Aromatization during PCT can also happen from your own test that raises and thus converting to e.
 
This article is chock full of info. But for a newbie such as myself, what would the best stack be in yalls opinion for cutting. My training is on point and dialing in my diet. Just want that something extra.
 
Head back to the start of the article and check out the info on Ostarine ☺ so long as your diet and training are on point and set up with your goal of cutting in mind osta should provide great results. I haven't used it for cutting but have been hassling people for info for the past couple weeks on all things SARM's related and currently setting up a cycle. From what I can tell Osta will provide the something extra your looking for. If you wanted to go a step ahead you could stack it with Cardarine for extra Endurance benefits to help with cardio etc. Make sure you have full research done on pct requirements for you cycle/stack as this is more important than the cycle itself!!! I learned that the hard way from a poorly designed PH cycle round 2 years ago ???.

Sorry if this isn't the place to ask but did anyone order some tr3st from nutriverse and if so has any of yalls orders been shipped yet. Mine still just says awaiting fulfillment since 8/21 . Just wondering time frame

What would I go for myself? Well I can easily say Halo/Rad stack. I am so happy with it right now that I am truly sad my cycle ends this upcoming Monday. I saw just about zero side effects on this cycle as well. I had back pumps once or twice tops, and decreased libido. But that was it. Pretty fantastic, really.

I don't think I got shipment notification either but I am not in any major rush for this product, just wanted to stock up and put it in a stash for probable use in a year or two.

Not me, I ordered a bottle of rad on Monday, label was created but it's still hasn't moved, I have two doses of rad left, I need this bottle ASAP!
 
In my experiences nutriverse has the best customer service. Max is extremely helpful . Nutraplanet, however took forever on a recent order.

No prob. Just wondering is OL UK ever gonna set up shop in the US? Like setting up tables at expos, NPC/IFBB shows, and getting US athletes to rep them? Right now companies like Black Stone Labs has a huge foothold on the US Sarm market, I think OL can really compete with them with the right marketing.

I agree. I've used some black stone products, not sarms, but I'm not entirely convinced of their professionalism and quality. Their customer service/question answering is poor as well, at least on social media

I think there are some OL Reps here that handle themselves in a most unprofessional manner on a regular basis so it is not unique to BSL. When you combine their lack of professionalism with their ignorance when it comes to some of the topics they give advice (horrible advice I might add) on OL appears to be quite lacking in this department as well. Now I am not referring to all OL reps, just a few, but that is the opposite of what a rep should bring to the table IMO.
I mean lets be serious, with having OL in your signature the statement you just made about BSL is pretty darn unprofessional on your part. I have no affiliation with them at all and in fact I do not care for some of their marketing and the claims they make, but if I was a rep for another competing supplement company I wouldn't lower myself to bashing them. It reflects very poorly in my opinion.

Ok. So I'm really new. Is your example of the lgd cycle. 4mg for the first 3weeks and 8 for the second three weeks for a 6 week cycle? And for the pct only a three week cycle? Just want to get some clarity.

Yes sir! For beginners, a 6 week long cycle with the first 3 weeks being 4mg per day and the last 3 weeks being 8mg a day is a fairly standard recommendation. And due to the lower dosage, and somewhat conservative cycle length, a 3 week PCT is typically whats recommended following a 6-week LGD Beginners Cycle. Of course, an extra week of PCT wouldn't hurt, I tend to run 4 week PCT's myself. But that's personal preference. If there is anything else I can do to add clarity, please, don't be afraid to ask here or PM me!

I can try and jump in here, the pros are stronger GH pulses due to lowered somatostatin levels, the cons are some people notice less restful sleep and/or difficulty sleeping, a few have even mentioned increased anxiety and blood pressure. Now, not everyone experienced these negative side effects stacking Huperzine A with MK-677, but those that did obviously much preferred supplementing MK-677 standalone.
 
Lol it's not news that BSL is a shady company, I'm not sure what you guys are so shocked about him saying that.

Of course, I'm not discounting that. Im talking about the fact they're making a big deal about OL reps talking about BSL like its some made up information they're pulling out of their asses.

I dont know about BSL as I dont see them here bashing other companies as part of their marketing or giving out horrible advice and perpetrating copious amounts of inaccurate misinformation. Sadly I cannot say the same for some of the OL reps on this board.

I am by no means saying it is made up misinformation, I am saying it is very unprofessional and a poor, second rate marketing strategy for them to say so. Now a good example of made up misinformation would be oh saying things like "varying degrees of suppression have an impact on leydig cell desensitization" or " Test was at one time synthesized from male urine"... just 2 of the most recent pearls of wisdom posted by an ignorant OL rep.You wanaa talk about made up stuff someone is pulling out of their ass......

I am having strange experiences with Gher1ne...first week or so at 10mg I was sleeping very well, then not sleeping well at all, upped the dose to 20mg and still am not sleeping very well...which is why I am posting this at 2.16am :p

That happend to me too should go away n start enjoying very deep sleep, drop it down to 10 mg

If that doesn't work try dosing during the day. I know this is the less conventional time to dose but it does work for some.

I've seen a couple people take melatonin with it and said it helped with sleep too.

I would! Using dermacrine with osta right now. I think dermacrine is the only thing that got me through the past 6 weeks with only 50g of carbs ed. It's not a necessity but definitely makes the cycle more enjoyable. Helps me get out of bed every morning at 4 am and go lift
