Got into Houston yesterday, did a good bit of walking and even got in a few quick laps at the hotel pool in the evening. It was crowded with kids, so didn't do a ton. But back and shoulders felt pumped after! No official workout technically, but tried to keep myself moderately active and a diet mostly of chicken dishes.
Woke up this morning to get in a leg session before breakfast.
