Quick Back Update:

I am Epidural Steroid Injection on Thursday. The hope with that is it will prevent the pain enough to allow me to work out my back and abs to strengthen my core which has been left behind for the last 3 months while I have been in pain. He said it is an easy procedure, he is not getting the big ass needle in his back, and should start helping within a few days. I am very hopeful that it will get me back to 80% or so.

Injuries will take anywhere from 6 weeks to a year silver. Please take it easy bud. My shoulder is back to normal. It has taken about 4 months. it's strong but i still feel the pressure on it as i never did before. Lift light with high reps when your back is concerned. it will heal, just time my man.

This is rock solid advice Silver. After all the progress you have made it would be a shame to take some major steps back because of rushing to recover from an injury. Especially one of such a serious nature. Its not like its an appendage. Its your back baby! You have seen how it effects so much in your saily life so take it easy.

We all want you to continue your success so be patient.
 
I wanted to give my latest updates because I know they have been lagging lately.

I worked out Chest and Tris on Monday and actually integrated some dumbbells with 80lb DBs for bench and then 30lb dumbbells for flies. I also did my normal routine of Decline, Flat and Barbell bench. I am still experiencing DOMs and loving it.

I weighed myself and I am up to 202.5lbs but still staying as lean as I was previously. My weight varries, but I have not been over 200lbs for over a week until this AM so maybe the 6 caps of MMV2 is kicking in.

Quick thoughts on MMV3 compared to MMV2:

* MMV3 seems to give me better pump/vascularity than MMV2 so far.
* MMV3 at 3 sublingual tabs made me feel more ON than MMV2.
* MMV2 gives me a better kick in the gym so far, but I attribute that to dosing. I have dosed 3 and 4 caps pre-workout of MMV2 vs. 1 tab of MMV3 during my 10 day run.
* I actually miss the cinnamon flavor and the tingling that MMV3 has. I was not a big fan of the red tabs because that coating didn't taste as good until it disolved.
* I was hungry all the freaking time on MMV3 and had to fight the hunger at times since I was trying to recomp. I am not as hungry on MMV2 so far which I am happy about, I think if I would have ate every time I had hunger pains on MMV3 I would have gained 4-5lbs during those 10 days. I consider that a good thing for a prohormone because some of the sides of the harsher ones make you lose your appetite.
* My bacne and shoulder acne has continued while on both compounds and I am getting a few on my face. Acne sucks, but it is worth it in the long run.
* I have been on cycle 17 days (10 - MMV3 and 7 - MMV2) and I have not had any back pumps or any sides besides acne which is sweet. I can't imagine having back pumps with an already sore back.
* Last night I was unable to go in for cardio and then forgot to pop the last 3 MMV2 pills until around 7PM. Don't do that if you like to sleep at night!
* Feel free to shoot me any questions you guys have and I will do my best to compare. Either way both compounds are solid and you can't go wrong!

Today I will be working out shoulders and biceps. I am not looking forward to tomorrow. I am not as concerned about the procedure as I am about not eating or drinking anything for 6 hours before. That is going to really suck. I will not be dosing tomorrow until after my procedure to ensure there are no complications associated with it.

I really enjoyed. MMv2. If MMv3 did better in the pump and vascular area then I want some bad. I did like the appetite suppresion MMv2 gave me though. Good job on the review.

You've got me sold on the MMV3 already. I really liked the V2 so I can imagine V3 is an upgrade.
 
Why do I always fall for these new products? I bought Prime with an initial buy. I bought The One with the early bird and today I bough AI's Glycobol. I guess I am a sucker for a "deal". LOL

I plan to go the natty route for a while after finishing off my PCT form MMV3/MMV2. I will not run another cycle until at least the end of August/September so I am looking for products that can hopefully assist me with my continued run to 10%. Maybe that will give me the opportunity to stack my REDuction with Glycobol to continue the progress.

Just completed the spinal injection. Hopefully that will get me on the path to recovery. I think I will stick with cardio until the end of next week as to give the medication a chance to work.

Hope all is ok man, I had a spinal tap few years back, it was the worst FU#KING pain i ever felt....take everythign slow buddy..

I went back to the gym today. I am feeling a little relief and more flexibility, but not pain free by any means.

I mainly worked out my core and was able to do some ab work for the first time over a month.

I finished up my workout with 33 minutes on the eliptical and then 7 minutes on the bike. It was great to get that cardio in after a few days off.

MMV2 notes:
* Acne is still increased especially on my shoulders. That is new and hasn't happened on previous runs.

* Energy was great during the workout using 4 caps pwo.

* sleep hasn't been great, some of that is probably my fault for taking too many caps past 5pm.

* getting a little more agression popping up.

I still feel like I am leaning up as the cycle continues and I feel the strength increases kicking in as well.

I was having the same effects from the MMV2. I did get some acne flare ups, though nothing too crazy.

The 4 caps ore w/o is definitely the way to go in my opinion. It gets your mind right but doesn't freak you out. Keeps the energy upped but in a focused way I think.

And immediately following that is don't take these too late! I was taking 1 around 3 PM and had no problems with getting to bed. Though I have been quite lethargic lately so I probably could have taken it before bed and still fallen asleep.

