Ok, I'm pretty sure it's just sprained. It's still really swollen, but I can move my thumb a lot better today. It actually looks the worst/hurts the most along the lower part of my index finger below my lowest knuckle right before where it meets my thumb. When I make a fist my knuckles are all swollen and flat looking. The only times my hand has ever swollen up like this have been when I've broken a bone in my hand (have I ever mentioned that I've broken 8 of my fingers a total of 13 times?) and one time when a blood vessel blew up in one of my fingers, but that one bruised up really nasty.
I opened up my 2nd bottles and I'm still dosing my anabolics. P-Plex @ 50mg & T-Roid @ 90mg. I know P-Plex is generally only run for 4 weeks, and I'm on my 5th. I'm not experiencing any sides from it though, and I've found I'm actually having an easier time getting ready for bed and falling asleep at this higher dose.
I'm gonna take it easy again today. Tomorrow I think I'll go in and do my B1 workout, which luckily is mostly leg work. db curls, reverse bb curls, sled toe press, lying leg curls, and power squat. I'll grit my teeth and suck it up as much as I can for the db curls and reverse bb curls. My hope is to get through this workout without the swelling getting significantly worse afterwards. If all goes well, I will be optimistic I can end the cycle in the coming days. I'll probably try to get through my A2 workout (incline bench press, bb overhead press, close-grip smith bench, close-grip pulldowns, & deadlifts), and check for extra swelling the next day as a final test before jumping off the anabolics.
