flavoring is good, but strong at low water.
 
damn, i forgot to post this mornings results. only did a half scoop of dump and chug, before going for run. mixed up a little over 1 scoop in about 12 oz of water to take with me. the dog and i had a great time chasing squirrels in the park, lol. gone for around 45minutes to an hour total. both of us got a good workout in. endurance is up, and had plenty of energy for being stim free. actually felt good and refreshed after warm shower. kind of surprised by this, since i am off the stims. btw-i really liked drinking the slingshot during my run, hydration was never a problem.

surprisingly well. it seems like it is easier being off the stims than i had expected. the nice boost i get from slingshot seems to be filling the void nicely. actually i am feeling pretty good today.:cheers:

i really like the dump 1/2 scoop in my mouth let dissolve and chug some water then repeat. this way seems to hit harder and faster. i am going to use this dump and chug for my dose before work tonight, and all other times except for intra-workouts. :saroll:
 
decided to save the slingshot till morning before gym. going to try 1 1/2 scoop 30 minutes pre-workout and 1/2 scoop intra. really liked the 1/2 scoop during my run today.
 
did a full scoop using dump and chug then mixed up another full scoop to take to gym for intra workout. nice workout, i am still a little sore. tried something new today, after each set of bench press i did a set of leg raises, did 5 sets working up to 280x3. doing it this way lowered my max, but i don't care. at my age i am less interested in setting pr's than in total fitness. i got a killer workout in, walked out a little lightheaded. of course finished with 30 minutes on treadmill.
 
todays cardio music was foghat live. 'i don't want you to be no slave, i don't want you to work all day, i don't want your money-I JUST WANT TO MAKE LOVE TO YOU'. classic old school good time rock and roll.:cheers:

yup. i really like drinking this during cardio, the waxy maize and carbs gives me an extra boost to finish off my workout. getting a decent pump, not as good as hemo, but it's there. stacked together sshot/hemo would be very nice. when i hit the lottery it might be nice to try smash/slingshot/hemo-oh, yeah.
 
not going to dose any sshot today. matter of fact i am not doing much anything today but watching football. my man bob sanders is back today-yeah. i compare bob to ronnie lott, who was imo the pound for pound hardest hitter i ever watched play. bob sanders is total badasss.
 
slingshot is really making my runs in the morning much better. i notice it more when doing cardio than weights it seems. the carbs and natural stimulants seem to give me energy/motivation without increasing heartrate/bp like caffeinated supps do. plus i seem to stay more hydrated. i admit to missing the normal stims during resistance training, but for cardio slingshot seems better to me.

i really feel that smash is better for lifting, but slingshot is great for cardio. slingshot doesn't elevate my heart rate or bp, so i can push harder and faster without the racing heart rate. either one though stacked with hemo is kick asss.:cheers:
 
well they gave me the keys to the kingdom, so my log is open again. i will post my workout results in the morning. my opinions so far are that slingshot is great for endurance/stamina/hydration, and for me has been better for cardio and tennis than for strength in the gym. would stack great with hemodraulix or smash fl or both for a great strength workout with weights.
 
I think you have done a great job capturing what SShot is capable of. If you have Hemo, feel free to work it in, if you want.

thanks, met, trying to be as honest as i can. slingshot would be a great addition to smash fl or hemo for a great weight training workout with the additional ba/cit mal/waxy maize. as a stand alone it is best for cardio or for sports, be great for a pick up game of basketball or softball, something like that-it is really kick asss for my weekly tennis.:cheers:

don't hear about it much here, but on another forum smash fl/hemodraulix is VERY popular. slingshot would be a very nice addition to almost any stack
 
it was a little cool out today, but sunny. so we had our regular sunday tennis over at the park this morning. slingshot is really very good for sports, enduance/stamina was very good though out the entire 3 hours of court time. i mixed a double batch of slingshot and sipped on it till it was gone, then i drank bottled water. felt very hydrated and good when done.
 
dosed slingshot today with 6 hemodraulix and 4 blue print. i was getting a hell of a pump and feeling good, then it happened. my shiit swole up so bad i had a cucumber-boner, this hasn't happened since days of aspire, lol. i will reduce dose next time i go to gym, lol. when i got home my wife was freakin-oh no you don't. oh yes i did.:sasmokin::sasmokin:
 
don't hear much about anyone playin tennis anymore :think: My elbows and shoulders have been to the ER too many times to play racket sports :rant:

Edit: wait a sec, I totally whooped asss on Wii tennis a few weeks ago :head: LOL

hahaha, all the guys i play tennis with are all in 50's and 60's, you never seen so many braces and wraps, lol. not to mention ointments.:cheers:

things continue to go well. i bought a tub of smash fl and have been using a combo of slingshot/smash-i believe combined the results are better than each on their own. very nice stack-have also been using hemodraulix a couple of time a week. i am going to go out on a limb and say if you don't get fantastic results from slingshot/smash/hemo-then you are either lying or just plain don't respond to anything. this is the best non-hormonal stack i have tried.:cheers:

add some creatine to it and you will blow up. seriously, coming off keto into sshot/creatine your muscles will fill out big time. or stack it with smash fl or hemo/or both, lol.:cheers:

Ya I got a little stock pile waiting for myself. Got some SNS chelate mag 501 caps and sshot sitting there.

Gonna add some 1. Ghenerate 2. Hemo 3. AS or some drive, dunnno yet tho!

that sounds killer. the sns mag is same as the old green bulge, i had good results on that. you tried the hemo yet-now that is some good shiit.