And I have been a bit snappy too. The wife and kids don't appreciate it but I have noticed and am making a concentrated effort to breathe before barking at them. This is out of character for the H-Drol so I blame it soley on the MMV2. I think it is there so just know that it is and take that extra second to not flip out.

And I feel tighter throughout the body as well. Strong and thick. So it is a great feeling to have. You will understand soon enough.

Buster... There are soooo many steroids and ph's to those steroids that you have never heard of. The list is incredibly long. Not many actually convert to the steroids that you probably think of when you think of "steroids" like test, winny, or dbol.

Not really. The "popular steroids" aren't necessarily the strongest, they are just the ones that have been tried and true, people in general understand them, their chemistry, and their side effects. It's kinda dangerous to experiment with hormones that you have no idea how they react (a petri dish with muscle tissue doesn't have organs remember) in the human body. So, people use what has been used before. People have been running Dbol kickers to Test cycles for 40+ years now. It works, and people pretty much know what is going to happen. People really have no clue what is going to happen to you in 40 years because you took pheraplex...

I mean, androstendione converts to testosterone. M14AD converts to Dbol. Winztrol converts to winstrol. But, those aren't really the effective pro-hormones. Arguably the most effective Designer mg for mg is Superdrol (excluding M1T as that stuff is just poison) and it converts to methasteron. Ever heard of methasteron? Probably not. Hdrol converts to Turnibol. There are hundreds if not thousands of effective hormones and steroids, just some are cheaper and easier to synthesis, and that is what really makes it into mass production, the availability of raws and the expense of raws. I mean, the hormone that converts to winstrol usually sells for around 50 bucks a bottle, and to run an effective dose you need 2-3 bottles for a 6 week run. Superdrol clones cost around 25 bucks a bottle, and you get enough in a bottle to run 3 cycles... it's just math, and it really isn't in your health's favor, its in the favor of the suppliers wallets. So that is why you gotta do your research, and know your steroids if you are gonna be taking them.

That being said, Stanalone is an effective and relatively un-harsh hormone in comparison to methasteron. I really like MMV2, it works great, and has little sides. More power to LG for coming up with stuff that works and doesn't f*ck you up nearly as bad as a lot of these designers.

Alright guys....Today is the day that I have decided to truly lock my diet down and quit taking steps backwards to sabbatauge my progress. I have become too dependend on supplements and have let the real key (DIET) slip. No longer will that be accepted by me. The last time I felt this strongly was a couple years ago when I decided to start working out. I WILL SUCCEED.

Thanks for letting me vent guys. I had a bad weekend of junk food eating (Thanks my dear wife and her sweet tooth). I just can't continue working my ass off to stand still by not sticking to a proper diet.

Besides that MMV2 is still treating me well and allowing me to eat badly without too much negative impact, but I want to get the full benefit of this awesome product. My strength is good even though I stayed with lighter weigh/high reps on my chest workout. I was doing 12-15 reps on many of the sets with slow, strict form. Still no major sides to speak of and I am up a few lbs, but that might be due to the bad diet. I will see where I end up after the next few days of crystal clean meals!
 
My biggest problems arise when I stay up late. After 9PM is when I start to get cravings for carbs. My best solution has been to go to bed earlier. Kinda feel old saying that, but it is a pretty effective solution for me.

That is my exact problem. I'll eat clean all day and when I should be getting ready for bed is when I'll catch a craving.

And being old and going to bed isn't that bad. You can pack a lot into a day when you are up at 5 each morning. Plus you can get up and eate!

And being old means I totally got the T2 reference. Skynet is becoming self aware and taking over. Stock up on your water and canned goods.

One is my boss and one reports to me so it is hard to just get a new group of lunch partners. I have started working out Mon and Wed at lunch which helps quite a bit and I work from home on Thursdays so I have helped with that temptation. I also think my wife is going to try to eat better which means her cooking healthier meals. She loves to bake deserts and some I have a hell of a time avoiding.

I am determined to cut down to 190 or below by the end of this cut. That will be around 10lbs that I will have rid myself of.

As for the Glycobol, I will be sure to keep everyone in the loop. I think I will add it along with REDuction to my T911 PCT. Anyone see an issue with that?

Aren't those wives great? They complain about being over weight themselves but then go and bake some sweet dessert. Love that move. But it will make you both happier if she will get on board and see some results. Plus it just helps you too, in its own selfish way. But if she's happier about herself there is less issues in general. Thats how I've figured it. But I have no clue so I'm just throwing that one out there.

And the work crew is a tougher thing to deal with. But those guys should have the respect to give you your space and let you eat whatever. If they want to be fat bastards then they can be but why drag you down? If thats the deal I would find new lunch partners or eat healthy alone. You can't be brought down to negative town after all the positive progress you've made here!

And your next little group of stuff sounds promising for sure. I'm in as usual.

so how do you like the t-911 so far silver? I just got 2 bottles in the mail today!

I have not made it to the T911 yet. I still have a few days left on MMV2 before I jump over to my T911 PCT. I trust the people who have logged it with GMG being one of the main guys and I don't think you will be disappointed.

MMV2 is very solid and from my 10 days on MMV3 I felt it was a stronger compound with a more immediate affect. I know you are trying to lean out (even though I would be thrilled to be as lean as you) and MMV2 or 3 would be a sweet compound for you and your goals!
