Schwellingtons PCT

Yuh Yohimbe aint to pricey.
it does make me a bit queezy though so i my opt against it.


energy levels came back after i ate some more food
so im gunna continue on and hit legs/cardio today.


guna look like this- mostly voulme/lighter weight no squats this time around.

Legpress 800lbsx12(4 sets) super setted with 21's
leg ext. 250x10(4 sets) supersetted with skullcrushers
lunges 50x10(4 sets) super setted with spider curls
stiff leg dead lifts 225x12(3 sets) supersetted wif rope pulldowns
ham string curls(3 sets) supersetted with tricep dips


cardio.


calories around 3300 today for extra fuel CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN- Eziekiel bread, eggs, beef, whey, almond butter greek yogurt has made up the diet
carbs-200
protein-350
fat-115


cardio will prob be for 300 calories but im looking to burn at least 600 during the weight session soooooo 3300-900=2400 caloric net.


i will see how this works for the next week- if i need to i will drop cardio out


probably going to start doing this
monday-lift
tuesday-off(cardio)
wensday lift
thursday off(cardio)
friday lift
saturday off(cardio
sunday lift
and so on and so on, this will give me 4 cardio days in a week, and enough rest for cns/body


once pct is completely finished I will drop 50 grams of carbs bringing calories down to around ehh 2900-3000
 
yuh been crushing the calories(clean) no fat gain although i dont look as bad when im carbed up (refering to loose skin)


anyways today is an off day calories will be around 3000


im going to try to sneak some cardio in- but its finals week and im slammed so we will see


tomorrow is chest/abs/cardio

lol no i have never lived in FL


I am upping calories to 3500 as im doing cardio for 300 and a workout consits of 600-800 calories burnt so

eating 3500 during pct will be ideal

carbs 200
fats-120
protein 375

after pct though im dialing down carbs to probably 150 and fats to 110

with protein that high


which will net me around 2200 calories after workouts

which will allow me to continue to lean out


read some lovely study on clomid today!

at 75mgs 3x a week in men with hypogonadism and ED it increased free test levels by 75% and LH by 100%


i think pct is going to go by fine


estrogen is still nil with letrozole which i will taper into exemestane

At 50 for 4 weeks and 25 for 2 you'll be good...actually more than good

Have u thought of something like shift for night time fat burning?
 
no but i was looking into it yesterday, and the idea of continued fat burning into the night is very appealing to me, now that schools done im going to be working full time so when a brother gets paid he is gunna pick up a bottle YUH!

today is chest guna look like this
265x3 supersetted with 60lb dumbell press x8(3 sets)
reverse grip bp 210 x8 (3) superset with full body crunches
pushups(3) superset with hanging leg lifts
finish up ab routine (obliques, concentrated crunches)

cardio for 300 calories w 10g bcaa also- minimal rest inbetween circut sets to keep HR through the roof, and to keep a metabolism spike going- this in essence is like HIIT but with weight :)

clomid at 75mg 3 x a week(clomid half life is 72 hours) raised free testosterone by 75% and LH by 100%

okay today my energy took a hit- the esters are actually totally cleared thursday- but for some reason, im feeling sluggish already, BLAH would be the best discription, i had LOW energy in my workout, and was worn down to the point i cut it short.

At this point in time, i have gone ahead and started clomid at 50mgs a day. ed.
i think the next 2-3 days im going to rest as my body transitions, ostarine will be dropped to 10 mgs a day. and calories will be at 3k for the next 3 days while i recoup.

im not depressed just....blah. So the official pct has begun.

chest went OK nothing special strength is still there, but man i was seriously winded moreso than normal.

so i will update only on mood/energy/libido the next couple of days. I got laid yesterday and was able to finish off fine so thats good.


the real ride has begun!
 
Yup after my last test cycle it was the same for me. I knew when the esters cleared cause I crashed for about 2 days, then everything picked right back up around the 2nd week of PCT. It'll get better bud. Just push through this and keep a positive attitude. You'll KTS!

cals clean as can be, if energy allows guna do some light running for 20-25 minutes nothing strenuous

Well if you feel like you can go lift, I would. I pushed myself on those few days I felt a tad weak. I would just stim yourself up and see what you can do. If you feel like absolute sh*t, well then hit some cardio or call er a day. Give em hell schwell!
 
Oh i can lift, i just aint up to full steam quite yet. Tell you what, i will eat big (ALL CLEAN) and go lift/cardio tomorrow. Thursday i gotta get up before 6am to go work a good long shift at werk. So no lifting then this can be my off day(still eatin big clean) then friday back in that bish. If at any point i feel i cant perform i will take that day off yuh.



so tomorrow im back at it, dosed 50mg clomid, and already the boys are aching a bit, a sign that the leydig cells are coming around....good good

lunch-will be a 6oz chicken breast with some greens, and some fats

W/O(intense)- i weigh 225 as of now, i take it by reintroducing carbs into diet myglycogen stores exploded. Carbs will be kept at 150 throughout pct then after pct dropped back down to 100

This is one problem with going by the clearance times some tout as gospel.

