Ryansm logs Blue Gene!

Today was legs, nothing exciting due to injuries. Did a ton of step-ups and lunges along with hip speed work with keg tosses. I'm feeling great, and my libido is way up. Recovery was certainly better between sets and I had plenty of energy. Liking Blue Gene so far, hopefully we see some strength gains start next week!

ok, update weight 298, joints feeling good in fact better than they have in some time, Today was shoulders, decide to do some hip snatch and heavy split jerk with the bar in back squat position.

Only three exercises but trust me this is intense work, and more weight than I should be doing...Again my joints and back were feeling good, but I will probably pay for this over the next two weeks or so. Recovery is definitely improved between sets, and I felt explosive today, good stuff.

Still a great routine despite a little back trouble.

Heating pad usually works well for me
 
subbed in a lil late, but curious as to your thoughts on Blue Gene so far? I'll be trying it out in a few weeks. Great log so far!

Good workout, changed things up from what I was doing. Will probably get back into working with bands/chains, and drop weights. It's how I roll, I like to change things up and have fun.
I'm off until Monday, but will probably do some caber tosses tomorrow and some mobility work. Strength is good, not overly apparent, but my joints are feeling decent and my recovery from training is better.
 
Weighed in this morning at 292. My shoulder is killing me, not sure why it's a new pain...Anyway I deload this week so I decided to hit the hammer machines as opposed to free weights. Something I rarely and hate doing, but nonetheless it must be done. So far I have liked Blue Gene, I get a good boost in mood, and libido, coupled with an increase in recovery. Unfortunately this time around the Cissus doesn't seem to be helping as much as it has in the past, granted I haven't used it in quite some time.

BG seems pretty damn good so far. Kinda wish I had it in my CL product log right now.

Ya, didn't train today or yesterday, I can't afford another chronic injury.
I'm liking Blue Gene, my recovery is definitely better, libido is up and it gives me a nice sense of well being. Unfortunately can't gauge strength real well right now, but it looks like ideally an 8 week or 12 week run would be best.

I'm off until Monday, will be back on my usual routine and expect to go up in my scheduled weight increases.
 
So, my shoulder had been bugging me more than usual and I ended up going to the doc yesterday and it turns out I tore the labrum. It isn't too severe, but I can't train for some time. Anyway I was at the end of the Blue Gene and I gotta say that I like the product. I wasn't overly impressed with my strength, but I also hadn't pushed it. Recovery was improved, and my libido was off the charts, also had a sense of well being while taking Blue Gene.
 
sorry to hear about the injury. this is why i typically don't try to push big weight. it always comes back to bite me.
 
sucks about the injury its good you enjoyed your run with blue gene though.I wish you a speedy recovery.
