SNS ARA

Absolutely, there is a lot of over thinking it... just run workout days only along with LCLT and GMS. 4-8 caps is the highly anabolic dose, some users choose even less than 4 as they still get the results without the possible side effect of joint pain. While training in a hypertrophy geared range of 10-20 reps Ive never noticed any pain whatsoever with X-Factor.
Are there many logs/anecdotal feedback of people using less than 4 caps pre-workout?

Yes sir, mant people over the years have logged 2 -3. Bill is really big on the low dose protocols, we have a lot of athletes who use 1-2 caps for extended periods of time. I believe we did a few sposored logs with that 1-2 cap protocol about 3 yrs back.

Im 240 and get really good results with 2 caps on workout days only, though I usually do 4. Ive only gone to 6 for one cycle and it leaned me out quite rapidly which was nice, but the sides were more apparent.

And by sides.. You mean jut the typical ArA-dependent sides, right? Nothing unordinary...

I sometimes stop mid stream to add weight on because I'm not used to the instantaneous increase . Sometimes my left forearm is so pumped it hurts. ARA is now my #1 supplement. Noticing more separation between muscle groups and I'm tightening up.

Everybody knows me by now... When it works for me I spread the word.... When I fall into the hype crap that's out there and it fails for me look out and prepared for the ass reaming. Part of the busy;)
 
ill Let you guys in on the ultimate stack preworkout: 3 scoops of High volume, 3 grams of LCLT and 8 X-gels. the pumps are like an orgasm....eh not quite but kinda.

I have used ArA several times and my current stack is awesome: Ara/Anabeta/ALCAR/GMS. Strength just jumps each workout, it is crazy as I toss on more plates. I truly believe my top-secret protocol is the factor: 3 X-Gels + 3 X-Factor . . . synergy ;) Initially I thought I might implode by mixing the products from competing companies, but alas I am still here.
 
I've had 6 workouts with ArA. How far along are you? Did it seem to really kick in at some point?

On my second bottle. Felt the surge at 6 caps .Probably my second or third workout you feel it. My first workout was with 4 caps. Like 6 WAY better.

I would not bother with 1-andro or 1-alpha.
 
Has anybody noticed constantly feeling pumped being on Ara? Especially the day after a workout. Right now I feel sore but pumped and tight.
 
I may consider bumping up to 7 or 8. Right now I'm happy with the results. As I get closer to the 50 workout mark before I take my break I may increase.

I tried bumping it up to 7 for 3 days and noticed nothing. I'd just keep it at 6. You COULD do 8, but diminishing returns may occur.

Not "kick in"in the sense you may be thinking, but when you notice changes, i.e increased strength or muscle fullness.

It wont kick in like stim does

For sure. I'd say after the acute pumps X-Gels elicits, the gradual increase in strength many people note are what most people refer to as "kicking in". We seem to hear different time frames as to when this may occur. A lot of this of course is dependent on diet + training.
 
I usually notice more pumps and fullness about 1 - 2 weeks of starting taking X-Factor. That's what I feel the "kicking in" as.
 
From what I understand, ArA can be used in just about any situation and is pretty safe

Is there a suggested age limit to this? Potential hormonal problems if taken too early etc

No problems, but all companies generally recommend their supplements to be taken by those 18 yrs of age or older.

Other than possible joint issues which may impact your recovery, nope, you'll be fine.

Im personally making sure that my run is over before my baseball season starts. I dont particularly enjoy throwing with DOMS haha. I dont really get upper body DOMS ever but my quads are really fuxking sore from legs on Tuesday. In season i feel that its important to try and feel my best and anything that makes my muscles/body sorer than the norm will be excluded from my supplement stack. Like i said though, ill keep it to off season use only (since im a senior i guess i dont have to worry about this anymore tho lol). Ill definitely use ArA many more times in the future though.

That being said, there shouldn't be an issue with you taking it in season, as long as it isn't negatively effecting your performance.

I never had any issues running ArA while playing sports personally, but some get joint issues.

If I workout currently at 6 days per week, should I change my routine or how would the dosing work then as I see that most use a 4 day split.
I do a Push Pull Legs Push Pull Legs rest repeat

Dosing would still be preworkout, and if your routine is working for you, then just stick with it.

Well if thats the case bust keep busting ass in the weight room and keep working towards your goal man. I warmed the bench for 2 years too, most of us have to wait our turns.

As synapsin said, keep that routine if its working for you. i would try and only take ArA 4-5 days a week just to make each bottle last a little longer but thats really up to you. Good luck on your run and your season.
