Silver is searching for his lost abs with the help of MMV3 (LG Sponsored!)

My MMV2 run will finish in 10 days including tomorrow. I am still holding tight to eating right and I hope I will be able to represent MMV2 positively by that time. My weight is still the same (199lbs), but I still feel like I am getting more mass/definition in my chest. I just need to keep the diet in check to get the gut smaller.
 
Just a heads up if you guys dont know you can scroll all the way down and on the bottom left of the page gives you the option to change to AM light if you want...incase you dont like the dark....:cheers:

I am pretty happy this morning. Like I told you guys this weekend I really ate terribly and when I weighed myself on Sunday I was 203.5. That is when I said enough is enough and decided to buckle down my diet. I know some was extra water weight from all the carbs, but this AM I was down to 198.5. I only have 8.5lbs to go to hit my next short term goal of 190lbs by June 8th. That is when I am headed to Cancun with the wife and kids!

I usually like things dark. My women, my coffee. But AM in the dark was messing with my mind. The light option is perfect.

Posting 10 pounds of fat loss a week without "exercize" on a website where we're in love with lifting weights and oozing with testosterone just looks like spam to me. You'd probably get more hits selling Teletubbies tickets.

I appreciate the attempt, but I am against paying for a personal trainer when I have a ton of knowledge I can tap into here. I know what I should be eating, but sometimes I don't follow it as good as I try. I know you are not trying to spam because I have read through your logs and past posts so I am not offended by your attempt to help.

Nah im not trying to sell my company or services at all. I was just trying to say i know a thing or two about eating for weight loss and if you wanted some suggestions I could help you out (not tryign to make money). Posting the websight was a mistake. I just didnt want you to think i was lying!

I am really kicking myself for not locking my diet down sooner, but live and learn. I weighed in at 197lbs for the first time in I a long long time. I am also getting noticably leaner which I am very excited about. I am determined to keep pressing through and I have not had a cheat meal this week which is a great thing for me.

Man, do they add Cialis to these little MMV2 tabs. I continue to wake up multiple times during the night with straight wood. I wish I could say it was from an awesome dream about the Swedish Bikini Team or something, but it is just random pitched tents. I guess if there is a side effect this is one that I don't mind.

My strength is continuing to go up even though I am not attempting maxes I can say for a fact the weights are lighter. I no longer struggle with my first 2 sets x 10 of wide grip pullups. I am really happy that I continued the cycle with MMV2 to get as much out of the run as possible. I have had zero side, no anger management issues and steady progress during my recomp. I can't ask for much more than that so thanks LG for making a solid product that does exactly what your marketing says.

This is great news. The strength should continue to improve for sure. I am feeling that way as long as I keep taking them. I am now just dosing 4 pre w/o and it is noticeable. I think with your new focus on your diet you'll reach your goal with no problem.
And as long as you aren't seeing any of the anger stuff than more power to that. I think LG hit this one right out of the park. It will be a continued staple in my future.

sounds good, thats a lot of pullups for a big guy! glad u continued with mmv2 so u can get some full results from this cycle! keep it up! and yes lg makes some dank products

Bro you'll hit that goal before that i'm sure of it, its tuff sometimes to keep a perfect diet when you have a family. A bad day here and there will happen. Do your thing bro, don’t be too hard on your self, from your starting point until now is remarkable!

I appreciate the feedback and feel I am making some decent progress over the last month.

I went in for a follow up Dr. visit yesterday and he wants to get me scheduled for another injection. He feels like with a second injection he can get me to 80-90% which would be sweet. I am going to schedule for a week from Thursday. Besides that my back is doing better than before, but I still have a constant ache in my left leg/buttocks.

I had a pretty good, but short shoulder workout followed by 22 minutes of cardio. I am about to hit a light leg day followed with some ab work and cardio. Weight is back to 198lbs which frustrates me, but the mirror still tells me I am doing the right thing.

I think I have 7 days left on MMV2 including today so I am determined to make the most of the cycle. Today will be day 5 at the gym with 4 of them including 20+ minutes of cardio on the elliptical. Depending on my schedule tomorrow, I might hit 6 times this week which would be sweet.

I know I have been pushing myself more than I should be, but I am of the mindset right now that if it is not hurting then I need to keep pushing. When I get in the gym and start pushing hard, the pain disappears and it is replaced with "Berzerker Rage". When doing cardio on the eliptical, I am completely pain free and it is a great feeling...until I climb down off the machine. LOL

I have tried to go lower weight, but I can't make myself enjoy pressing 135lbs 20 times. I am still going lighter than I know I could push up, but it is definately some decent weight.

Thx MrBigPR. I will have pics posted next week and I think they will do LG Sciences and myself justice. I just wish that I would have been completely healthy so that I could have been doing squats and deadlifts through this cycle to really grow.
 
Silver, i was in your position until a couple of months ago. Your transformation has been amazing, all the way back to those sea world pictures. Amazing. I myself have dropped about 40 lbs and seeing what you can do makes me want to do more. You are my hero.

Good job on cutting that weight. Losing 40lbs in that short of time is very impressive. Losing weight continues to be a huge struggle for me. Luckily, I am better at building muscle than losing weight. Keep pressing forward and staying motivated.
