Im going to do this


3 out of the 7 days of cardio will be jogging, the other 4 will be eliptical


I have no problem doing cardio 7 days a week as my fukcing metabolism seems to be slower than Santa's fat ass
i have lost barley any strength as of now, and not really any size either- weight was at 228 today

i started pct at 226- im up 2 lbs and lean too- ostarine i thinks



i had some carb cravings, but instead did 8oz chicken and 1 serving organic chili beans :(

o well sacrifices must be made

i dont even feel like im in pct- im getting stronger as each day goes by, and my energy is fine.



loosing no muscle, the one advantage of that long ass cycle is my body acclimated to the muscle mass, and it seems im having no problem keeping muscle on, i have actually gained some in pct-

that bieng said this pct is officially my bitch, and im now going to make it even more of my bitch, Im going to IF/lean gains diet, with 2800 cals on lifting days and 2000 cals on rest days





time to lean out for the summer and really really show the mass :)

goal- hit 222 by may 31'st (at 229 right now- started pct at 225)

and to be down to 212 by the end of june, then onto 205 in july and sit there till next cycle (august/sept)

Lost minor strength. and no muscle
 
LOL, I am done with pct, there is nothing to suggest clomid didnt bring me back to speed.


Muscle retention(and even 1.5lbs gained in pct)
Facial hair
no sexual dysfunction
good energy\


This is just my opinion, and that ALONE, clomid is shown to raise free test by 75% and LH by 100% at just 75mgs 3x a week.

why would one need to do 6 weeks of clomid when its proven to be this effective^ in a week?


this is a trial run, I have no evidence to suppert my opinion, until my blood test results, two weeks from friday :) dont worry I will keep you guys posted, cause I know alot of people might be wondering whether or not I can/could recover.


we will see but as of now, im guessing i am.
