SilentBob & PAL decimate September with Anabolic Edge (sponsored)

yeah, good job keeping up with the super-sets, that technique is hard to maintain consistency. It requires a lot of mental as well as physical toughness.

Yeah, arm day wasn't planned. I ran out of time on back day and figured that instead of spending all night overtraining I'd go ahead and do a bis/tris day.

Yep, but it's great for blowing the body to bits, which is always fun :D

Today was a low fiber and a lower fat day. Oh well, I'll make up for it tomorrow. Arms was great today. I did chest yesterday and my pecs still felt full all day today, very nice. I noticed that my lats are a little sore from my back day, but I have to really try and flex em to feel the soreness. I'm looking forward to sleeping in hard tomorrow. Get my recovery on. I'm hoping that my arms are jelly tomorrow cause of the lift today but if they're not, I'll know that Anabolic Edge is to blame. I think I'll post some updated pictures tomorrow evening. See if ya'll see anything after 20 days using this stuff.

Maybe you would like to reconsider your approach. I read in your other thread about you being diagnosed with chronic fatigue syndrome. Excessive CNS stimulation can result in down regulation of Adrenergic receptor's, thus exponentially requiring a bigger flood of hormones to have a consistent stabilized energy level. Running your CNS into the ground will only delay the recovery of CFS.

That was a once-off, Adams, because I am getting soooo frustrated at what I see as a LACK of training! (Grrrrr). I know. But you have NO idea what it's doing to me mentally. I've changed my training routine, and hopefully I can start actually getting up like I used to and train like I used to, instead of this half washed-out stuff that the last 6-8 weeks has been like...

I hear you on the training... when I get in a rut it is the worst. I hope your new routine works the way you want it to, and get over the CFS, because I have been there, done that. Not fun in the least.

No, it's not. I've done the whole overtraining and been burnt out before, but this is a whole new level that I don't like at all!

Narrative:

High weight/Low rep leg day SUCKS! I was so angry with myself after SLDLs. I wasn't tired, I just couldn't lift it anymore. Not being able to do something just really pisses me off. I know I can pull more than that.

As promised, I took a picture this morning. Damn I'm white again. I did that first thing when I woke up, so that explains the sunny disposition. :) As stated weight is 190lb. I figure if I'm pulling more than my weight and squatting more than my weight I'm doing alright. I've got a long way to go.

Sugar was high today. I blame that on ice cream. Chased it with psyllium to minimize damage. I know how to party.

My chest/arms feel great. My triceps are still nice and tight from the lift on friday which is great. And better than that, they're not sore. Thanks Anabolic Edge.

In the non-partisan spirit and in honor of that Asian Cheerleader, if it pleases the Floor, the State of California would like to nominate, Grace Park as the hot chick of the day.

Geeze, those walking lunges look brutal. I sincerely suck at those, it could be 25's in my hands, 40's or 60's, I still feel the burn like 7-10 steps in, regardless of the amount of load I'm carrying. It's the weirdest thing.

After having dated an NFL cheerleader for 2 years, they just don't do it for me anymore. Complete turn off actually.

Narrative:
I had to lift late this evening. I didn't want to, but I didn't want to leave my bud without a lifting partner. To prepare for a late lift, I ate pretty big all day. Doubled up on my fruit intake (hence the high sugar) and because it was so late in the evening I only chased the workout with slow, complex carbs (oats) as opposed to WMS and oats.

During my warmup sets (Arnolds) I didn't think it was going to be a good lift, but I totally exceeded my expectations. I think 75lb DBs might be a new PR for shoulders, I'd have to check, either way, it's more than normal. I felt so good doing 75s, got them all without help, that I know that I'd be able to throw up 80s next week, ye-yeah!

Funny story on the last set of military (front) I think the bar was an inch too far forward or something, cause big tree fall hard. Thank goodness there are hooks in the front of that bench. I was laughing pretty good at myself for that, I couldn't believe I dropped the weight like that. Anyway, we picked it back up and I put up the whole set unassisted, BOOYAH!

Legs feel great after yesterday. The back was tweaked for a little bit yesterday and part of this morning but that's definately gone now.

Okay, so we're talk'n "yellow" flags here, haha. I guess a date at the psych ward could be perceived as a deal breaker, cough-cough vain, haha. I'm just mess'n with you.

I had a hot blond chick who was a (very minor) actress, and she was on the cocaine & speed deal. Her pretty hot body wilted and her shoulders shriveled into those chicks you see on those anorexia posters, sucks to because I loved her, but yeah, the really, REALLY odd behavior brought on by the speed was a deal breaker.

She thought her neighbor wanted to kill her and rape her dead body, at least thats what she always said and she used to look out her window at his house with "night vision" binoculars.

Yellow? You mean like "Unnecessary roughness"? Cuz I didn't think I mentioned that she was Korean. :p

"Love" makes you do weird things some times. And ignore **** that you really shouldn't put up with. The deal breaker for me was that day she punched me in the face, clawed me like a cat from cheek to throat, threw a cordless phone at my head, keyed my car, and then went to the police station with her sister and reported me for assault.

Thank God her roommate and another girl in her dorm (and I didn't even go to school there!) came to the police department with me to file a report against her. What a ****ing mess.

I was young as hell, and I had no idea what I was doing. But I will NEVER go through anything even REMOTELY similar to my experience with that girl. EVER!

It was kinda cool to be able to say I was dating a Baltimore Ravens cheerleader though... But totally not worth any of the bullshit.

Deeeeaaamn, now THAT'S drama. I can't top that. Yeah, when the girl starts throwing punches then accuses you for assaulting her, its time to bomb back, just kidding. Good thing those other girls came to your assist, that could have been a nasty situation.

It could've been reeeeeaaaallly ugly. Even more so because the state wouldn't throw out the case (even though she ended up dropping the charges), and I had to go to court for assaulting a woman and ended up getting a female judge! Thank God her roommate was cool, and that other chick showed up too. But even when my ex told the judge she "over-exaggerated" the claims, and the other girls testified on my behalf, the judge still had it out for me! Freaking ridiculous. Nothing happened, but it could've been a NASTY situation...

So is that picture of Grace Park bringing back a nervous eye twitch?
Not as bad as the Bucs cheerleader pic. For a second, I thought that was her!

Scary story man, glad that empowered super-betty judge didn't get to reign hellfire and brimstone. I thought they were supposed to remain neutral and not let their views/opinions/mental distresses affect their ruling. :fool2:

My bad shaddow, no more asian cheerleaders in this log. The resolution is passed pro bono shaddow. (hell yeah, even rhymes)

Pulled some weight today, hell yeah! 275, that's a lot for me. I was thrilled with back day today. Totalled 15 pullups and 20 chinups, unassisted! Next week will be higher rep/moderate weight but the week after I'm going to pull w/ straps. My right wrist is a little tender right now. It's either from spending too much time on the computer yesterday (mouse hand you pervs) or pulling a lot of weight...I'm guessing both.

I still don't know which dosage schedule I like more with Anabolic Edge. Today was both doses before I train (1 with breakfast, 1 half hour before lift.) The other dosing schedule I use is one preworkout (morning) and one 6 hours later (usually with 3rd or 4th meal.)

I hit the 90s on incline again, it's been a while since I'd done that. It felt really good hitting those again. I got all of them unassisted, 5th working set. I think that I could have gotten the 95s a time or two if I'd gone for them. Needless to say, strength is up from last time. The last time I threw up the 90s was July 9th. That was when I was doing drop sets too so that was when my muscles were still fresh.

I was lazy on the diet today, a whole lot of oats and a whole lot of whey.
