamon
Dash of vanilla
1 cup fresh strawberries chopped
I banana chopped
1/2 cup granola
Whip the first five ingredients into a custard, add the fruit and granola, mix well, enjoy.

Macros approximately.
Calories 650
Protein 55 grams
Fat 5 grams
Carbs. 95 grams

protein pudding:

chocolate instant pudding mix
+
1 serving of og muscle juice banana flavor,

mix it up using whole milk

muscle juice has 1020 calories without milk or pudding, talk about sugar coma....

I made this last night - added in Waldren's Choc. Syrup to the middle of the batter, 1/2 scoop of fudge brownie whey, some cocoa baking powder, and a palm full of walnuts. It was soft and creamy, especially delicious with melted natty PB on top. Very satiating - would make again. :)

Ev52’s Healthy Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:

¼ Cup Butter
2/3 Cup 0% Greek Yogurt
3 Tbsp Peanut Butter
1 Large Egg
20 Packets of Truvia
1 ¼ Cups of Peanut Flour
¼ cup of Skim Milk
1 Tsp Vanilla
½ Tsp Salt
½ Tsp Baking Soda
1 Cup Dark Chocolate Chips (grain-sweetened if possible)

Cream together: butter, yogurt, peanut butter and Truvia
Add egg and mix well
Add vanilla, salt and milk
Mix together peanut flour and baking soda. Add slowly to mixture
Add more milk if needed to make proper dough consistency
Add chips
Bake at 350 for approximately 10 mins.

Protein Pancake with Protein Pudding topping.

Pancake:

2 whole eggs + 5 egg whites
1/2 cup oatmeal
.5 scoop Vanilla protein
1 tbps Cinnamon
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 packet splenda
Optional - for extra flavor add a few dark chocolate chips :)


Chocolate Jello - fat free/sugar free pudding mix.
Mix with fat free Milk or unsweetened almond milk and add 1 scoop protein flavor of your choice (I like cookies and cream)
Refrigerate and then use a pancake topping.
Optional - add fat free whip cream


Pancake is roughly: 445 calories/48 protein/33 carbs/14 fat

Pudding depends on type of milk used and how much you eat with your pancake (that one is easy to add up, just milk content + protein content)

I make this on the weekends, and a cleaner version during the week (minus the pudding, chocolate chips, whip cream)

(choc, van, cheesecake or cookies & cream)
2-scoops Beverly International cookies & cream UMP.

Make pudding as directed let it settle then blend in the rest of the ingredients. Makes like a dirt dessert

This sounds delicious.

I've never used Beverly International's stuff, but this made me really want to bust out some old Iso-Sensation 93 cookies and cream.
