Shaddow vs. T-Roid & P-Plex

Ok, I'm pretty sure it's just sprained. It's still really swollen, but I can move my thumb a lot better today. It actually looks the worst/hurts the most along the lower part of my index finger below my lowest knuckle right before where it meets my thumb. When I make a fist my knuckles are all swollen and flat looking. The only times my hand has ever swollen up like this have been when I've broken a bone in my hand (have I ever mentioned that I've broken 8 of my fingers a total of 13 times?) and one time when a blood vessel blew up in one of my fingers, but that one bruised up really nasty.

I opened up my 2nd bottles and I'm still dosing my anabolics. P-Plex @ 50mg & T-Roid @ 90mg. I know P-Plex is generally only run for 4 weeks, and I'm on my 5th. I'm not experiencing any sides from it though, and I've found I'm actually having an easier time getting ready for bed and falling asleep at this higher dose.

I'm gonna take it easy again today. Tomorrow I think I'll go in and do my B1 workout, which luckily is mostly leg work. db curls, reverse bb curls, sled toe press, lying leg curls, and power squat. I'll grit my teeth and suck it up as much as I can for the db curls and reverse bb curls. My hope is to get through this workout without the swelling getting significantly worse afterwards. If all goes well, I will be optimistic I can end the cycle in the coming days. I'll probably try to get through my A2 workout (incline bench press, bb overhead press, close-grip smith bench, close-grip pulldowns, & deadlifts), and check for extra swelling the next day as a final test before jumping off the anabolics.

And a shaddow log isn't complete without food pics!! :food::food::food: Man, 14 pages and 400+ posts and I can't believe I haven't posted a single food picture.

Did a little grilling this weekend.

3 racks of chicken, 2 1.5lb sirloins, shish kabobs, grilled squash, grilled mangos (the gf loves them), and rice and beans. :D

Damn!! :684:

Dude, did you eat all that?

Freeze some?

No, I ate it all that night. :food:

Just kidding.

I hate cooking with a passion, so I will generally grill all my food (chicken) for an entire week in one day and then just microwave it whenever I need a meal. (I always eat my steaks medium rare and right off the grill.)

The steaks, shish kabobs, beans & rice, squash, and mangoes were all gone within minutes of taking this picture. 3 racks of chicken usually lasts me like a week, but now that the gf is on a clean meal plan she gets one rack, I eat two, and we just cook more often. :)

Your girl move in? Same one from Halloween?

I wish I had the opportunity to grill. I usually buy a ton of pre-wrapped frozen breasts and thaw as needed. Cooking is usually a butterfly / quick pan sear - or sometimes baking in the oven (not in the summer though)... Lately I've been doing a lot more deli meats for simplicity sake.

She might as well have. LOL. Last night was the first time she didn't spend the night in the past week+. Normally I would be weird about that and want some space, but I actually find myself missing her when she's not around. It's crazy. We're so alike; she's like the girl version of me, only polite and with big tits. I actually just put a bid in on a condo yesterday, and if it all works out I think there's a good chance she'll be moving in with me.

Don't sell yourself short, Shaddow. You've got nice tits.

Well, what if you met a chick in winter, and every time you hung out with her she had pants on?

...I've dated chicks with borderline cankles, but never full-fledged cankles.

Damn IC you always see the new sh1t before we do! I havent followed SP or FG or American Dad for soooo long...and it keeps me up at night

Did anyone see Family Guy last night?

Stewie was yoked. Good episode.

Manhattan has been having some problems with FOX broadcasts on Sunday / Monday night when DVRd... my sound gets f*cked up sometimes.

So imagine my attitude having to watch 24 on hulu, with my 52 inch plasma just chillin.

Can't you run a cable from your computer to your TV? My PC is hooked up to a 37" LCD, so I browse AM in HD & widescreen. :D

Dude, saw it.... Freakin great.

Love how Cartman kept saying "Seriously, what the f***?"

Nah, nah nah..."The f*ck?!"

..."These aren't pirates, they're just a bunch of black guys."

Cartman: " Do you want that Butters?"
Butters: "No, I'm sick of it!"
Cartman: "Alright then, fag."

Still in the market for a new computer bro... I've had this computer for 6 years and its a desktop. Still hasn't kicked the bucket, but I'm ready to buy a laptop. Only concern is figuring out how to best transfer music files to the new guy...

Also, I can browse the internet from my TV now with the PS3 web browser... can actually access hulu from that, but I'm usually too lazy to do that.

Just connect the two computers and transfer the data.

External HD? I haven't looked in a while, but I'm sure you can easily find a nice external terrabyte drive for ~$100-150.

You guys are a buncha candy flippers! :nono:
