Deads are crushing it

Thanks! Felt pretty decent today and hadn’t done deficits in a while. I

Saw Matt Wenning doing 2 finger deadlifts the other day on the inter webs and it looked like a fun time. It coincides with my current grip training mayhem as well.
 
You may wanna consider a bar with an eye to hook a band on. May be a tad safer, lol. But nice creativity!

Banded hip walks x 40

Reverse hyper:
+45x20x2

DB Bulgarian Split squat:
+80x10 per side

SSB Bulgarian split squat:
135x5 per leg
225x3 per leg
315x3 per leg
335x3 per leg

Hammy curls w/ strong blue band:
15x3 sets

Yesterday was last pin with trest. New werkky dosing will be 450 tren hex/ 300 test E. First time taking tren over 350. Let’s see how it goes.
 
I hate that I can’t even really do BSS anymore. Ever since I hurt my back in the Army my right leg gets a burning sensation along the ITB and goes numb when I try to do them. Walking lunges is about the only unilateral leg exercise I can do anymore.

It’s hell getting old lol.

How about single leg deads? I feel ya on the getting old factor, gets all creaky

Dunno. Not an exercise I do very often. Yeah ya actually pretty rare that I do any deadlift besides a RDL in training. I save my deadlifts for meet days. Not worth the risk in the gym for me.

501 lbs down/ 315 up.

Setup sucked and didn’t keep bracing going in to this final set so eccentric bar speed was not as controlled as other sets. Left it at this one.

For real though, I do love bologna sandwiches. Ate a lot when I was a kid and now it’s like a weird nostalgia thing I enjoy when trying to gain weight.

That stuff is just ground up lips & assholes

Thanks! Definitely the most weight I’ve hoisted up. I’ve done static holds at like 475 before but this one took the cake. Feeling really good in terms of health, training, and strength progression on this cycle. I see a halotestin finisher in my near future….
