Day #45 CHEST

Short on time this morning, planned for a quick workout anyway due to playing tennis afterwards and a baseball game later tonight (weather permitting)..
5 sets incline BB bench, 4 sets decline BB, 3 sets chest-focused explosive dips. Great pump, solid session.

On the supp front, received another bottle of Product X from USP, :thanks:
so..I'll be able to check out the Prime/X synergy after all! :evil:

Got our ballgame in last night just before the rains came..hit a mammoth blast to dead center in my 2nd at-bat, I mean I really smoked that one.. :bandit:
Of course, in the spirit of team play, that was secondary to the fact that we won.. ;)
 
Day #46 Legs

BB squats, DB lunges, leg extensions, leg curls, standing calf raises, donkey raises.
Pumps these days are truly impressive..altho strength is not so much the focus anymore, the weights I'm pushing are not light! Prime is kicking in already, feeling fresh and recovered after a ton of activity yesterday, had great focus in the session this morning.
 
Day #46 Legs

Sounds like some real volume.. Donkey calves man that brings back memories... you need a strong partner for those.

I hit a freakin bomb yesterday to left field. 3 RBI in the park homerun... Gotta love the feeling when it comes off the bat and you know its perfect. That and I was truckin.

mine cleared the fence (and then some..I think I broke somebody's windshield in the parking lot.. :nervous: ) at the very least they got a huge dent in their vehicle.

This stupid ass field didn't have a fence... The outfield actually merges with an outfield of an opposing diamond. My shot landed in front of the second basemen... on the other field.

Yeah, I'm pretty much a guaranteed out for the other team. :rolleyes:

Too much of a nerd am I...

I played and I was pretty good ... I went more for sports where I could hit somebody as apposed to hit something... Typical Canadian boy growing up in the sixties and seventies. Even when we played soccer it was full contact.

I coached little league when I was young also... two championships back to back.
 
Day #47 Shoulders

Little bit different shoulder schematic today:
BB military press, reverse-grip BB front press, front raise w/ plate, finished with weighted windmills (both forward & reverse motion), followed with 5 sets weighted ab work. The pump in these boulders (oops, I mean shoulders haha) was off the chain this morning, and I enjoyed the different exercises. Kept rests to 1min thruout.

No I'm missing teeth ... rronically it was footall though...I played before mouth gaurds and a lot of severely chipped teeth would ensue despite the face masks.

Hockay yah almost all boys played hockey when I was growing up... I was a goon. Or Policeman they used to call it .. Enforcer is another word.

Can you expand? Is this laying on a flat bench, palms facing face, and bench press? Dumbbell or Barbell?
 
I don't utilize these much, but every once in awhile I dig running them following the military. Here's a brief but adequate explanation of how they're done, complete with a little vid. I do mine seated.

Day #48 Monday
Back/abs workout in the AM, yard mowing early afternoon, 1hr of tennis early evening.

Day #49 Tuesday
Off day. Gotta crack down and learn my lines for the movie gig, rehearsal is Saturday. So, I'll be doing this while I'm working at GNC all day! :biglaugh:

Excited about some body changes that are happening; even more excited that, so far, it's happening while holding weight pretty steady! 198.3lbs upon rising. Cal intake has been between 2700-3000 depending on activity level.
 
Day #50 Arms

Whoaa..hellaciously ridiculous pump this workout, I was hitting on all cylinders this morning: focus, intensity, dialed-in mind/muscle connection, sweat, strength..doesn't get any better than this! :biggthumpup: Couple pics to back up my claim, ahaa..

PostWO nutrition consisted of Isopure Zero Card RTD, 4 rice cakes, 1 piece Ezekiel CR bread. Starting to focus on eliminating needless carbs, getting cals in the sub-2800 range as I make my move. Size is on-point (ha, and then some! :lol:) right now, gonna get my shred on, in :slomo: tho..

Thx H.. Arm size, I don't even know, it's really not a concern to me. I know I measured out at 18.5" at one time couple yrs back, and haven't measured since..I'll hypothesize that after that pump yesterday, they might've been close to 19".. :D

More body changes coming in overnight, got some cool new veins in my ab/hip/groin areas. Man I love it when that happens! :006:

Product X might be taking a new turn, could be some body recomp to the compound after all..Prime has taken hold, recovery is fantastic, athletic performance & endurance has increased immensely..I'm feeling GREAT! [insert Tony the Tiger here, ahaa] :biglaugh:
 
Snag your arms are as big as mine and I outweigh your by 40 lbs!! Needless to say your arms are always going to look twice as big to boot! Your leaner too so that is a factor. 200 lbs and 19" arms is crazy!

I have had some new developments now that I am on Prime again I actually gained some serious mass this past week, I knew I was getting bigger but weighed in over 4 lbs up this week. I definitely did not gain any fat and am at a loss to explain it as I am averaging around 2800 cals a day which would normally have me down around a pound. So it seems prime gets better as I use it, this being my third round. Kicks in earlier every time also. Just wanted to chirp in with that as it may be a factor in your recent development. I suspect that damn Freak workout has something to do with it too!!

Couple clarifications: 197.9 upon rising this morning..lost some water sweating like a dog yesterday! :D
and 19" with a pump bro -- I swear I was so freaking pumped there was an added inch just from that! My arms aren't that big..

Nice input. For sure, Prime has some recomp (among other) impact, and the Freak w/o set the stage in motion for all these accumulative changes for sure.
Keep rocking your progress man!
 
Day #51 Chest/Abs

Incline BB Press 5x12/10/8/8/8
Decline DB Press 5x10/10/10/8/8
Decline DB Flyes 2x15
Weighted ab work (decline sit-ups, DB Superman floor raises, hanging leg raises)

And the pumps just keep on coming..CRAZY SWOLE! :crazy:
Did I mention I'm just feeling great?? :head:

I can't recall, but do you take PRIME on an empty stomach or con comida? thanks Snag.

Right now, I'm taking 2 caps, 3x daily w/ meals (@ 6a/12p/6p).
For the first 4 weeks of use I dose as per bottle..but, every day.
At the 4-week mark I'll graduate the dosage, and add in 2-3 empty stomach preWO..this is when I figure to end Product X use as well.
Then 2 weeks following that, I'll up it again..and every 2 weeks after as long as I remain on it. That protocol has been working pretty well for me.

Rearranging my eating habits, I've settled on dropping to 6 meals daily now. Easier to construct my feeding portions that way, but I'll miss eating every 2-2.5hrs.. :(

Breakfast this morning (fronted by AP):
2/3 cup Bob's Red Mill Oat Bran (240cals, 42g carbs)
medium banana
1/2 scoop Isopure Isolate
1/2 TBS flax oil
5oz 96% lean beef

Roughly 550cals, largest feeding of day. 2750cals targeted consumption today..

Leg training on tap today..gotta run for now, while I still can.. :run:
