Just so long as you don't watch Kingdom of the Crystal Skull. What a bad movie.

Well...I was actually talking about it earlier this week. It wasn't a bad movie...but it shouldn't have been an Indiana Jones film. It was like the writings had a decent plot for a movie...but couldn't sell it because they needed a lead or a hook to bring people in. "...oh...well...What if it was Indiana Jones searching for Aliens?" BINGO! We've got a movie.

yea fam guy is still good but american dad has been pretty funny lately too maybe even slightly better than fam guy.adult swin is the **** I never get to see it on fox anymore.

are you kidding me-arresting john lennon for pot was very extreme at that time-they raided ringo's apt where john was staying and found less than an oz. they didn't even have a warrant. nixon tried to get lennon deported under immigration laws because he was a convited drug abuser. nixon had fbi put lennon under investigation because he was against U.S involvement in vietnam.


you obviously did not live through the 60's and 70's, long hair was the only reason needed for cops to pull over and harrass people in those days. so yes hair profilling is nothing new-and this happened in the land of the free-the good ole usa.

from what i have seen, read, and heard about compton-EVERYONE there should be profiled. damn, what a cesspool!!!!
 
I gots to see this K9 officer behind my house rollin up on a kid sleeping in the car. (Yeah, I called the cops. Ba humbug!) He came out of his vehicle, looked around in the car, called it in, then went over to the kid who was still out of it. Tapped him on the foot, talked for about a minute, then the officer backed up, pulled out the gun and started threatening to hit this magic button to let the K9 out. All in all, it was pretty hilarious!! Kid got searched cause he looked like a pothead, gave him his story, then after about 20 minutes, everyone was on their way. As the officer pulled away from my house, I called him to say that was funny. Took my dog for a walk just then, met the officer up the street, talked for a while, and he gave me $25 cash.




Oh, forgot to mention, cop is a buddy of mine and is the Treasurer for our Riding Club. (motorcycles) HA!!!

HA!! Nice... Last ride we went on, he sent me a text message when he was gettin on the highway to come meet up with us.

Step back, realize what I just wrote... Getting on the highway, sending a text message, on a motorcycle....while listening to his iPod...no helmet... When he finally arrived, he said that he got pulled over for speeding by a state trooper. Said the Statie was heading back to end his shift and was speeding himself, so he had to pull my buddy over for passing him. I found that whole day just hilarious! :D

Whatever station it is, TNT or TBS or whatever, that has A Christmas Story running all day on Xmas day never gets changed at my parents house as long as my sister and I are there. My dad hates it, we think, but we all love it!

I was listening to the radio the other night while lifting. A cop called in to tell this story. He was pulling some one over on suspision of driving under the influence. Evidently the guy new he was busted, when the cop walked up to the vehicle and asked if he had been drinking, he replyed as he pointed to a Bud Light label stuck on his arm, nooo, I'm on the patch.

The cop admitted it was funny as hell but had to be professional and hold back the laughter.

We were talking about that at work during some Christmas nostalgia. There was always the channel that had A Christmas Story running all day. At my house, we had the channel that had Star Wars running, all day. And this was BEFORE the new movies and the 'special editions.' I miss those days, where the only argument was who shot first, Han or Greedo. :smirk:
