I just got some agmatine &i'm amazed @ the pump I get w/ 1gram pre workout. Best yet for me.
Like any other supplement would you say agmantine needs to be cycled or could you stay on it year round?
Yok3d, eh didn't notice too much from it.
To get the best results from agmatine should you dose 2/2 in the AM & PWO? should you does every day 2/2?
All 4 in the AM? Only on work-Out days?
I just placed and order for some PrimaForce agmatine. It'll be a bit before I use it (have logs).
Sorry HXC that bulk powder was cheaper $$.
I wanna gain that extra fake inch on my exercised parts that day lol.
But yeah, hopefully it's a good product. Wanted to go with the caps but it was too expensive. Hopefully the powder you get the same results and hopefully 750mg is good but may try 1mg.

how quickly can one see benefits from typical agmatine dosing? a day? days? a week?
whats the dosing protocol most seem to prefer?

kingjameskjf said:You can see some benefits after you first dose and workout. Some people like splitting the dose up to morning and half pre, but I like doing one full dose about 30-45 minutes before my workout on an empty stomach.
Are u talking 750mg or 1g?
1g here as well(45-60 minutes pre wo)Are u talking 750mg or 1g?

Is preworkout dosing the only time that will exhibit pumps or if dosed in the morning will this induce a perpetual pump???
Ive noticed that nothing really gives a "perpetual pump" (with few exceptions to some DS/PH) unless that muscle group was worked the night/day before and there is a pump/soreness of sorts...
How would you guys describe this pump? activity dependent? perpetual? any benefits from more then 1g/day dosing?

This stuff does sound interesting. Sounds like there might be more benefits than just a pump. I just read through the SNS write up at Nutraplanet. One thing concerns me I will cut and paste it,
"Improved Insulin Response – Agmatine may help improve insulin response through enhanced insulin production, which can lead to positive benefits for those looking to improve body composition. Improved insulin response is thought of in bodybuilding circles as a key to a leaner, harder, more muscular body."
Not sure what they mean by "enhanced insulin production". I definitely don't want to raise insulin especially on the Metabolic Diet. Well during the carb up phase yes, but during the lower carb phase I want to keep insulin low.

Its in the ask Dr houser forum forum in a thread started by BBB... very informative on the complete benefits....

That agmatine does make for some hefty BMs :/
T-Bone said:Sounds good, also good that you only need 1 gram per day. That makes it reasonably priced. Anything more than that would be borderline expensive for me.

Why not stack themwould be a massive pump. Agmatine and arginine nitrate mmmm.
According to Dinoiii, who has researched agmatine extensively, the bioavailabilty has yet to be determined.
Right, and yet nearly all anecdotal evidence favors agmatine. Further, dinoii formulated MAN Blueprint which included agmatine so obviously he believes it is bioavailable enough at 1g orally.
i just have to say, im pretty happy with 500mg 2 times per day, but of course i'd like to see what MOAR! could bring. though, i know there is a possibility it wouldn't bring anything.