Everyones metabolic rate is different and your body can easily strip the esters and clear the compounds much faster than others.

well said! I took the energy hit, listend to the body and begin clomid that day, already my nuts are hangin low, mood, is better today, im guessing its going to be up and down for the first week or so, but i do have the energy to lift today so im going to!

okay so my fat burning stack in pct is the NYC stack- Norepinephrine,Yohimbine HCL, and Caffine. The yohimbine will inhibit the a receptors- which inhibit lipolysis the norep. will stimulate the beta 2 receptors, which INDUCE lypolisys, thus more fatty acids in blood stream to be burnt as energy. However, if i take it and sit around the fatty acids will redeposit SO

im going to do this

take it preworkout on an empty stomch, AND do morning cardio with it in me.

I do just like ECA. Although I usually just use E & C. What's the important part of taking the aspirin anyways?

Yohimbine blocks the alpha-2 receptors which is useful during weight loss to free up epinephrine and norepinephrine, making more available to stimulate beta receptor sites, resulting in a higher rate of lipolysis. Also, yohimbine, through its alpha 2-adrenergic receptor antagonist activity, has been shown to increase levels of norepinephrine in the blood stream.

thus the body can NO LONGER STOP THE MOBILIZATION OF FAT!!!!

which is my problem!!! ECA stimulates beta 2 receptors (so does clen) but the damned alpha receptors will slow down fat loss ALOT, so adding in the yohimbine will keep fat loss going!

only down side is it causes nausea :/

o well if i suffered the tren i can handle pretty much anything now i think

200mgs caffine
20mgs yohimbine
and 1 baby asprin
before cardio
and repeat before weights minus the asprin as it only needs to be done once a day

- Regarding Aspirin
Popular ephedra supplements of the past often contained aspirin (or its herbal equivalent, white willow bark). I do not endorse adding aspirin to the EC stack. If you wish to add it, stick to the baby aspirin (81mg). I have several reasons for this

1) The major study(24 weeks!) on the efficacy and safety of the EC stack when used over a long term for weight loss did not include aspirin. Yes, it is VERY effective without the aspirin.

Quoting Brian Hay****'s article,
In a randomized, placebo-controlled, double blind study, 180 obese patients were treated by a calorie restricted diet and either an ephedrine/caffeine combination (20mg/200mg), ephedrine (20 mg), caffeine (200 mg) or placebo three times a day for 24 weeks. Average weight loss was significantly greater with the combination than with placebo from week 8 to week 24. Weight loss in both the ephedrine only and the caffeine only groups was similar to that of the placebo group.

2) The "effective dosage" at which aspirin was added to the EC stack was at 325 mg. 325 mg of aspirin 3 times a day puts you at risk for developing ulcers and other gastrointestinal symptoms. Again, if you would like to use it to decrease risks/chances of high blood pressure, stick to the 81mg aspirin.

Doses of 1,000 mg per day of aspirin caused gastrointestinal symptoms and bleeding that, in some cases, were clinically significant. In the largest postinfarction study (the Aspirin Myocardial Infarction Study (AMIS) with 4,500 people), the percentage of incidences of gastrointestinal symptoms for the aspirin (1,000 mg of a standard, solid-tablet formulation) and placebo-treated subjects, respectively, were stomach pain (14.5%, 4.4%), heartburn (11.9%, 4.8%), nausea and/or vomiting (7.6%, 2.1%), hospitalization for GI disorder (4.9%, 3.5%). In the A.I. and other trials, aspirin-treated patients had increased rates of gross gastrointestinal bleeding. 3) Aspirin is an NSAID (nonsteriodal antiinflammatory drug), and NSAIDs should not be used long term at dosages of ~1000 mg a day except if under the supervision of a physician.




- Aspirin is supposed to add to the stack's effectiveness by decreasing the body's natural resistance to the stimulant effects. The more I've researched, however, the less I'm convinced that it is necessary or helpful. I can only say from personal experience that aspirin seems to make little or no difference.

If you decide to use aspirin, I would recommend the smaller dosage/pills ("baby aspirin"). I think taking three adult aspirin a day for several days is not a good idea.




- Facts about Aspirin

cardio was good today too! First time i ever really did any long distance at a low intensity, which is good for sparing muscle and burning fat

was for about 33 minutes, was not on treadmill was around outside, its beautiful up in the mountins right now.

anyways tomorrow is work at 6 am if i feel well after work i will probably lift. I didnt plan on lifting tomorrow because anytime i wake up earlier than 7 i feel like **** the rest of the day, but we will see.

weight is holding steady at 225-228 and im still lean too!

Last time I sported a speedo it was 11pm, I was hammered, and started pumping other peoples gas at the gas station and cleaning thier windows in it... Unfortunately it was caught on a kodak.

needless to say, I no longer throw on a speedo... it just bring bad juju...

And no, it wasnt the alcohol, it was the speedo.. honest.

Your ratio is off... it is 8:1... so should be 25mgs E and 200mgs C. The Yoh is probably the worst idea to date as your lipids are already ****ed and that combo will spike your BP giving you some nice arterial micro abrasions... something you dont want with jacked lipids.

okay sooooo avoid the yohimbine, drop ephedra to 25/caffine 200 2x a day?

i will take the rx bp meds i got, they kept it low even on trenbolone.


they do help so i will do this just as a precaution.

work was intenste, tired, but still gunna go lift. I have the energy too so im going too, so far mood is already improving- not so BLAH anymore, energy levels good, strength good, mass good so far so good
 
eh for day 3 of pct i aint complaining, i know i know its early but i gotta keep an optimistic attitude:)

gunna hit it hard today- no cardio as i was on my feet working banquets from 6:30am to 3 pm.....no breaks, only sat down to eat rest of the time i was up and movin around, so this i will count as cardio
