Are there many logs/anecdotal feedback of people using less than 4 caps pre-workout?Absolutely, there is a lot of over thinking it... just run workout days only along with LCLT and GMS. 4-8 caps is the highly anabolic dose, some users choose even less than 4 as they still get the results without the possible side effect of joint pain. While training in a hypertrophy geared range of 10-20 reps Ive never noticed any pain whatsoever with X-Factor.
