already- gunna inject in about 50 mins as i just got done eating


so check it

5mg ghrp
inserted 2cc of bac- which is = to 2mg
5mg=5000 mch 2mg=2000 mch so divide 5000 by 2000 and what do you get?
2.5 mg/ml
take 2.5 and multiply it by .10 and 250mcg so 10 units = 250mcg
this look right^^^^?

okay so i did my first injection an hour after i ate- went to the gym to do cardio and abs(was an off day)- I got so focking hungry lol- it wasnt like when I go to long without eating- yes that sensation was there but it was almost like my brain was screaming EAT! Like it was sending massive signals that IM HUNGRY!
And this is what ghrp-6 can do(ive heard this is a side)


Sooo i just ate a nice weight gainer shake(homemade)
1 bannana
1cup raspberrys
1 1/2 servings whey
1 serving peanutbutter( Im not supposed to but i said fock it)
1 cup of oats

in an hour im going to do second injection



SARM update

Mass is present as bf is dropping my arms are still 16' my legs are still 27' and my waist has gone down an inch so OSTA is mos def good for a recomp(even in pct as im in pct)

now with the need2slin/ghrp-6/alphat2 in there along with a nicve tight diet schwelli gunna be down to 12% bf before too long


im sitting at about 19% right now im trying to get to 12 by january

OEP killed appetite for me but faded then had me hungry. I don't like not eating, but it may be for you for at least until you get used to it. T-2 is a pretty awesome non stim fat burner...thermo energy up and all that.

my weight is 229 and my wasit is still 40 when i started was 41 so i wanna get to a 38(probly a size 34 pants) before i begin my bulk(clean) with test e dbol and epi at the end

im a done with pct im going to cut back on cals a little despite what we talked about I feel this is the only way I will loose fat in a timely mannor

im only cutting out another 25g of carb and keeping cardio at 3x a week with one cheat meal


i dont think its possible for me to not loose fat


if it isnt coming off, i will reevaluate

From what I read from datBtrue don't stack the 2 and 6. In fact you should have gone with ghrp-2 from the start since it won't make you as hungry and is suppossed to be stronger, I forget how much but maybe something like 20-25% more effective. But the who would be doing th same thing. The cjc would be a great option to stack with the ghrp since they are reported to be synergistic. However day says it's almotnimpossible to find real cjc since it's all 1-29 instead. Not sure if that still holds true today. Check out his thread over at PM.

If it's real cjc it only needs go be dosed once a day. If it's 1-29 (can't remember full name) instea of cjc it needs go be dosed 3xs a day with the ghrp
 
its 1-29 would be 300mcg 3x a day just like the ghrp-6


well gents as i was walking to my class I ran up the stairwell and tripped and cut my right big toe bad- had to get 11 stitches so this may hinder my squats im not sure yet but with the increased hgh I can only imagine I will be squating for sure by next week

Uuuhhhh!!! Stupid school is so expensive! Lol my wife isn't even in a real expensive one either. Lol fortunately her parents pay most of it but she does have a few grand of loans we will owe for in a year when she graduates. Worst part is she doesn't want a degree or want a to pursue a tough highpaying career so her degree won't help us financially! Lol

Filipinos though make there kids get bachlors degrees. Haha

Ouchy, I bet that toe is a pisser. Hopefully it will recover quick. Ive in the past had a run of bad luck with injury when im in the middle of getting somewhere with my training. A few years back I was in the middle of a cut. Me and a mate watched dodge ball and decided to give it a go. I did an over dramatic jump over the neibours fence to dodge the ball and broke a rib.

well I think it will heal quick- isnt HGH supposed to help the immune system and increase recovery of things like this? I was told with ghrp-6 it would heal quite quickly- of course the person who told me this wasnt a doc but it makes some sense- off to biology class :(

I tried to carry on training through it, it wazs very difficult LOL. The cartilage came loos on the ribs and it was moving over them making a clicking noise. I carried on in the gym but everything I did hurt. I took a month off thinking that would be enough. No. I went to kick boxing(mistake) and when we were warming up, I was doing sit ups and the cartalige came off again and it was moving over my ribs like a xylophone, clicking away lol. It took about three months before I could do any meaningful weights again, even then I could still feel it for around another 2 months.

Yeah im sure an increase in HGH will improve your recovery. In away it was why I experimented with gear in the past. It improved my recovery. Im very active. I really love kick boxing and absolutley love off road mountain biking, both of which I pick up injuries, some just niggles and some more full on. I found when 'on' I was less prone to injury and my focus was more sharp(performance enhancement) so I fell of the bike less or i'd get fewer digs in the ring. But most off all I loved the recovery rate. The only thing I found a bit awkward was when I used superdrol, it made me bulky quick, it slowed me down a bit and made me lathargic. I went through a big dip during PCT and very quickly. For me, SD was only good for weight lifting, my recovery was outstanding, but not a great cardio drug. Anyway, I digress.

Wow that's alot of volume on a cut without a steroid. Hope the osta is very anabolic I don't exceed 2-4 sets total per muscle group a week (while dieting)
 
ive always done this much volume on cutting it doesnt cause me too loose much mass


perhaps its a combo of slow metabolism and genetics i dunno i just know it works lol

okay bout to pin 250mcg ghrp-6 i will be adding in cjc1295 DAC shortly probably goin to do 2 months of this total should melt the fat away i can afford real hgh come jan butttttt does anyone know if this is really needed with these two combos

okay, i just injected my ghrp-6 and i am sweating- bad lol i think its a combo of the alphat2 oep and ghrp that is causing major thermogenesis as hgh burns fat too

my toe will be ready tol have stitches removed come wensday i think this excess gh has sped up recovery

today was going to be an off day but im going to hit the weights again- when osta runs out i will be forced to take 2 days off but since it is a purely anabolic compound i doubt much muscle wasting will occour
